I took four quarters of elk and a bag of neck meat, etc. liver and heart to them for processing. Turn around time was great, but got back about 130 pounds. I asked for all steak, the rest burger. Got over 100 pounds of burger, not much steak. They threw away the bag of neck meat, etc saying it had manure in it. No call, no notice, just we threw it away. Steaks, if you can call them that, look like fish filets. I asked for them to be 3/4 in thick. You see what I got. We wisely kept the back straps and tenderloins and did them ourselves. I’ll never be back. Waited to give this review - finally am as I just can’t keep quiet having been done that way. And for a price of over $200.00

Keith’s Butcher Shop is the best!! They supplied the meat for my churches Valentine’s Day lunch, it was delicious. They have the best ownership around!!! Would recommend!!

Was not sure what to expect haven't been to too many butcher shops and my husband and I was made to feel comfortable and had a great experience. I highly recommend them for your butcher needs. She was very nice and helped tremendously. We went to the Burns Flat shop.

Friend had cow butchered and was not processed correctly. Did not give one of the briskets or any of the ribs back. Told them that there was only one brisket on a cow and that they didn’t ask for ribs.
