I enjoy going to Sprouts, especially when there are sales on my favorite vitamins and tinctures.Then, of course, I buy their fresh veggies and love the smell of the coffee isle.They always have their store nicely decorated for each season, too. Very refreshing and lovely.

Everything is so well organized inside. The cashier was very knowledgeable and nice. The prices were ok and organic foods seem to be much higher but not at Sprouts, I really enjoyed this place and I will continue to shop here. Thanks.

So this is a great local spot to shop in BA. Of course there are a few things you will pay more for here. There is also a higher level of quality of goods. Also the customer service you get from here from employees and especially the managers like Kerry, Matty, and Garret that make it worth it. Thanks for always being so helpful and going above and beyond guys!

I should have stopped going here years ago, however I am a fool for a good deal.Today though was the final straw.Love walking into the store with a advertisement for some sushi. Not my cup of tea but my youngest son loves it. Our only purpose for going today was for chicken for meal prep. Seeing the advertisement, I thought I could be a hero at home with that simple gesture.It was not to be today, they had apparently sold both offerings earlier in the day. Early bird special I’m sure. I thought to mention it being out, however I could tell that there wasn’t going to be much interest pointing it out.Moved over to the chicken isle. Noticed right off they had sold out of the sale chicken. On the outside chance they had more in the back I went towards the meat counter and waited. After the gentleman had helped a customer out I thought I would have my chance to ask, but then a employee gathering an order stepped in to discuss a item that apparently couldn’t be found. Not going to say cut in, but definitely seemed that way. At that time he went to the back to check with someone I suppose. Upon returning a discussion ensued of how crazy it was that they didn’t Carry it but it could still be purchased. The gentleman at the meat counter( he was actually very kind and helpful) noticed me standing there. A brief back and forth it was clear that they had no more sale chicken.Aside from the gentleman at the meat counter I have to say that I have had some really interestingly rude encounters with some of the employees over the years.I guess the fact that it usually isn’t very busy and the sale prices are reasonable we have persisted.The sushi and chicken were the straw that broke the back of years of bad experiences I suppose.On the flip side we left and went to Reasor’s. After navigating that crazy busy parking lot we went in. Right away there was nearly the same sushi sale and low and behold they had it. Back to being a hero. Found some chicken, not a sale just straight away and at a better deal. By far and away other than navigating the parking lot, a far superior food store.Not a fan of leaving a bad review, it may seem petty. This was years in the making. Reasor’s wins the day.

I had an incredible interaction with an employee name Tracy. The fact that she spent more than a good amount of time while it’s almost closing time just giving me her best advice and educating me. Certain forms of supplements was truly Sincere. I really really really do appreciate the Customer Service at this sprouts has always given.

I used to really love this place. The dairy selection is great; the cereal selection not so much. They wouldn't give me a grocery bag unless I paid extra, then had the nerve to ask me to give money to their charity.

We love the chain, but this particular location is awful.Constantly getting expired/moldy product (earth balance butter had mold in it, coconut yogurt on the shelf was purchased February 9th 2024 but had an expiration date of December 2023).Cashiers will just sit and talk to each other while ringing up customers, bagger boy flirting with cashier "Tori" instead of bagging groceries. Also standing in the way of the customer who's trying to bag up the groceries since he won't.We have also seen a package of salmon on the very top shelf leaking all over the products below, immediately told an employee, and never saw anyone go address the rest of the time we were in the store. Which was about 20 minutes.I will drive across town to a different location even though this one is 5 minutes from my house because of how bad the experiences have been.I will be following up with corporate.

Uggg I am so upset they would not take back a pump hairspray that would not work I don't try it before I bought it because that seems wrong but if you are getting beauty products I would make sure they work I didn't have the receipt because I just get food and don't keep my food receipts and you can't return beauty with out one so I am stuck with a bottle that doesn't pump and the top doesn't come off. So unfortunately I will not be doing any more shopping there.

