I've never had a problem with customer service any of the times I've stopped by. The real issue I see with this place is the driveway/parking lot. There is a huge open crater-like hole/possibly pothole by the entrance? It can really destroy vehicles and tires terribly if you don't see it in time and hit that hole. I hope they decide to fix it sometime soon. 🙏 fingers crossed for everyone to miss that ditch.

I called in a food order and when I arrived, part of my food was sitting uncovered on the counter behind the warmer. It was cold and the chicken strips were more like nuggets. When I said something about it the guy working replied "you chose a gas station ". I replied "No, I chose a convenience store with a food warmer". He proceeds to throw my change in my hand with attitude. Overall, worst customer service experience I've ever had and the cold food was not good. I will never do business here again.

Horrible customer service, my mom and I went there just yesterday and no one would serve us for no reason. I know we will never being going back and they will never have our business again. How could you seriously deny serving your customers just because you don't feel like it or just because you don't want to do your job. You all deserve to lose your jobs or you should just shut down. Your customers deserve better.

horrible. i wss there today, i saw this guy getting food and gas then he walked out of the store, then the lady that was checking me out said i try not to be racist. i will never be going there ever again.
