I needed a mower and decided on a zero turn about a week ago. So a few days ago (4-5? I can't remember exactly) I went to Lowes in Muskogee and looked at mowers for around 45 min. Not 1 employee attempted to help me. At check out, not 1 but 2 employees walked away while I was attempting to purchase a Toro titan with My Ride 42 in cut. After trying to work with a 3rd employee I gave up. So I decided to go to Hoss. Now I've done business with Hoss since his tire and oil change shop and he's always treated me and my family right, so why I went anywhere else I'll never know. ( lesson learned) the next day I go to Hoss and talk to him and another employee ( sorry I forgot your name) who helped me with my purchase. Not only was I treated better ( no surprise there ) but I also got a Toro Titan with My Ride and a 48 in cut that was so much better built that I couldn't believe it. Oh but wait! There's more! They also had my new mower delivered to my house the same day and I had my yard cut before dark. If you want great family friendly service and a better experience than you'll find anywhere, go say hello to Hoss

Went in there to look at a zero turn mower. Corey walked me through a few models until I found the one I wanted. The purchase was quick, convenient, and hassle free. All the staff seemed very nice and knowledgeable. I will continue to do business with them in the near future as my needs grow for other products and services that they offer.

Hoss is the best dealer I worked with. He gave us an excellent deal on a hybrid Chrysler Pacifica 2018. It was so good that I flew all the way from Portland Oregon and drove it back. He gave us a ride from the airport and all in all he is a very trustworthy and friendly. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced wife called multi times for last month no return calls at allwhen buying sales guy said never a problem to pickup for you and service now it’s 50 bucks to pick up and 50 buck to drop off plus service unless I buy a package for 500 bucks that wasn’t offered to me even though I told them I don’t have a trailer when I bought it.. will take it anywhere but here for service and recommend you don’t buy from these guys owner was there when I bought never said anything either about package so they will say anything for sale but don’t follow through . Will be calling spartan itself to give them my thoughts also

We recently drove from Coweta to Checotah to purchase a zero-turn Spartan mower from Hoss. The customer service was excellent! Hoss spent quite a bit of time with us, answering all of our questions. He and his finance manager, Logan, were great to work with, and the parts guy/mechanic, R.T., was SUPER helpful, giving us pointers on things to increase the longevity of the mower. We were well taken care of by everyone and are very happy with our purchase!

Bought a 2007 Chevy 3500 duramax from here. Drove it home and the list of things started going wrong.The radio did not work in it.The headlights did not work (was not bulbs or fuses. It was something in the wiring)Started throwing an engine over post code that would govern the truck to not run over 40 mph while towing something.Took it to several shops to find out what the code was (replaced fuel filters, air filter, map sensor, etc.) Over a thousand dollars later I’m still in the same position.Took it to another shop that was very reputable and come to find out:The Turbo is blown sending oil into my cooling system, the front rotors have cracks in them, power steering is shot and leaking heavily, steering column is bent, and needs a new inter cooler system, passenger side door was cracked and welded back on, trailer brakes did not work, and last but not least my power locks and keyfab did not work!Repairs came up to around $8,000.00 so had to trade the truck in and lose quite a bit of money.I want to have faith in these guys because they were very nice but this truck was not ran through any type of shop before selling. There are too many things wrong with the truck to not know about at least some of them.Be very careful if you go look at something here.

very unprofessional, they never call you back, they don’t even know what they are selling. Talked to two different salesmen and both had no clue what transmission or rear end a truck had. Both stated they would call me back the next day with information about it and never did. Sent an offer thru their website and I never herd anything back. They could care less if they earn your business or not. Stay awayOverpriced used inventory, please do your research before you buy.

I purchased a beautiful Camaro SS from Hosstyle motors About a month ago The car had a couple of problems so they worked very hard to get it rightI am very impressed with the way they wanted it perfect for me . I would HIGHLY recommend you give them a chance at making you as Happy as they made me . They have the Best of the Best Inventory you will find . No joke they have Big Bad Trucks and will WORK to make your Purchase a Great experience!!

Called and talked to Hoss about a 2008 GMC 2500. I talked to him at 3:50 and there were no deposits on the vehicle. I had him send the Sellers order to my bank and he assured me that he didn’t need a deposit because the truck wasn’t on the lot, it was having a check engine light looked at. I pressed him about me feeling better if I put a deposit on it and I had full ability and intention to do so, but the owner reassured me continuously that He wasn’t going to sell the truck because it wasn’t on the lot. I had my bank draw up all the paper work and when I called back to send it and check on the status of the check engine light another sales man said someone else put a deposit down after 5. I was supposed to receive a call if someone else wanted to purchase it so I could put a deposit down. No calls from the owner and he had already left for the day. Now they are telling me that they will not honor the fact that I had ALL the money ready to go to them before 5 and they are selling the truck to the other guy. BUYERS BEWARE!! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!