I've noticed a lot of people rate 5 stars or 1 star. Good or Bad. I don't think that's fair to the business. I think as a consumer. I'm going to take a star away every time I'm inconvenienced by something the business could change. I think that's fair.This store is clean and well stocked. The employee's are friendly. But..Ouch. They charge you for a plastic bag. (Not all location do this, but this one does) so minus one star. Also, every time I go in here, (the fact I come back should tell you something!) the line is always long. Watch the lines and have more people ready to be the cashier. Take a clue from Quik-Trip. Every time there is more than 3 people in line they bring a cashier up. Minus one star! Otherwise, great store!

They have a lady working at the deli who is terrible, you can never get the right size cuts, otherwise sprouts isn't bad, if you don't like the produce then ask they'll pull some out from the back. Additionally, they often have good meat and seafood sales, make sure to check the ads

I expect Walmart to sell moldy products, but Sprouts?!PSA check your products AND the dates, how silly of me to believe a store would only sell things that aren’t expired or moldy.These businesses toss out fresh food DAILY that could go to places benefiting those who can’t find a meal, but will also leave products like this on the shelf?

This overpriced grocer charges you 10 cents per t-shirt bag.. on top of their overpriced groceries!!!! Whole foods doesn't do neither does reasor's or krogers. I'd understand if this was a reduced price grocer like Aldi's a discount grocer charging forThe problem is they're not even selling their t-shirt bags at cost they're making a profit on them. Sprouts sucks I won't go back cuz I'm not buying plastic t-shirt bags for 10 cents when they cost 5

Needed 5 Top Sirloin steaks 10 days before Christmas and went to the 61st st Sprouts. Couldn't get them nor could I get just a few kiwi. Very upsetting

Fresh produce. Checkout is quick.I don't like that they let the inconsiderate people feed from the bulk nuts and candy. Grosses me out. Get your dirty hands out of there.We used to get meat from here but we saw bad meat on display several times. Now we go elsewhere for meat.But if you want reasonably priced fresh produce or supplements, this is the place to go.

We love Sprouts selection of organic products but have a poor experience with the Broken Arrow store. We have received spoiled produce repeatedly. We've also received spoiled meat. Several times we've been charged full price for items clearly marked down several dollars due to nearing expiration. It almost seems as if employees are directed to give app orders the oldest product. I never leave bad reviews and my main reason posting is hoping for improvements for the app orders.

I was tasked by our Pediatrician to buy supplements for my teen daughter, quite a few of them, and she won't swallow pills, the guy working in the supplements area helped me find each and every supplement I needed, he was knowledgeable and BONUS, he gave me a coupon so I could save money on some of them. He saved me time AND money! He was very nice and professional too! I am 100% satisfied!

I used to love the place but with their new CA type policy where they charge you for “reusable” bags I will not support the ridiculousness! Theses are just like thicker plastic that supposedly you’re gonna use more than once just a new way to stick it to the customer to supposedly help the environment, so a thicker still not degradeanle bag is better for the environment?? The money lines the pockets of bag companies and grocery stores they implemented laws in CA that people fell for because it was presented to “help the environment” still waiting to see how it helps the environment bags don’t miraculously degrade now because you paid 10 cents each 🤔 NOT in Oklahoma! I won’t support the push to be like CA! The workers don’t know why they’re ha I g to charge just mimic what they’ve been told to say 🙄 it’s a new policy…just another fee you’re pushing off in the customer..thanks Sprouts it’s not like everything is higher priced already!

Let my daughter hold a stuffed animal while we were walking around. Got to the register and the old grumpy lady watched me put the toy back and made a comment to me that since she was holding the toy that I need to buy it. I will not be coming back

First time we’ve ever been to sprouts. Went for the already made tabouli. We found several expired yogurts dated sept 4th or 9th. Just check your expiration dates and you’ll get 5 stars but if I have to worry about bringing home expired products you get 3. It’s not that hard to rotate and check dates. I did it for years.

I love Sprout's. It's my go-to store for groceries. Lots of bulk choices and great vitamin section. Be sure to check out their clearance section near the bathrooms.
