Our family visited Beavers Bend Safari Park this morning and had the absolute best time! The drive-through acreage feels natural and serene. The eclectic mix of exotic animals was amazing. We enjoyed feeding the Elands, and we also enjoyed feeding stations in each section of the park. We went right when they opened, so they seemed hungry for treats and more physically active. The gift shop also has great souvenirs. We love the Comfort Colors t-shirt brand- high quality! We will be adding this to our list of family destinations when we’re in the area. We cannot wait for the giraffes!

Would give it 6 stars if I could. This place was AWESOME! So many different breeds of different animals standing literally right outside your car door. Ostriches, Llamas, Bison, and more deer breeds than I can name. The Buffalo known as King George was one of our favorites, as well as the Rhinoceros. Just not something you get to see close up very often. At the end we went into the walking areas and saw monkeys, lemurs and a few others. Just too cool. Will definitely be back to see the giraffe area they're currently working on.

We went on a dreary day and still had an absolute blast. They had way more animals than I was expecting and are working on adding more. Really looking forward to renting some of the cabins one day. Highly recommend. All staff were super nice. There was maybe one or two exhibits that the animals weren’t right by the road but we could still see them clearly.

We absolutely loved the Safari Park! We went on an overcast day when it had previously rained and it was perfect. All of the animals were out and there were hardly any other cars in the park so we didn’t feel rushed at all. There were so many animals that we’d never seen before. Make sure to buy feed for the feeding stations b/c all of the animals flock to the stations and you can roll down your window to see the animals as you drop the feed in the slot. The park was very clean, the animals looked well cared for and had heated enclosed areas to go in during bad weather. It took about an hour to drive through the park. The man at the gift shop where we bought the feed was very nice and informative! Highly recommend!

A great family experience! The Safari Park features over 175 animals right now, so you will definitely get to see most of them! Unfortunately, the giraffes are not at the park yet. And we seem to have missed the kangaroos. You can easily spend more than 60 minutes in there. If you order online or ask for it at the counter, you get a 10% discount. I wish it wasn’t as expensive as it is. You don’t pay per vehicle but per person. At the moment you can’t get out of the car, so better use the restroom before you start the adventure. Regular price: $35/adult. $25/kids. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

My husband and I were visiting from TN and this was by far on of our favorite places we went!! I absolutely love animals & I enjoyed seeing the baby ostrich. All in all we spent over an hour there with driving through and walking down to see the kangaroos. I highly recommend going inside and talking to the staff inside while purchasing your ticket. They were all absolutely lovely. Already looking at coming back & possibly staying at one of their cabins!I also recommend going to Hocha Cup Coffee inside as it was a nice, sweet sip while riding through.

We enjoyed this experience so much! It is a state of the art facility and it is so good to see that the animals are so well taken care of and able to have such a nice landscape with lots of space. A lot of the negative reviews on here were about lack of interaction, but seeing a place like this really care about the safety of the animals (and people) is awesome in my opinion. We will definitely be back!

Wow!! What a really fun park. Took my kids (all under the age of 10) and had the best time. The safari park is really well laid out so that you can see the animals without spending all your time searching for them. The park was clean and looked professionally done, from the moment you entered the parking lot. You can tell the animals are well taken care of and I appreciated that we saw animals we never knew existed.

Beavers Bend Safari Park - A Gem in the WoodsFrom the moment we arrived at Beavers Bend Safari Park, we knew we were in for a unique experience. Tucked away at 589 Old Hochatown Rd, Broken Bow, OK, this place truly is great for nature lovers. Our stay at the "Blesbok Bungalow” exceeded all expectations. For a cabin nestled in the heart of the woods, it was remarkably spotless. The bungalow was not only clean but also equipped with everything one could possibly need. From silverware, a toaster, non-stick cooking pans, to even a strainer – they had thought of everything. What genuinely impressed us was the absence of bugs inside. Each morning, we were greeted with a view of Bongos, deer, and various other animals, all visible from our living room. The serene surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for some quality time with nature, making our stay incredibly peaceful. One of our favorite things to do in the morning was to visit the on-site gift shop and get coffee. I highly recommend getting the cold brew coffee or a frappe.Traveling with our 10-month-old, we were initially apprehensive about how the trip would pan out. However, Beavers Bend ensured that each one of us, had an equally delightful experience. The safari drive-through was an amazing journey, with well-maintained and clean feeding stations adding to the experience. What truly stood out to us was the night sky. Coming from the city, the view of the Milky Way and a blanket of stars was something we hadn't witnessed in a long time. Sitting outside our cabin, gazing up at the universe, was a very surreal experience.Beavers Bend Safari Park is a destination we'll be revisiting in the not-so-distant future. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, for it truly deserves it. For families or couples seeking a break from the hustle and bustle, looking to reconnect with nature, this place is the perfect getaway. Highly recommended!

