Quick and Convenient place to fill up on gas from the highway. Restrooms were decent but no TP in at least one of the stalls.

I dont usually do this but after the experience I had at this Casey's in checotah I guess the only way to get any attention on this situation is to leave a review. My family and I use Casey's literally everywhere we go and busy or not have never had such horrible customer service experience. We stopped to use the restroom and I went into the big stall which was out of toilet paper luckily my daughter was with me and gave me some. Me being the person I am thought oh they probably don't know let me go tell them real quick and I'll see if they have any pizza for the kids. I stop to tell one of the workers that there was no tp in the big stall trying to be mi dful of the workers and other customers. She proceeded to get extremely annoyed and said ya 🙄 I know I just can't get to it. I said ok well I was just trying to make yall aware in case u didn't know. Just trying to help! Then went over to get pizza and a gentlemen behind jumped and asker the worker to pack up all the cheese pizza. I said I will need one as I have a toddler that that's all he will eat. The worker proceed to say well he asked and I said I was already here b4 him. The worker proceeded to ignore me. Then as I'm walking to the counter to check out I hear the lady employee bad mouthing me for simply explaining that they were out of tp in one of the stalls. And I interjected and said I was simply trying to help in case yall wasn't made aware. There is no reason to be rude. I then asked to speak with the manager, explained the situations and her 1st words to me were well she did try to get in there to put some in but was to packed to do so. Excusing her employees horrible behavior which was the problem not just the toilet paper being out. Then she tried to say that she was sorry. Meanwhile what they don't know is I am a Business owner myself and there are never any excuses to be made when the employees have such horrible demeanor and attitudes. And if truly that busy why not simply take 2 seconds to put a sign on the door saying there was no toilet paper. And why not idk give a discount to the fact that now my pizza is more bc I had to get one that my son wouldn't even eat. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with Casey's as I spend so much money there as it is.

Seems like this place can't get there act together. When they first opened it was great but now every time I go there the gas pumps don't work or the credit card at the pumps are not working and you have to go inside and stand in line. People that work there act lazy and act like they don't even want to go there. I recommend going down the road to the next gas station or store at least you can pay at the pump and all the pumps are working.

Paying at gas pump wouldn’t show up on bank statement. So thinking there must have been an issue I call to check and no answer for any of the *10 calls I made. Hopefully I don’t get overcharged or something. Guess we’ll find out. Phone call issue needs to be fixed

Good prices considering its a gas station. Food is always great. Their spicy sausage pizza is our favorite. And their new pink lemonade. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Make sure you sign up for the rewards because it is so worth it. The app is always giving you free items plus you get points every time you purchase something.

Usually a nice visit but about half the pumps aren't working. The pumps that are working are extremely slow. Very congested traffic waiting to fill up. The staff however is always very nice and polite. Plus I like the Casey's reward program. It is very convenient to use with the Casey's phone app and they give away free things often.

This is where I get all my gas. I've never had a problem before, but here lately it's been going down hill. The pumps never have receipt paper and they have been out of gas a lot lately. We are a small town, we should be keeping up better than that. I tell the staff when they are out of things and they say ok, but next time I'm in it's not fixed. Come on Casey's, get it together.

I like this place due to the friendlyness of the people, and it seems more of a small town feel kind of gas station with a hint of trucker feel to it. The food they serve is good, but the price is a bit high to me personally. Casey's is good in my books. Sidenote, the free air (for tires) they offer is really nice to, compared to other places.

Consistently poor customer service. Casey's in Checotah has taken the convenience out of convenience store. Lines to check out get very long. I just left there after filling with gas. I tried to buy something to drink but the checkout line was ten people long.

If you want a delicious taco pizza this Casey's is the place go! Darcie Wagner made the best one I have ever eaten. And I have had a lot of Casey's taco pizza's in my day. This girl makes a superb pizza.Keep up the good work Darcie your awesome!!!

Affordable gas prices. Nice workers. Bathroom was clean every time. My only complaint would be that the coffee is too expensive.
