Worst experience ever, I was falsely accused of breaking a window and I was charged and treated like a criminal by the manager. She changed my card $250 for the window first without even asking me if I had anything to do with it. She sent me pictures of a broken window that they must use to scam people and take customers money, she then said it came from outside and refunded the $250 back to my card and simply reply with a text sorry, didn’t even call me to apologize for ruining my weekend gateway, the worst thing is she lied and said she would give me 2 free nights and she never did , do not stay here!!! Terrible , incompetent staff.

Worst place I have ever stayed at. Advertised as a deluxe suite for $130 got there it was a room with a bed. Breakfast was a joke didn’t even have fruit just some rubber eggs. Fire alarms were going off at 2 AM. Elevator doesn’t work. we had a disabled person with us . Pool was down gym was down reconstruction everywhere. It was definitely a safety hazard staff was not friendly at all.

Smelled just awful, smoke smell throughout the entire location. There is no elevator, I was not prepared to drag the bags upstairs. Our room door did not want to open or relatch without a few minutes of fighting with it. The clerks when we arrived and departed were visibly upset. When we left, the agent couldn't be bothered to give my daughter a receipt for our checkout. I would not recommend it, not friendly, not clean. I gave two stars because it had a bed and running clear water.

Only stayed here for one night and the guy at the front desk was super cool and fast! Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. A little hard to get to because of construction tho but it’s not the hotels fault.

If frontage road construction gets you confused, call the hotel. They were happy to guide me in, check me in a bit early(wasn't too busy), and offer me a slightly better deal for an extra night that my Hotels app offered. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient to grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, you name it! (As of 12/23 pool is down)

I found this place to be exactly what I needed. I was in town to play poker at Choctaw. More than half the price of the casino hotel. The bed was comfy. The AC was working hard but did a good job in 100° days. Everything worked. There were 2 down sides. Only one was their responsibility. 1. Getting there with the construction to the highway is a bit rough on anything other than a truck. It also takes 25 minutes to get to the casino despite being 3 minutes away. 2. The cable TV sucks. Granted you are not there to watch TV but all the channels in the guide show up, but they are not signed up for any of them. 300 channels and only 30 of them work. Obviously these issues were not worth docking a star. If you are going to Choctaw casino, this is a nice option.

Our room was great. The property was very clean. The day staff seemed distracted and bothered when we stopped by a little early to see if maybe they had a room ready but the night shift was very nice and more than helpful. They informed us that a hot breakfast would be available from 6 to 9 am. But when we went down there we were met with a sign saying to ask someone at front desk for breakfast items. We did not.

The queen room was dirty. There was food splattered on the wall, food a other debris along the edges of the bed on the floor. One of the light fixtures did not work. One lamp shade was 1/2 melted. The free breakfast was "to go" gas station pastries and donuts. The pool was not open. There were hairs under the fitted sheet. The construction outside made it next to impossible to even get to the hotel. Staff was not very knowledgeable. The ice maker didn't work and laundry services were out too.

For the money, this is a fantastic Hotel. Even disregarding the price, it is a great Hotel. They have an indoor pool, the rooms are very well kept and modern. Staff is very friendly, the Lobby and hallways are clean, nicely decorated, and smell good. I am a non-smoker and did not notice any cigarette odors at all. There were no weird smells at all. Coffee, coffee maker, hygiene items all supplied. Bed was a little hard but not uncomfortable. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom was very clean and well- maintained. Even if I had a job 30 minutes from this hotel, I would probably stay here. This one is a rare find folks.

The room was nothing to shout about but was good enough for what we wanted, a place to sleep and shower then we were gone. , there was no breakfast or coffee and I was there at 6:30 am. They charged me a 75.00 incidental fee which I have not gotten back. I was told to call back today as the boss lady works days. Called several times. No answer. The shuttle was nice but would really like my incidental fee back sooner than later. My sister has not gotten hers either.

It could be a decent place just need to work on cleanliness. The room was not cleaned well at all. There was popcorn and candy on the floor and dried ketchup stuck on the bedside table. The bathrooms haven't had a good deep cleaning in a while, the tub was grungy, the toilet base was dirty, there was caked up funk behind the sink. Not to mention the roaches living in the Microwave. At least the people were nice and the pillows were soft.

