Needs improving. The customer service is great, but they are always short handed which sometimes makes for a longer line and products not being able to be put on the shelves. They do the best they can with what they have. Corporate needs to give them the resources to hire more help.

Very cluttered, shelves are empty all over the store taking away from the convenience of having a store in town when I still have to go to another store wasting more time for the things I need.. then I can't find an associate to ask for assistance because there is only one available at the registers checking people out while the line backs up.... extremely aggravating and next time I won't waste my time in this store!

Personal at the store, Angie was very rude. I bought some items that were on sale and paid for them to discover when I got my receipt that they had charged me regular price. The cashier was not familiar how to give me back the over charge and asked a lady named Angie to help her. She made a snide remark about me for everyone to hear. I think that was very unprofessional. I won't be shopping there anymore. I will drive 20 minutes away to avoid that store until the manager and assistant managers are taught better skills dealing with the public that keeps that store functioning.

Almost every time I go into dollarGeneral tobuy generic vegetable juice they are out of it or they haven't stocked it...when I asked about it they always have an excuse of why they haven't stocked it... The employees sure have enough time gab amongst themselves... Maybe less gabbing and more working things would be stocked.

There are two Dollar Generals in Elk City and they have two great managers they have been working very hard to organize and get the stores cleaned up and have excellent service they are still in the process of organizing but I believe that the managers that they have now are great so please help them out if you can keep a place organized when you go to visit it that does help the managers and the people that work there thank you

Great staff and friendly locals here. I was installing a couple of new cameras for them and the local police chief, who happened to be there, leant me an extra ladder. In ’General’ a well kept and well staffed store.

Typical Dollar General store. These stores are all, pretty much, the same. A ton of low cost items including groceries. The isles are way to narrow in every Dollar General and it seems they never stock their shelves overnight as they have bins and stock carts blocking isles and product displays most of the time. I will still shop at DG and hope one day they will fix the isle and stocking issues.

They tend to hire crappy managers when they should get someone in there who can do the job. There are good employees but you can tell they are overwhelmed. The store is a mess and God forbid you have to take a wheelchair in. It's truly sad.

Not to organized and some employees there shouldnt be allowed to run a store but the old timers that are still there like Grady & Brenda and don't forget Kayden which is always smiling and helpful are great

Will not return to the Sayre location if my life depended on it. I picked out a jacket I liked and put it on and continued shopping. The store manager called the local police department to report shoplifting. I had to empty my purse in front of everyone who was in the store and then I was banned. Needless to say, I had not or atempted to steal anything.

Always have what I need or want for the most part. Very convenient as well. My only complaint is something that I honestly have no right to complain about since they can't control when they restock on Code Red Mtn. Dew. Lol

Too busy and the layout is extremely compact. There isn't enough room for two carts to be side by side in an isle. Way too small and the people who shop here are rude

I rarely habe a good experience when I go to this $ Store. The manager is hateful everytime I or my famimy go in there. There is a few ladies they are polite when you ask them questions? And they are great with customers.

Enjoyed the store. They were stocking the shelves so it was a little busy. Liked the self checkout. It was getting busy so that's what we used.

Sale tags are miss placed and rarely honored at register, clearance items are marked same or above original price.Store over all neat and clean

This one wasn't very clean the shelves wasn't stocked,the product was all over the store still in the bins and they were getting another truck while I was there! All in all cluttered, complicated,and confusing!

Worked there for 6 months and got no income out of it screw that place, they will work you for 3 days and keep you off for a month I till they need you

We live in a small town, this is like having an old general store. Close to our house and has just about anything you could you could need on short notice.
