I am a vendor that delivers here once a week. The customer service in shipping and receiving is always extremely courteous.You can always tell the quality of a restaurant buy a how clean the staff keeps their kitchen in the back. This ideal holds true with Walmart as well. The people that I deal with in shipping and receiving are also the same people that are out on the floor. I have never had any issues with anyone in the back.I highly recommend this Walmart to anyone that is looking for good customer service and good people to deal with.

I’ve been coming to this walmart for years!! Its my local walmart, sadly. I have never so badly had such bad experiences at walmart except in the past 2 months, one of these workers kept following us, she even kicked us out once because she and the person i was with dont get along! this worker even came up to me today after weeks, she waited on me to check out she said “ladies yall arent allowed in here without parents” ma'am are parents were there. I ask help to find stuff and some of the workers are just so rude and disrespectful. the bathrooms are gross theres always this one worker in there playing on her phone😂 this walmart is just out of hand, pick a better walmart !!!!

For a small town and small Walmart, they sure know how to maximize space. The service is excellent and super friendly! Wish they were this nice in my hometown in OKC.

I love going to this place, especially when the manager in her personal clothing (Dallas cowboys sweater) decides to watch us check out rather than keeping the store up and clean… comeon lady just let us shop! But instead they make you feel like you’ve stolen this or that before ya leave… it used to be decent but decent took a dive off the cliff….this place is horrible. There are a handful of staff that do make it a great place to shop tho but the entire management team is nothing but a rotted apple and needs a complete change!!! Oh and fyi it looks like someone got hungry down the clearance isle!!!

Do not use the chandler Walmart pharmacy. The pharmacist there will try to diagnose you himself without being an actual doctor and will put a wrench in your relationship with your primary care physician. I am goin to Human Resources about him myself

My wife and I have frequented Walmart, and unfortunately, our recent experiences with loss prevention have been disheartening. Despite being loyal customers, we consistently feel singled out and followed, I even know one guy from high school among the security personnel. As a mixed couple, the discomfort caused by what seems like racial profiling is disconcerting. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in a place that should prioritize inclusivity and respect. We hope that Walmart takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly to create a more welcoming environment for all customers.

People at the pharmacy is really nice and helpful. The prices on the food and clothing is really to high for the kind of store that it is. It's supposed to be a discount store, but it's more like a regular clothing store and A Pricey food store. WERE IS OUR BARGAINS? ITS SEEM LIKE AFTER MR WALT DIED, YOU GUYS FOR GOT WHAT HE STARTED THE STORE FOR.FOR PEOPLE WHO COULD SAVE ON THEIR GROCERY AND CLOTHING WHERE THEY WOULD HAVE SOMETHING LEFT TO MAYBE GO TO A SHOW OR GAS MONEY TO GO SOMEWHERE. IT IS A PITY!!!

I was in town to visit family and I drove in from Austin so it was a bit of a drive. It was getting late and we were having company the following evening so we decided to run here and grab a few things so we weren't rushed to run our errands the next day.I purchased my items on the self checkout and my cousin tried to use the ZIP option through the Walmart app and it kept crashing the self service purchase option. We moved to 3 different registers and then we were told to go to a register with a person who could key in the card information. However, once there we were told they can't key in card info, only for Food Stamps, for some reason. Regardless, it was a very poor experience to be shuffled around and then the manager on duty was incredibly rude. His name was Justin. It was late about 10:45 and they were clearly rushing us to get out of the store before 11pm, when they closed.Finally, after many attempts we just said forget it we'll do it tomorrow. I went to get my bags and the manager said he had to check them. I gave him my receipt proving I had purchased all that was in my bags. I had ranch dressing in my hand and he took it out of my hand and said I hadn't bought it. It wasn't on my receipt. I absolutely had purchased it. It was THE FIRST thing on my receipt. I was so upset that he was saying I was trying to steal I had to step outside.HVR was what was the first thing listed on my receipt. In case you weren't aware, that's Hidden Valley Ranch. The dressing Justin the evening manager said I didn't purchase and took out of my hands. When he asked what that was my cousin said that was Hidden Valley Ranch and I think you owe my cousin an apology.He did not apologize to me nor did he even attempt to make up for treating a guest, in the state and the town, so poorly.This was the worst experience I have ever had and I will absolutely NEVER go back here and I will highly recommend you find anywhere else to get what you need. In fact, order it online and pick it up at Target. Where we got everything we needed from the night before AND $100 cheaper.

The Management at Walmart is doing a great job if you ask me. I am always greeted with smiles and hellos. Helpful staff is a definite plus. I will continue to shop at Walmart Supercenter of Chandler, Oklahoma.I recommend you shop there also.Gerald Murray

This is a small town so I shouldn't expect it to be like other Walmarts I've visited. They didn't have very many options on a lot of things. But you could find an energy drink at just about every isle. Although the ladies helping the self-check were very nice and friendly.

Corporate America as well. The quantity on the shelves was horrible. The self checkout took forever. You want me to self checkout and then check my receipt on the way out making a customer feel like they stole something. I look for other stores with same products and will pay more just to not have to deal with bs upon leaving the store.

The miller lite beer in non existent. Out of stock? Very disappointing. Question is: why is the beer always refrigerated? So, so bad. The time you get home the beer is hot. You have to refrigerate making the beer taste different. I think the Walmart corporate office needs to rethink this, It seems they waste a lot of energy on refrigerated beer. It's not like your going to go to the parking lot and have a cold beer. I think that this is against the law? Sell coolers and ice. What a concept. I travel a lot and the ideal that some states do not allow to sell hard liquor in a Walmart is as stupid as can be. Really, you can sell wine and beer, but no hard liquor? What is this? Is each state a different country.

As Walmarts go, this one has a lot of the same employees for years, so it's nice when someone knows where is that something for which you're looking. Also, hardly a wait, if any, to get your vaccinations at the pharmacy. Again, these people are the same ones here for years. Very nice.

I have no choice but to come to this Walmart and at times have to go in, i have a 7lb chihuahua service animal for my severe anxiety and agoraphobia and he’s always with me. I have a bad back and I always use a handicap cart and the one time they had no carts available I had to use a push cart, I always bring my chihuahua with me and i had to put him in the cart with MY blanket under him. I then noticed a lady to the right of me awkwardly very close and I had to move away and I then adjust my dog and continue to walk. I then hear“ excuse me “ I was then stopped by a lady claiming to work for Walmart , undercover, dressed normal. She then told me I was not allowed to put my 7lb chihuahua in the cart because it was a health violation…again. I wasn’t allowed to put my dog on my blanket that was in the cart. I did not believe her and continue to ask for identification and she proceeded to show me her ID. This women’s name is CHRISTIE and works for Walmart as a undercover employee. She then proceeded to follow me and my boyfriend around Walmart and give me severe anxiety, she was on every isle. Weeks later and I still at times need to go into Walmart and I happen to see her following me…if she proceeds to follow me I will be calling the manager or corporate.

It doesn't matter if you're a customer, an applicant, or an employee, the staff and managers will treat you terribly. It's clean and mostly stocked that's the limit to anything nice I have to say. Incompetent, rude, lazy and hateful. That's 90% of the staff and managers.

Always enjoy and come out spending way more that expected. A few employees could be nicer but all in all a great place to shop.
