Called Goodman’s to order tires, asked for price for 4 and asked if they offered a military discount. I was told that they did. They gave me a total of over $1500 plus $120 to mount and balance. I thought the price for mounting and balancing was a little higher than I’m used to but okay. She told me that the 10% military discount would take off $15. I let her know that 10% off would be $150. She then put someone else on the line to get me a correct total because her math wasn’t working out. Troy got on the phone and said he would not give a military discount because he wouldn’t make any money off of the sale. I know this man is making money off of just the mount and balance alone. I declined to buy tires from them and they seemed totally unbothered. Keep this in mind when you decide to do business here. Customer service is absolutely lacking.

Great service, great price for service. An accident happened during a job with the job and not only did they fix it the same day no problem, but my car was in better condition afterwards. 10/10 would recommend.

Troy is awesome! He is very knowledgeable about tires. He visually inspected more than just the tires. He answered all of our questions and showed us what he saw so we would know what to expect in the future. We were well taken care of! We will be taking all of our tire business to Troy and you should as well.! You won't be disappointed!

This place saved us! My fiance and I were traveling with our RV when we noticed our truck had a bulging tire, ready to blow.The tires, unfortunately, are usually special order (they're some big boys). We called around a few places before finding Goodman's. They had just what we needed. They were really friendly and got us in and out. We're so grateful!

Customer service is amazing! They’ve helped me out a number of times and I’ve never been disappointed. I went to a different shop in the city for an oil change and they wanted to charge me $200 for a new tire that was apparently “un fixable.” Well they just wanted my money because when I took it here, it took him 2 mins to fix it and only cost me $12! Will be coming here for my oil changes from now on!