This place is really nice and the setup is great. It has great potential and is beautiful. At this point I feel it’s a bit over priced for the amount of animals they have. We had 7 people in our SUV so they made big bucks on our one car and it was less than an hour drive through with minimal animals. We have been to numerous drive through zoos and paid less than this for much more to see. This is mostly deer. I’m also not a fan of the feeding stations versus feeding animals via a flat hand or tossing the food on the ground. I’ve never seen feeding stations before this. I understand the USDA certification however maybe drop that cert and create an environment similar to other drive through zoos. We sign a liability waiver so it on us if they bite us. I would recommend the price be about $20 per adult. The Hochatown rescue and petting zoo is $14 per adult and it’s endless amount of time petting and being around lots of the same animals plus so much more.

The service was amazing. The owners and employees were all extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The animals were all adorable and it was so much fun. You could see animals up close and personal. It’s beautifully build, and the animals look so happy. VERY much worth the money. It’s well maintained and taken care of. We will definitely be coming back!

This drive through safari park is a great experience for all ages! A well manicured road winds through the wooded animal exhibits, making it very easy to enjoy. The layout is optimal to spot all the variety of animals with each turn. We especially enjoyed the friendly staff and getting to see their newest baby bison that was born earlier that day! Can’t wait to visit again!

Wow! As a local that avoids Hochatown due to traffic and tourists this was so worth the trip! I honestly can’t sing their praises enough. We will definitely be back. Fantastic drive thru to look at the animals.

Fun family owned safari park. Lots of varieties of antelope and deer. The drive through the park is wild. Lots of hills and tight turns. Signs warn not to go over 5mph. We never went above 3! 5mph would be crazy! We had ostriches surround the car and follow us, (BTW, they are huge!). Llamas surrounded us along with small antelope. They followed us too. It was fun seeing the animals without cages.

This experience was amazing. You’re making a mistake if you visit Beavers Bend and don’t come here. My wife and I took our 2 yr old son, and while he loved it, the adults in the car had the best time. The park feels like a sanctuary more than anything. Steep grades are paved, reception area is beautiful, gates and fencing is first class. There’s nothing bad to say about this experience. We plan to re-return tomorrow because it was such a great time. Play the theme music to Jurassic Park as you enter the first gate. Makes it fun for everyone. And the majestic Red Stag to great you from the jump sets the tone. Can. Not. Recommend. This. Highly. Enough.

The Beaver’s Bend, Safari Park is the best attraction in the Broken Bow/Beaver’s Bend area. First and foremost, the animals are well cared for. There is a good variety of animals to see and appreciate in a landscape that is very pleasing. The facilities such as the roads, animal pens, and the office/gift shop are new and well-maintained. One of the owners was managing the desk on the day that we visited and he told us of plans for expansion. The park as well worth your time, money, and attention. I would revisit any time.

Extremely disappointed in the experience. Not at all what we expected…got talked into purchasing a lot of the food because the “animals will be very hungry” yet only had animals at 2 of the feeding spots. Also not allowed to roll down windows or feed animals except for the fenced stations. Barely saw any animals…saw a few way off in the distance but almost none up close. The main animals we saw were deer…can see those at home. The facilities are very nice but for $185 for a family of 5 this was the biggest waste of money in all of Hochatown. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

My wife and I drove down from Tulsa for a quick cabin vacation. We saw the Safari Park was having a preview before their official opening and decided to check it out. It was well worth the entry fee, featuring a well built trail, beautiful wildlife, and a friendly and welcoming staff. You can tell they have planned every detail of the open area enclosures, creating an immersive experience. The animals roam freely, sometimes crossing your path. We even saw the aptly named King George, a huge Bison with an entourage. The whole experience from start to end (including the kangaroo area by foot) took about 45 minutes. The staff at the main office let us know they were currently building a walk through lemur experience, 2 rental cabins, a giraffe enclosure, and also a rhino exhibit. We will definitely visit again.

This place was an amazing experience. My family has done numerous safaris but none so beautiful as this one. The animals were easy to view and willing to come up to the cars. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to give you a one of a kind experience. I highly recommend the staff Cera private rino excursion! Many of the animals are rescued and you can see the passion in their staff for the well being. It was reasonably priced and plenty to offer. Make sure all your animal lovers check it out when you are in the area!

One of the best new developments in Hochatown. Has a bit of a Jurassic Park vibe! Great experience with our two small children and looking forward to coming back to see the final build out.
