Feel fortunate that groomer/breeder we just moved away from after 32 years got us recommendation for this very nice groomer who has excelled in the national and international professional grooming world and continues to learn and grow. Our 2 bouviers turn heads on the street, they are magnificant looking.

In the past, I have had very pleasant interactions with this business. However, in recent months, they have changed their online scheduling system. You can no longer select days that suit your schedule and must instead wait to be informed of a day and time that they can get your dog in. Also, it has been very difficult if not impossible to contact an actual human being when attempting to reach them by phone. Additionally, in recent months they have raised their prices significantly. Where I was once paying $50~ per simple session, I was now paying $75+ for a simple wash, cut and trim of my small dog. Today there was a breakdown in communication and we showed up for an appointment that we thought had been scheduled for two weeks only to find that, for whatever reason, the appointment had not been successfully put in on their side. The young receptionist was rude and unpleasant and made no effort to apologize for the scheduling conflict caused by their new online system. While I have enjoyed and appreciated the past service, I will not be returning due to what happened today and their continually rising prices for the grooming of a small dog.

Went to speak about price clown got all huff and said if you got your dogs groomed more then 6 months. Told him it's hard on a ss check . He really got bent out and said he was canceling the other dog as he was price himself out.firstwhat about customer service customer is always right not with this jerk. I would not use this clown what so ever first it was a year ago a dog got lose on him and then today he shaved a dog he didn't have to. The last time the dogs got grooming his partner did them and the dogs where not shaved like this.

Excellent service I've been dealing with him for two years. My dogs are well taken care of. If I tell them they are going to get bath they rush to the vehicle. The owner and staff are very professional. Great Groomer.
