Serving raw chicken is the biggest no no!!Decided to give it another chance, even though this location has disappointed us time and time again. Ordered a chicken sandwich & a cheeseburger with onions and pickles. My cheeseburger came with nothing but ketchup on it, and my husbands chicken sandwich was completely raw! I drove back after already getting home and just asked for a refund, showing them the raw chicken. She took it back and the crew inside gathered to look & talk about it, then glared at us from the door. I apologized for being an inconvenience and they reluctantly gave me my money back. Really disappointed because sometimes it is the only food option around here.

I’ve been back in this are two months. I’ve ordered from this sonic twice. Both times they got my order wrong. Called to talk to a manager, no one answered the call the first time, and the second time I called I finally got someone to answer. I’ve discussed it with locals who all said that what I experienced was NORMAL for this drive-in. The only good thing was the above par service provided by a bell hop. I also learned this was her like third day doing it, and I watched her lap her co-workers with more experience. 12/10 for the bellhops. 1/10 for the kitchen staff screwing over the servers by consistently messing up an order.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is horrible. I understand when places are short staffed or having a bad day so I've given this place multiple shots. Food is never right, whole meals missing. When you try to get it corrected they are rude to you about it. The last visit was the worst we waited 15 minutes for the wrong order to be brought to us and then waited another 15 for it to be corrected

Usually it’s hit or miss around here but today was it for me. I understand being busy as I worked at a sonic but I have never had someone cut us off and just press done on an order before. We didn’t get to finish our order and when we tried to press the button again they skipped over us for someone else. Not going back for a long while.

Food was what we expected but the order screen said our car hop was bringing our food. And it ended up being bout 10 min later that our food arrived. Our order was correct, and everything went the way it should except for their being only one or two car hops working and food coming out late. That's the reason for 4 stars and not 5

Need to get more help and get rid of the ones the have,sat there over 10 min waiting on someone to take my order.finally older lady put head PHONES on started taking a order.than took them back off.i push my red button again to make sure it was working and she never did answer it...so I left

Almost left because first stall did not seem to work I could only vaguely hear someone. Tried another,it took a while but finally got ordered. After that went normally,good food as usual.

Usually they are pretty good, but today not so much. The ordering screens were not working correctly, and neither was the intercom for ordering. Then they only got alittle over half of our order. Today was very disappointing.

I've stayed away from Sonic for a couple years, but my recent visits have been pleasant. Today, my carhop was great, his clothes were a little stained but was very polite, keep it up Christopher, you're doing well. Food was hot, even though I called it in. Great job, 4 stars.

Very horrible. They brought my blasts and the lid was loose and the cup looked like dit had been splattered with blasts. They didn't even bother to clean it off. This after a 20 minute wait, for just one blast.

Took 45 minutes to get order, footlong was two hot dogs put together, fries were soggy, drinks were wrong, but the carhop kept apologizing and made sure we got what we paid for

Couldn't hear speaker System on stall 7! Order got all messed up, and didnt even get straws for any of three drinks! Gave up after 5 minutes waiting on straws....on a positive note: Received 2 out of 3 drinks correctly!!! Will go to convience store next time!!!!!

Although it was fairly quick coming out the burger was like a hockey puck hard and over cooked to the point half was eaten and that was enough. The toaster sandwich the bread was soggy. The drinks came out overflowing and when we attempted to clean it up one single napkin. When I asked the young kid to get some more napkins while my drink spilled all over the place he acted like it was an inconvenience and brought a huge stack with attitude.

The food was perfectly cooked. One thing I would suggest is to not put carhops names on the screen. Just put your order is on the way or something like that. That's to protect workers. Just an idea.

Stopped by the sonic as I was passing thru in the morning. Person working ordering system was extremely rude and short with the customer. When “red button was activated” could faintly hear a “WHAT do you want”Food was incorrect, drink was bad..won’t recommend or ever stop here again
