I had an online order for batman here, went to three different stalls and stayed at them all for at least 15 minutes, didn’t get answered while everyone around me was getting answered so i went inside told them i was at stall 5, waited for 10 more minutes then clicked the button again, didn’t get answered so i went inside and Carhop named Ernest finally helped me, but while he did that a carhop said “hi guy” so i just said “what’s up” and then the carhop proceeded to mock me for saying what’s up, then i got told to come back inside and the manager told me to step outside right after i just walked back in. The combination of the waiting and then the rude carhop just set me off, i used to work at sonic and that’s not the way i treated my customers; it was pitiful. I’ve never left a review in my life but i just felt like this needed to be said.

Their carhops, one in particular boy, does not know how to give the correct change. 2 days in a row he gave me less change. Plus they apparently don't listen to your order because they couldn't get that right either.The first time I let it go, but the second time I called him out and he argued with me. I still left a tip, but really felt like I shouldn't have.

Best burgers, what the menu showed is what you get in the bag. The shakes are the bomb, the service is always right on time, the food is hot when it hits your hands and I haven't been disappointed yet best in town if you wanna ask meVegetarian options: I'm not a vegan, but it's a burger joint, it serves meat as a main product, but makes a nod in the vegan direction and is scrupulous about posting vegan options as well as dietary warnings for allergies.It's a good neighbor as I live close by, and see the litter and debris associated with a busy place isop m. nimal

Chandler Sonic is the worst fast food I've ever seen. I moved here 4 months ago and I've been to sonic 3 times. All 3 times I've told them "no ketchup." All 3 times they've put ketchup on my burgers. All 3 times I've thrown them in the trash. I'd check them there, but it's someone else doing the lunch run at work. I will not be ordering from there again.

Customer service at drive up was terrible. Girl took my order but didn't acknowledge what I ordered. Told her when I got to the window that I asked for bacon on the sandwich, was charged for it yet there wasn't any. Was already down the road before I noticed. Won't be going back there again. Don't recommend it.

Went to the one in Chandler thought I'd try the new hot fudge Sunday shake expected it to be made of ice cream and it was some kind of fluff... It's been in the fridge ever since and the consistency is still fluff if it was made of ice cream it would be liquid I'll never have that one again

They always clear the order BEFORE they deliver it. Its irritating for it to have a in the kitchen/on the way tracker when they don't follow it and make it seem like they delivered your food far earlier than they actually did. Fries werent fresh. The burger was awesome though and the drinks were great.

It's good food, but in my opinion the staff is not educated on their job or what Sonic offers on the menu. The bread is ALWAYS stale. The employees are friendly, but the service is no good. Even the manager isn't very good at customer service. I hate to say those things, but it is the truth. They could definitely use some improving all around.The experience from there has been constant since this is the only fast food chain in Luther, OK.

Sonic is really inconsistent. We ordered cheddar peppers and the were mushy and not any good. Usually they are pretty darn tasty. Our drinks were fine. But my son had to use the bathroom and it looked like no one ever cleans it. Employees are friendly and fast though . It's a mixed bag

This place is a lot better since they got a new place but man they are really hit and miss. I ordered at 635 tonight got my food finally at 7. 15 min after it said someone was on their way to deliver. I could tell they were understaffed, tryed to be understanding. Tipped car hop $2 could tell they were working hard. Got home half my order was missing. Called Darlene told her I was on my way back. 5 min drive. Waited twenty more min for my food. Finally got my whole order at 7:50 got home at 8. hour and a half of my time. I ordered extra tator tots and onion rings when i got there. Didnt offer to discount or give me any kind of compensation free drink card. Literally nothing. Little goes a long way. After they brought me my additional order i had to remind them again Im here to pick up my missing order showed them receipt. Darlene that seemed like a manager smiled and handed my card to me after she charged me full price for my additional order.When she brought my missing order. Im done. Never coming back here. One time I ordered burgers and got home and there was no patties but they at least gave me a free meal for the future. Terrible customer service and Im pretty understanding. Worked in food business myself for 6 years. Feel bad for chandler we dont have a lot to chose from and taco mayo is just as bad as here.

We stopped here on our way to visit my family the food was hot and fresh service was good we just had to wait a little bit for fresh tots and food. There is a drive-thru service, covered pull in order areas and a area that is covered with chairs and tables. Quick in and out access off the road. Fresh burgers, a great variety of cold drink options and good ice cream treats. The coffee is good too!

The carhops are so friendly and super sweet. If u go there please leave a decent tip. They work hard and they do it with a smile. They always get my order out fast too.

Just shocked that the cashier at your drive thru window ask me if I wanted my cash back?Like she wasn’t a car hop which I always tip! Never had this happen anywhere else.

What’s happened to this place??? When I moved to Chandler a couple of years ago Sonic was great!!! The food was always hot and delicious but since it was relocated across the street, it’s rare that I get a decent hamburger. It’s ALWAYS cold and with so much lettuce it should be a salad. And so the bun is mushy from soaking up the water from the lettuce that it’s falling apart. It’s aggravating to pay as much as they charge and get a cold and gross burger. I’ll just go to McDonald’s and get the mini burgers. At least they’re consistent and hot. You’ve lost my business Sonic!!! I paid $13.46 tonight for garbage. 🤢

Unfortunately a bad experience. First burger made wrong, second attempt made wrong, third was forgotten about for 15 min. The only thing that salvaged this visit was the manager on duty came out and made sure it was corrected and apologized. The staff did apologize as well and they did handle it pretty well even though I was frustrated. Food was good and fresh once I got it corrected.

6/2022 UPDATE: NEW MGMT: CRYSTAL made things right, apologized & seems the staff are much better under her management! Where as b4? They just did not care about service or doing things correctly AT ALL.THis location ALWAYS gets your order WRONG OR ALMOST BURNED. They dont do the internet specials & THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG. ITS RIDICULOUS! A few days ago, went thru the drive-thru, they were not busy & had at least 7 or 8 workers...my order was wrong & onion rings were burned I can't believe anyone would stick them in a bag to be served...ARE YOU KIDDING?? There are only 3 drive-thrus in Chandler, so maybe they have the attitude: too bad we are the only game in town. It's like the owner &/or mgmt has never actually WORKED IN A RESTAURANT!!!

This is not the first time I've came here recently and had to wait an excessive amount of time for my order. At least two other customers that ordered after me got their orders first. The s stores customer service sucks. The manger needs to get involved with these people fast... No change

Always a great place to eat. The car hop Tiffany Johnston is very pleasing & helpful every time. Had to mention her. Lol. Pretzel is always a great snack too.Features: They are very mindful & protective on covid.
