Check in was easy. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming & friendly. Location is awesome as you have access to all things state park related. Views from our room were impeccable & could beat no other. Complimentary breakfast is included in your stay, BUT don’t count on it. If you’re okay with cereal and milk and some watered down coffee you’re goooood. Everything else for breakfast is kept in a fridge that you have to microwave. Besides that…our stay here was great.

My husband and I recently visited the Lodge. This was our first trip back since it was remodeled and we really like the renovations that were done. The staff was welcoming and answered my questions. A big shout out to Jan and Sherri. Our time was relaxing and we definitely plan to return.

If there were more than 5 stars for location, I'd give it a ten.Serenity lives near the water. A great location for a solo traveler. A great location for groups or families that want separate rooms instead of the cabin-life.Newly renovated with rustic luxury furniture and design.Plenty of rocking chairs for Lakeview watching or reading a book.Book a room on the Eastside for spectacular view and private porch.The gift shop is small but mighty. It features plush toys of Bigfoot and otters - local animals.Nearby activities: All things Hochatown are within 0-10 minutes. The Lodge is currently under construction. I’ve been working there helping make it more up to date and code. It should be open hopefully by this fall. The Lodge is located in a scenic cove. There’s a boat dock nearby and a mountain bike trailhead just 50’ from lodge. Wild deer come by every morning and evening and there’s plenty of fishing.
