Went there to buy some dry graphite powder. The guys helped me find it, good customer service there...but when I went to pay, it rang up higher than the price posted on the shelf. I realized it after I had paid but when I questioned the cashier, she said that's the manufacturer bar code and not their price, but it was posted on the shelf as the price. That was the dumbest excuse I've heard, I was shocked...I didn't want to waste anymore time waiting for a manager so I left without getting my money back. Just look out for inaccurate pricing.

This star represents strictly on the fact that when they don't have but very little...a very small rack, and 2 rows of women's jeans in the whole store. The women's and children's section is a very small area together, guess if you wear men's clothes it's a great place to go for good pair jeans. Their dedication to the amount of men's vs kids and women's is severely disappointing. Other than that it's got other things that are good...just not preferably a spot to get kids and women's clothing.

I love Atwood's! They have everything farm and ranch. There are always knowledgeable, friendly employees willing to help you find something or to help you figure out what you need. They have awesome home decor. From picture frames, to figurines, to signs. They have tons of tools and equipment. It's really a great place.

Atwoods has always been one of my favorite retail stores. They have everything from lawn and garden equipment to animal care products. I've never been disappointed when I shop there. And they have knowledgeable and courteous staff. Go pay them a visit. I think you will want to shop there often.

Love coming here just to look at the different items and critters they usually have, most of the people are very courteous and helpful. Bought a 9mm Hellcat about 3 years ago, and it has functioned properly with over 2,000 rds through the barrell.

Atwoods in Checotah, OK is a fantastic farm and ranch supply store. They have a wide variety of products at competitive prices, and their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The store is always clean and well-organized. Highly recommend for all your farming and ranching needs!

I really didn't care for this Atwoods. It was ok as far as being clean and stocked. There was someone cleaning the bathrooms when my son needed to go #2. They had BOTH bathrooms shut down for one person to clean them. They let my son go but it was very uncomfortable for them to wait with the door to the bathroom and everything posted open. I chose to hold it because it was too weird for me.Then my husband and I spent 45 mins looking for the animal wormer. Tons of employees walked and worked around us looking HARD for this section. Finally my husband asked because all we could find was goat wormer.The employee said it was upfront located behind customer service 😑😑😑😑😑 UUUUGGGHHH!!! (A sign near the dog meds would be great)I went and waited for everyone to leave the area to deal with someone having a return issue. Then I walked over to look at what wormers they offer. I'm quite particular about what I give my dogs and the people that make these have money on mind not safety. So im going to need to look and read multiple options.As soon as I walked up an employee comes over and STOPS me from looking to ask if i wana look. 🙄 Yeah, but I can't see any of that from here.Then the people having the return problem come over and are talking super loud between me and the employee I'm talking to. Then ANOTHER employee came over to ask when he can start rushing customers out.(ALSO I STILL NEED TO PEE! Even though they were closing in 19 mins 😂 They couldn't wait to close BOTH bathrooms until customers were gone.)Now that he hasn't been at his register, there is also a line behind me. So she is now talking to 3 ppl not including me and they are all yelling over and around me to each other.I have sensory issues and that was WAY TO MUCH for me to concentrate or even be able to talk to this person. I literally can not hear sounds individually when they are that loud and close. Even if she had handed me the box I would not be able to read or comprehend the information with all the sensory input or the people's eyes waiting for me to be done.I would need to stand in line and read multiple boxes for wormers im not familiar with. That is INCREDIBLY uncomfortable with a line of people needed help at the service desk. Idk why a glass case like they use for the knife or dog electronics wouldn't work.All around a weird experience. I'll get the wormer at TSC.

I was unfamiliar with the store but the employees are very knowledgeable and also very courteous. They help me find what I was looking for and even gave me $2 off a bag of cat food that the bag had been broke open. You don't find places like this anymore!

The Associates that helped us was very friendly and polite. The Cashier could have needed more help. I believe the other Cashier liked to take off from her register. Will definitely be back. I give y'all 5 Stars!

Staff is all older, bitter, rude people who act like it’s such an inconvenience to actually work. The store is dirty and unorganized. You have to chase the older folks to get assistance and they’re annoyed with your existence. Employees are too busy crowding registers, talking, to acknowledge customers.

Customer Service was great. However, they have "spider killer spray" that doesn't even must spiders as one of the insects killed. Also, half their items didn't have prices on them.

They have a good selection of dog food. I do wish they carried greenhouses. The staff is always helpful when we go in and ask questions. Their hiking boots are a fraction of the price compared to other stores!

I went the store to purchase a water stock tank. The store had one but it had flowers in it. The store employees refused to sell the tank because they did not want to remove the flowers or they were too lazy. I find this poor customer service. I was told that the flowers would have to sell first before I could purchase the water stock tank.

As usual the employees are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Though I don't believe you should tear up the whole store at one time call it a reset. Management should listen to the customers and employees before they ripped the whole store part. I gave it a four-star because employees are so helpful and still had a smile on their face even though their whole store was in uproar. Employees make the store. The products there are what you need in the farm and ranch industry.
