I haven't bought my cat Oliver food at Petco, simply because I have had food on hand for him. However this time around, I stopped on my way home. The selection of food is just about the same as the Competior, but I was able to find wet cat food. The store is always clean, plus the employees are always avaliable to ask questions.

Store seemed a little unorganized but the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had done my own research on what dog food I wanted to feed my 4 month old English Bulldogs and they had it. There was a young man stocking in that area and he was able to give me more information on it and a couple of others. Once I had made my decision he was kind enough to carry it to the register for me since I had failed to get a cart. I wish I had gotten his name because he really deserves some recognition. I know it's his job but he was very kind and didn't act like I was a bother like others have done in other stores. Petco did an excellent job in hiring this young man. Maizie and Mimosa also loved all their new toys!

The associates that helped us were very knowledgeable about the bearded dragon we purchased and all the supplies we needed including which brands were the best and really went above and beyond for us during our experience. I can honestly say it was the best customer service I’ve received at any establishment. They were very patient and very helpful and answered all of our questions and more

Always such a great experience with this store. Any questions or concerns I have, they're always so kind to help out. My dog loves a certain toy, but within months, it's gone, so I'm always here a good few times a year. Have a store closer to my home, but I always drive a bit more to come to this one for the wonderful service of the employees!

Didn't have a good experience at all. While I was there, they accused a young boy of shoplifting and chased him all the way out into the parking lot and dragged him back in, only to realize he didn't actually steal anything. I felt so bad for the kid.

Along with the other common garden areas the lack of maintenance and planting of flowers makes this store look cheap. Management or Corporate has decided not to invest in the shopping experience. Lets get back to our areas looking beautiful on the outside.

The store looks amazing. It’s been cleaned up a lot since the new GM took place. I believe her name is Allie. It’s nice to be greeted when you walk in. Grooming girls are also very friendly, Maria is very helpful as well!

This 41st and Sheridan store was way nicer than the Catoosa one I visited a few days ago. I was helped and got what I needed fast. They even help me out with a refund for a price match of a product I bought from the other store. Thank you.

I give this particular Petco one star, big house there was literally one employee in this store that didn't look at me like I had an arm coming out of my forehead. I made bad decisions in my life but 9 years ago I changed my life, but still suffer some neurological disorders. The staff minus 1 young person, AND other customers were very judgemental and unfortunately and ruined my whole day. Had no problem changing me 70 and refusing me a bag.

Went in to just buy a few feeder fish for my son to try out as pets. Wound up getting phenomenal service from the gentleman there. Though we spent a mere $6.00, he was so helpful and informative and so nice to us. Wish I'd gotten his name, I just know that he has 4 boys and treated our boy with love and respect and no judgement. My son STILL talks about how "cool" he was. We will definitely be getting our entire tank setup from here once I feel he's ready. Thank you again!

Walking into the store there was an overwhelming smell of animal feces/urine, but also some type of deodorant that they appeared to be trying to cover up the smell. It was super strong like dirty hamster cages. Also, we have stopped at the store several times to get crickets and once again they were out. They had several boxes of pre-boxed crickets but every single box was dead.

I placed my order for crickets at 7:04 pm, received my email at 7:09 pm saying that my order was ready to be picked up. I drove 25 miles to pick them up. I pulled in at 7:45, fifteen minutes before they close at 8 pm. There is a sign on the door that states that starting today, and for the next two weeks, they will be closing at 6. Why would I be able to place an order at 7? And why would my order be filled if they were closed?

I only have great things to say about this location. From the knowledgeable staff when buying a pet birdie to all the supplies we've stopped in to buy for our doggos. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The manager, I believe his name is Steven, even helped us with the app to get even more perks when shopping there. We'll definitely continue to shop here for all of our pet needs.

Great experience here today! We took our newly adopted pup with us. The staff was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The new manager gave us some great advice and insight on what dog food to try and how to transition from one brand to another.

I went here to return a dog toy that had broke the first time. The manager gave me a time. He acted like I stoled the toy. He gave me a card with credit on it. But he never put the credit on the. So I was just out the 20 bucks. So needless to say I will never go there again or to any of their other stors

Grooming department was not available for a nail trim at 6pm. Store is too dirty to have your pets walk around on the floor and sniff the ground. Employees were pushy around a subscription service Petco is now peddling. Go the extra few miles and hit a higher quality pet store, you won’t regret it.
