Love this place! My cat was attacked by some kind of wild animal in the balcony. My heart was broken when I saw him limping back to the house. Brought him to Chandler Animal Clinic and the staff was really nice and treat him with compassion. Dr Provence let me know what happens to him. Clean up his wounds and gave him antibiotic and rabies shots for treatment with very reasonable price. He’s doing well from recovery. I’m extremely happy and will take my pets here from now on.

My boy Kiggi and I had an awesome first experience with the Chandler animal clinic team!!!❤️ I don't know if it was his first time in a carrier or to the vet but they treated very well and he was sick a good boy. Service with a smile and explanation 😊 we will definitely be back. Thank y'all!!🙏

We've had nothing but good experiences here. They are very easy to get an appointment. Their prices are a little on the high side but in the range I would expect for a vet. The front desk staff has been friendly and a pleasure to talk with each time.

This is a wonderful animal hospital! They are so kind and loving to our pets! I truly believe my elderly dog is living comfortably because of their wonderful care. They don't over charge either.

I have only had good experiences with Chandler Animal Clinic. I've used them for 5 years. The only time we've used anyone else in that time was an emergency situation and they were fully booked. They recommended someone else in that event.

I have not been physically inside of this vet clinic YET.But we do plan on brining our pup here.We had an emergency & called for assistance & they were SO SWEET AND SO HELPFUL. I would already recommend them 10/10. Will update when we use them physically ♡

This clinic and all the staff is A+ top rated!! They all have always been sweet and welcoming and always made me and my dogs feel like we are valued. Dr. Provence and her staff are very knowledgeable and have always answered every question I have had with a smile and have always been caring towards my dogs and me. The office staff is phenomenal. Quick and very good with my dog, cats, and ferret. Prices are extremely reasonable as well. Every time I've needed apt, I'm usually get in the same day.

My experience with this animal clinic is the best I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and so friendly and happy! The price was extremely affordable. My 2 German Shepards loved them. My one male German Shepard is untrusting of any strangers and he was great around the staff. This is now our vet and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting there pets and animals to be well cared for!!!❤️

Took dog in for getting beaten up by a large bulldog. He's fine & was taken top of the line pet care. My Norwegian Elkhound is getting much better he still has some time longer to heal because of the wound. No infection has taken antibiotics & is back to his old self

Dr. Provence at Chandler Animal Clinic has been amazing with dealing with our sick pet, as well as getting the rest up to date on they're shots. She's not pushy when we request only the minimum vaccines, either. The techs are all amazing, too... so friendly, polite, and helpful!

They took wonderful care of my boy when he got neutered. The vet was very friendly and every member of staff we saw had a smile and good attitude. I felt very comfortable leaving my pet with them. Highly recommend.

You took out your resentment of me out on my pets because when I was paying my bill of $136 for ear drops put in my dogs ears, I asked the young lady about bringing my other dog in for a heartworm test to get him on heart guard, I had had him there about 6 months ago to see vet. She said, thats find bring him in is about $25. Then the person sitting at computer next to her, Mayra Garcia, pops up and says "you will have to see vet first for wellness check.I told her he had been there about 6 months ago for that, i just wanted heartworm check (as I had paid around $900 to clinic in last couple of months) She said well you will have to see vet first. I told her I could not afford that right now (I am 81 and live alone on social security with dogs for compain and do the best I can to take care of) as I turned around and started out the door, she sarcasticly said "You have a nice day now". most young people are respectable to us older seniors. Then I in the mail received this letter from you telling me not to bring my dogs back to your clinic and to find a new vet! I am 81 and disabled, and is hard for me to drive around very far safely to find another vet. Marley's ears did not clear up and I was told to bring her back if they did not. Then get letter in mail!! Marley is gone now, so I guess I don;t have to worry about her having a good home when I am gone. I think you telling me not to bring my pets to your clinic and find another vet puts a black nark on you as a vet and your unpolite help at front desk. It seems as if as long as the charges are adding up there is smiles and niceness. asked a question about a charge, and amd told to find another vet !! I blame you and your computer girl for the loss of my companion. That's just how I feel. Shame on you.

