I am never disappointed when I come here. Their facility is clean and well maintained. I never have any trouble getting an appointment. They've always taken the absolute best care of all of my animals. They listen, and answer any and all of my questions and their pricing is fair. This is the only place I'll bring my babies.

The most caring people ever. Fair pricing on procedures. Everyone there has a calming demeanor and they treat your fur baby like it's one of their own. Dr. Brouse is amazing and today I met Dr. Hinton in the midst of an emergency visit. She's great too! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! 😊 😃

We had a great experience here! Our maltipoo was spayed and they helped with the aftercare too. I was able to text and get responses that were kind and thorough. Prices were good and I recommend this place.

I dropped my cats off to stay overnight and be neutered the next morning. After their surgery the reception is called me and said they did well but they did have ear mites and the medication would be $50 each application I told her that I couldn't afford it right now (I'm a single mom of 2) and she said she would talk to the Vet and try to come up with a better alternative by the time I came to pick them up. I went in to pick them up that afternoon and the receptionist said that they also had an ear infection and would need antibiotics, I agreed to pay the $30 for the medicine. Then she tells me "Okay your total will be $175 today". I asked her why it was $175 when I had just paid for the surgery when I dropped them off, which was $170. She goes on to tell me that I'm being charged for the exam on both of them and some other things.. She NEVER asked for my consent to do these things, they just did it and charged me. After I had just told her that morning I couldn't afford the ear mites meds right now... WHY would she think I could afford another $175?!? I was so upset I was shaking and she just told me there's nothing she can do for me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR ANIMALS THERE UNLESS YOU WANT A SURPRISE CHARGE!!! RIDICULOUS!

Wonderful experience. My Cockatiel loved the Dr and her assistant. He let them do things to him that he would never let me do. He had a very thorough examination and they were very helpful. Not the first Vet he has seen but the only one he liked. Prices seem reasonable and the care is wonderful. I definitely recommend Chelsea Veterinary Clinic for your pets care. I didn't see a scared animal all time we were there. They have a special love for animals.

I called Dr. Brouse office trying to get help with my cat, they helped me right away, she called me promptly on what care my cat needed, prices were reasonable, but the overall kindness of the veterinarian and office personnel was amazing our animals need people like this.

A first class experience in a difficult time with a kiddo. The staff and vet were all great, I felt like they addressed all my concerns and spent lots of extra time helping answer questions and giving demonstrations as necessary. Fully capable and willing to do all that is necessary to take care of the animal. I have to say something too that I really appreciate... It is not a franchise type of office where you barely get what you pay for if that. They are more concerned with actually taking care of the animal than taking all of your money. I will definitely take all of my kiddos there every time!

My family started bringing our pets here in 2001. We moved out of Chelsea some years ago and never found a vet that was nearly as good. I recently was back in the area and had to have my precious 15yr old dog euthanized. I can not say enough good things about the kind, caring and professional way that my dog and I were treated. A sad and painful situation was made more bearable and positive than I imagined possible. A million thanks to The Chelsea Vet Clinic

We had to have our pet put to sleep. The staff was extremely professional and considerate of our situation. We had taken our pet to a different vet 2 days earlier and they miss diagnosed him. Chelsea vet was very thorough and got the diagnosis correct. We will not take our pets anywhere else.

Always a pleasure to see Dr. Browse. She really cares about the animals but know not everyone has deep pockets. She is willing to explain why things happen and how to prevent them. Her assistants are always kind and the receptionist always has a smile on her face.

As always Rebecca was so helpful & I love our new vet. I spent $186.00 on ear meds & vaccinations plus flea meds for two cats. It seemed a bit pricey to me but I know if you have animals it costs to keep them well.

Horrible!!! Completely horrible! Left my poor pups ears botched! Didn’t apply stitches and left his ears open to infection! Not only that used tape and paper towels to cover the disastrous work they made! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ridiculous how a new vet comes into the clinic and requires unnecessary testing done on a pet that has received the same meds for years. Go in to have blood work drawn, dog goes into stress, finally get home AND HE HAS FLEAS!!!! Disgusting!! This dog has not had fleas in years! My dog has seizures! Flea medication can trigger seizures! This is just uncalled for and I am very VERY unhappy!! I have now spent way more than I should have had to for unnecessary testing and now flea medication on top of it.

I will not take any of my animals back here. We have a 4 moth old puppy that I kept saying something wasn't right with him. I took him in a couple times and called saying that there was something wrong. The vet was very dismissive and just said "it's puppy behavior". She was unwilling to explore possible other issues that could be causing the problems. I went with my gut and took him to a different vet in Claremore and they immediately said that we needed to rule out any medical issues. After a urine test and blood work it was found he had some serious issues with his liver, gallbladder and pancreas. If I had not gone with a second opinion there is no telling what could have happened with him.

It gives it a fresh & roomier & new look. I enjoy the Professional Advise and great Veterinarian Care. They always have a great happy attitude even when busy. Thank You for awesome care of my Cats, Dogs & Horses. I do miss Dr. Hootenpyle since he retired & his great stories.