I booked my room on snap travel and the lady couldn't find it. I sat there for 30 minutes while tired from driving 4 hrs. I had a confirmation and booking # and she said I had no reservation. Than I added another day to my stay and dame problem. Nothing but hassels. I went to the lobby to sign the paperwork and reswipe my key card only to get woken up by phone calls, emails, and constant pounding on my door to tell me to come do everything all over again of what I just did. Scott is very unprofessional, unpleasant and not people friendly. Gave me an attitude, no smile or good morning. He shoukd be a behind the scenes maintenance worker or something where he's not involved with the public

Sometimes I believe a lot of hotels or motels are a bit overpriced but that's just me. But in this case, for sticking to my budget, the location, this worked out perfect for our trip. It was only for one night, we literally slept, showered and left. But it worked out fine! There were no creepy crawlies, everything was fresh and seemed very clean. We appreciate that, thank you!And yes if needed for one night or 2 I would visit here again.

This hotel was gross! We were there just for the evening to check in, use the shuttle, and go to the casino for a bridal event. Upon arrival we noticed the sheets and pillow cases were stained with blood and other bodily fluids. I swiftly went back to the front desk and made a complaint. We were in kind of a rush, so as they called the shuttle I requested they change the bed linens and clean the toilet. They would be sufficient enough due to the fact we are just going to really be sleeping there. I let the front desk gentleman know that I do have an open wound I have to care for as well as a pregnant friend so we absolutely need clean linens. We can back around 1:30 a.m. only to discover they did change the bedding, HOWEVER, they put nastier sheets and pillowcases with MORE BLOOD on our beds. They did nothing to clean the bathroom and upon inspection we noticed lots of "Personal" hair under the counter as well as blood on the floor and wall. I asked what could done at check out, the lady did not seem surprised AT ALL. She just instantly said...I can offer 15% off but that is all I can do. I let her know I would be reaching out to the General Manager.

We visited the Choctaw for a concert, but we did not want to pay the outrageous prices to stay at the casino hotel. A quick search turned up the Best Express, which is very close to the casino. The rates were reasonable, and the person I spoke to for booking was very friendly and helpful. We arrived and were able to check in right away, very smooth process. Blaine was working the front desk, and could not be more friendly. He gave us very good information about the area, the casino shuttle, and some other good tips on getting around. When we were ready to go to the show, Blaine called the shuttle for us, and we hung out in the lobby visiting with him. He absolutely made us feel like welcome family. We talked about music for a while, before he picked up his guitar and played a few songs for us and the others that had gathered in the lobby for the shuttle. Really set up the mood for a great evening!The room itself is functional, clean and appropriate for the value. We had a king bed, TV with plenty of channels, and an in room refrigerator. We spent very little time in the room, but the AC worked fine and was easy to control. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and the show was hot.I would highly recommend staying at the Best Express when visiting the Choctaw, make sure you book early, as the hotel will fill up on event nights.

Booked a room here with a booking company. We drove 45 minutes to go to a concert and stay. When we arrived, they would not let us stay because we are local. Very disappointed. No manager on duty. No phone number to call the manager. Don't waist your time with this POS hotel. Went next door to HYLO and they gladly took our money and was a very pleasant experience.

This was by far one of the worst places we have been too. When we checked in, we told them the pool was the only reason we were staying there, the guy working said the heater was broke, but the water wasn't bad and the kids don't seem to mind it. So we gave it a try. The water felt like ice water. The rooms were okay, but only 2 outlets in the whole room and one outlet by the bed, which is for the lamps, and there was NO outlet cover, completely unsafe. Hallways REEK of cigarette smoke. TV Volume didn't work, rooms were very outdated, room meant for a family of 6, had 2 towels in it. The free breakfast was a joke, rock hard biscuits, stomach turning gravy, warm milk for cereal, stale bread, stale pastries, and that was right after they put out the food. When I spoke with the receptionist at checkout about our disappointment, she didn't care at all, she said you will get your receipt by email and goodbye. I do not recommend this place at all and we will never be back!!!

MAD "LOCAL"--If I could give 0 stars I would. VERY upset regarding "NO LOCALS" policy. "Local" money is no different than any other money. It wasn't like I booked this room in advance. It was last minute get away from home with hubby type of trip and was booked the day I wanted to stay. So I didn't take the room away from anyone else and I hope you guys were not able to book that room for the night. TBH....I live more than 30 miles from the buisness which is the policy that was stated but because I have a rural address where my "home base post office" is within the 30 miles radius then they would not let me stay!!! SO FRUSTRATING!! I will not be recommending this place of business to any of my "OUT OF TOWN" guests (like I have done in the past) any further.

Room had 1 bed and a pullout couch when we reserved a 2 bed room. Smelled like weed when we arrived. Bathtub was pretty dirty and the pool was closed.Only stayed for the night as we were going to the casino across the highway so it wasn't too bad. There's a free shuttle that takes you too and from the casino which was cool. If I had to stay for more than 1 night I would have given a worse review.