Just left our first appointment. We ARE IN LA-LA-LOOOOVE with the ENTIRE staff & Dr. Walking in was like walking into an old, familiar friends house. We were shocked to see that our three dogs exhibited very little stress upon entering, which is a shocker considering! In addition, they are EXTREMELY affordable in their prices, from services to meds. We have almost instantly become loyal, lifetime patients!

I absolutely love the Staff they know your animal from cows to cats and they always greet them with such kindness and compassion. I love the fact the Doctor always calls after a procedure and explains the procedure and how it went and the recovery process. The staff will explain any thing you don’t understand and are so kind to your precious family member when they handle them. I would not recommend anyone else to care my animals❣️

I love coming here ! I drive from the city just to take my girl in to see the vet. Love Natasha, she is always welcoming and always wanting what’s best for my baby. I love how quick they can get me in usually same day, also love the fair pricing. My dog has had the best treatment here, I highly recommend this clinic!

With recently moving to the area we needed a new Vet. My in-laws took one of their dogs here, so we decided this is where we would bring our puppy to be neutered. When I got to the clinic for his appointment I called to let them know I was there. The young lady told me she would be right out to get him. I asked if I could bring him in because it was our first time there, he’s coming in to be neutered and he has major separation anxiety. She immediately got an attitude and asked me “why do you need to come in?!” I reiterated my reasoning, which was met with more attitude. She sighed and said, “ I guess I can ask the doctor.” Not a great first impression, especially knowing they will be putting my puppy to sleep and performing surgery. She eventually opened the door and said I could go into an exam room. Now, I understand with Covid-19 there are regulations. Never once was I asked to put a mask on. There were Zero other customers, it was just me and my puppy. The girl, I believe her name was Myra, had an attitude towards me the entire time she asked questions about our puppy’s history. After a few minutes it was time for me to leave.Now, when I picked our puppy up later that afternoon I was greeted by a kind young lady, different from the one in the morning. She is the only reason I increased this review to 2 stars. She was sweet and understanding and explained everything to me about the procedure and that our puppy did great.After getting home with our puppy we looked at his area where he was neutered. Shocked is all I can say. We have 3 other dogs, 2 of which are males that have been neutered as well. Our poor puppy looked like he had been carelessly cut open and stitched back up. His area looked like a rubber band was wrapped around it and just sliced off. Our other dogs you couldn’t even tell they had been neutered, other than the obvious lack of male parts. Thankfully, our puppy is doing just fine and healing but it looks terrible. We will not be coming back to this vet and not recommending this vet either. Very disappointed.

Dr. Provence is such a compassionate and sweet veterinarian. One of my kitties got sick with an upper respiratory infection despite being an indoor only cat. Being new in town we needed a vet that’s close by and one who could get us in quickly. Dr. Provence and the staff took such excellent care of Flower and got her well quickly. I also appreciate the fact they followed up to see how she was doing. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again for all you’ve done. Every single person who works at this facility is soooo kind and friendly. I’d give 10 stars if I could rate that high. ❤️❤️❤️

Today as I was leaving after paying $136.00 for my dogs ear treatment, I stopped up front after paying and I asked the lady at the desk if I could bring my other dog in for heartworm test, that he had been there before, I just wanted to get him on medicine. She very politely said, yes, it was $25.00. Then the foreign girl working beside her (don't know what her nationality is) she butted in as I was talking to other lady, and said "No you will have to see vet for wellness" (another charge!) Humans only have wellness visits Once a year! I said I only want to get him on heart worm meds. She said he has not been in since July. I was not even talking to her. I said I can't do that right now. She very smart elicky said well you Have a good day now as I walked out the door!! very hateful. just tring my best to take care of him. sorryn I n am not rich..

So happy with this clinic. I was traveling through the area and my dog was sick. Called this clinic and they were able to see my dog right away. Very friendly & informative vet. The entire staff is friendly and made me feel comfortable. Gave me a diagnosis & meds right away. Very reasonable fees. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Our dogs go here by time we have to leave town, and they’re always so excited to go! They take amazing care of our fur family, and the pups have a new bandanna on every time we pick them up. Cutest little touch, I think.
