There was a huge line, and the manager never came out to help, nor did the employee call for help. Expired product on the shelf that they would only blame the vendors on rather than take any blame themselves. They were not very friendly to deal with. Customer service is horrible.

The prices on the shelf are never the same as what you are charged. I am on a fixed income so I add up my purchases as I shop to be sure I have enough money. Everytime I have to put some of it back because they charge more than what is marked on the shelf. Depending on which cashier is waiting on you, the excuse for it is always different. This is terrible and definitely not good for business

It was a mess. Totally unorganized, I found the same stock in three different places. Ex. Located trash bags, they weren't what I wanted but put them in my basket anyway. Went a few aisles over found some more picked them up and returned the others, found another group an aisle over from that and it was that way throughout the store. Paper plates were in three different places. I got as much as I could and got out of there. It is not the store for me. Totally a mess.

When I first visited this place a couple of months ago everything was really rough. Shelves weren't stocked, nothing was priced and everything was dirty. I don't know what happened but things are clean, available and there's very friendly service. Whatever changes they made in the staff is really working. I'm happy to stop here now.

So convenient for us. The store is so crowded with goods not put up. Understaffed. Friendly workers, mostly. Canadian is 100% better for the store. Clean the aisles. Sometimes nasty. We have already outgrown the space for our little town. Good hours to be open. Need more grocery items.

5 people at the door the worker just locked. Disconnects the phone while we are tying to get her attention walks to the back of thr store intentional to ignore the crowd forming at 9:30 pm

Nice friendly staff and they work hard, but every DG I've been to has more stock than workers can handle. I'd pay more if they could put 1 more person a shift. I've worked retail a clean attractive store helps sales cuts shrink

I have never known a business that doesn't answer the phone I have try to call this store for the last 2 weeks everyday 3-4 times a day And not once has someone answer it. I can see if they were having problems with phone service but 2 weeks no way and when you go in there they act like it is a inconvenience to help you find something. So I won't be going back poor business..

Had coupon to save 5 when spent 25. They took coupon and assured me..yes, manager, that it took it off. It did not. When I went back a few mins later she was gone and no one could fix it. I was short TWENTY-FIVE CENTS off the $25 and they never told me...and actually insisted the coupon worked. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT STORE EVER AGAIN.

It's a mess and the employees are unhelpful, rude, and hateful. The tornado sirens were going off and they made my 71 year old uncle leave his basket and kicked him out of the store into the storm! He could've been injured or WORSE!

Too much stock in the isles. Clean it up and restock it in a timely manner. Never seen a dollar general that bad!!! The woman that was my checker was a negative evil woman.

Stopped into this store and could not believe how nasty this store is, so much clutter and getting someone to come in and wait on you is horrible. Can’t get down the isle cause so much merchandise is scattered or in the way. Management is lacking in this store. What a shame this store has become so nasty!

Filthy store! 2 different employees tried to cheat me on change with receipt. Someone needs to run the store. Sad other stores even have produce section.

Dollar general has a lot of low prices and are competitive with other stores but doesn't always have everything you need

These stores are everywhere and they're small so you can get in and out pretty quick, unlike Walmart that is never a pleasant trip!
