We stopped to get a Coke Zero, and it took a while to come out. It didn't taste right. My husband agreed and took it back. They did give me a new one, but it tasted like the first. They told my husband it tasted ok to them. We stopped a few miles up the road an he got me one at a Love's. It had so much more flavor and didn't taste like soda water. Live and learn.

I ordered a drink ahead of time at 4 got there at 430 for pick up and still waiting for 20min now. This has happened twice!! And when u press the red button they make u wait 20 min . !! also by that time your 1hr lunch is gone!!! 😤😤UPDATE: So I ordered my food 9.3.23 ahead and have still yet to improve! I talked to a manager about my refund on my order ahead and she refused!! She's rude,cuts your off. She is disrespectful and they need someone in there who has friendly customer service!!!!

Drove through the drive-through. Somehow our order was given to a car hop for stall 12… No one knew where our order was! Ordered a cherry limeade, no cherries. Also ordered a raspberry tea, no taste of raspberry… Asked for additional raspberry and the manager was called. She informed us that she would have to charge us for that, even though the tea did not taste like any raspberry was added. Manager was completely rude and you could tell she was put out by our request or just general. We did tip, not realizing they had such poor customer service. “We’re talking drinks here.” Visiting this area and completely disappointed by their service. Do not recommend this store #1643!

Traveling through on my way to Arkansas, Pulled in to place an order, received my items, food was average. I asked the carhop if I could quickly use the restroom and she stated…. “Our restrooms are closed due to Covid.” Seriously???? Absolutely ridiculous, thank you for prolonging my trip and keeping me up even longer. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You guys should be ashamed!!!

I got the number 4 which is two cheeseburgers tots and 2 med drinks. I waited well over 10 minutes for my food which wouldn't have been bad if they were busy but they weren't. When I got my food my fries were cold and tasted old my burgers looked like Jr burgers and were burnt. I get it sometimes things happen but seriously not every time I come through there!!! Do better because this is ridiculous.

When I went to the window, She has no idea what I ordered. So she asked me, never gave me a receipt. Ordered 5 drinks. Took 25 minutes to get three and they forgot two and I had to remind them. When I was sitting there after 25 minutes, 3 cars drove off, so I order a large order of cheddar peppers. It was $6. I gave her a $20, she said your change is $4. I had to correct her to get my correct change back.

I assume there was an issue with the call button for the particular stall I had chosen. Although, everything appeared to be fully operational upon pressing call button standard message displays basically letting you know to wait for a response. Sooo I waited... And waited ... After 5 minutes and multiple customers placing, receiving orders, & exiting I tried again - same result, no response. 3rd time was no different. Finally was able to navigate traffic & place the order at the drive though. I did mention the issue to the young lady stationed at the window. Hopefully the issue was followed up and resolved.

Probably the most aggravating visit ever. Ordered our food, which they finally understood, but when we got to the window, the kid doesn't speak. The sweet tea we ordered was unsweet- so ask for a "bunch of sugar packets".. they give us 3. Asked for more and a blond girl comes to window and asks how many, again I say "a bunch, several, a handful" since the large sweet tea ordered was not sweet at all. She told her eyes, closes window- kid hands me 3 more packets. Okay.. tea treated terrible. And on top of it- total was 22 and dinner change- I have them 24 to pay. I do this sometimes to see if they will correct it. NOT A WORD was said about the dollar extra!! It was a tip anyway- but they showed their dishonesty. Won't be goin back to this sonic any time soon.

This is the third time this has happened. I ordered ahead on the app. Was at the stall for about 5 minutes and the monitor said my food was on its way. 20 minutes later still no food. Called to ask about my food and was rudely hung up on. Left without my food and called corporate for a refund. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY WILL TAKE 30 MINUTES FOR JUST A DRINK!!!

Pretty bad location. Employees are rude and took forever to bring out my drinks. Ordered 3 shakes and got 1 straw and 1 spoon. I personally think it should be a policy at this sonic when someone orders a shake to atleast give 1 straw and a spoon per shake. Sort of like at other locations but at the very least ASK if everything is okay. Saw other reviews and other people feel the same. Also took forever for them to answer when I pushed the button.

Makayla the Manger on duty as of 6-7-2022 4:55pm. Whoever was working the drive thru was very rude and I asked what she said and no one ever responded after that. I sat there for several minutes before I pulled to the window. Sat there for another few minutes with no one coming to the window. Had to honk at a guy to get the managers name. This is the second time we've come to this sonic and gotten no service and left with nothing. Service is absolutely trash at this location and that's super disappointing as we love going to sonic.

I thought McDonald's was our Town's most incompetent fast food chain. I went through Sonic 2 days ago,I had five orders in total.They got EVERY ORDER WRONG. Never read my order back to me, or offered me a receipt! Whats more the assistant manager Amber wasn't helpful or apologetic. It was old and nasty I threw away $37 worth of food. And my kids wouldn't eat their burgers, because they was made wrong. The lid on my shake was Not secure and I now have banana shake in my a/c vents. All in all very pitiful. And a waste of money.

(Good freshly made food .Good service.)This review was made 4 years ago.The past year the good service experience had dropped 100%.slow and awful service .But this evening was the worst I have ever saw people squealing tires mad leaving. 6 people in the place scrambling in different directions. Setting at the pickup window for 15 minutes to pick up a call in order no one working the pick up window.Burgers was undiscribale Onion rings cremated.had to wait for a young very apologetic car hop to service us .-5 🌟

I wish I had read the reviews before stopping here. They only got the second star, because the car hop was so polite both times. The girl that took our order was rude. We were charged for dipping sauce that comes with the food but didn't receive any. After pushing the button to request it from the same girl we waited 18 minutes before pushing the button again. The guy we got that time had it right out. On top of all of that the chicken was hard and overcooked.

Needs to get better intercom system. Had to keep repeatedly giving our order. Car hop finally came to our car. We had the same thing last last week on the other side of building.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. The person taking my order was rude and impatient. I had a large order. I asked for fries two times and she said tots both times. After pulling away I realised that I was I fact missing a order of fries and the order of tots she insisted on me getting. I'm a Texan and have never had someone be this rude when I am spending over $60.00 at their establishment.

Stopped at the bay and waited for carhop greeting. Carhop will be with you shortly light was flashing. 5 minutes, no greeting. Seen the car hop delivering other orders, but again nothing. Pulled back to the drive thru, still no acknowledgement that we were there. Total time there 10 minutes. No order.
