We just finished up our training for our dog. We have done the beginners and intermediate so far. Jade has been our trainer for both classes and she is simply amazing! She is patient, kind, and knowledgeable about all things pets! We have loved our experience with Petsmart and Jade. We will be signing up for the advanced class with her next.

While my recent trip to PetSmart offered a good overall experience, the checkout process was slowed down by a long wait line. This seems to be a recurring issue at this location, as there was only one staff member checking out customers. Adding more staff during peak hours to the registers would greatly improve the checkout experience.

We admire the groomers here. Hannah was really knowledgeable about the services we are accustomed to and shows nothing but love to our dog Hank who is on the skidding side toward new people. They both did great. Will recommend the grooming service here.

They cut my dogs hair, and we paid for nail trimming. They did a HORRIBLE job cutting and even cut him too close he’s bled in some places. We called to confirm with them and they responded with “it’s supposed to look like that” and hung up before we could reply. Absolutely horrified by the costumer service! Meanwhile, we paid EXTRA for nail trimming and his nails are still as long and as sharp. I have scratch scars from how sharp his nails are right now even though they told me they drummeled them down. Never going here again.

A lot of uneducated reviews on here. If you’re trying to get a fish that grows to 18 inches but only have a 30 gallon tank, they really shouldn’t sell you the fish. Just because they’re only an inch big at the time don’t mean they stay that way. Duh duh. The reason is when they do grow to their full size, people will be complaining that Petsmart misled and sold them a fish that’s too big.Store itself is nice and clean, but I’m mostly there for the fishes, and fish selection is mediocre. Need much more variety, especially dwarf cichlids and personable fishes that stay small. Be great if they have an ordering program where people can put down a deposit to have fishes specially ordered from their suppliers. Also be great if I didn’t see dead fishes. Just care for them better and take them out asap if they die.

Maya W in the grooming department does an amazing job with our Husky! Our senior baby needs a little extra patience and TLC and Maya delivered. Her coat looks amazing and her paw pads were meticulously groomed.

DO NOT BUY FISH THERE EVER !!! I purchased two angel fish last night and they are dead this has never ever happened ! Now they want me to bring the two dead fish back. I told them I have video and pictures of them so why would you physically need them I don’t care what your policy say pictured and videos should be enough !

Pet Smart Salon in Broken Arrow has the absolute BEST doggie salon and their trained groomers are top notch!! I have a three time champion and Top 5 Honors Gold Cup Champion Mini Aussie “Blue Bullet” and we have been using our favorite Pet Smart Dog Salon groomer Darian since the beginning of her show career! She goes above and beyond! Blue gets so excited to “go see Darian” and get a bath. She is amazing and we can’t thank her enough!! I highly recommend her for any of your dog grooming needs! She puts the show ring shine on every time!! Thank you!!

Nice updated store. Very clean. We just purchased 2 guinea pigs and all the food and accessories for my youngest son for Christmas. The man that sold everything to us wasnt the friendliest more so right down to the point. But we sure love our new pets.

I took my 11 year old big border collie for grooming Monday. What a good experience! It was easy to make an appointment. The groomers were prepared for Tux. They did what I asked them to do for Tux. He looks great! This will be my go-to in groomers.

Ordering online has been such a big help to our family. They’re usually ready for us to pickup within a few short hours. This helped a lot when our dogs were puppies and we needed things ASAP (chew toys, calming bites, etc). The store manager is really helpful and responsive when things go awry. Definitely recommend using them for pet vet as well!

PetSmart in Broken Arrow, OK is convenient to where I live. The employees are friendly and helpful. I always enjoy seeing the cats who are there to get adopted. Plus, it is convenient to have Banfield at this store for my cats. My shopping experience is always pleasant at this location!

We took our Husky for grooming, and they kicked him out halfway through and charged us full price.We have taken our dogs here many times for grooming. After we dropped our dog off, they gave him a bath and put him in a small kennel, still wet. This made him nervous and scared, so he messed himself. If they continued on with the service instead of crating our dog immediately, he would not have gotten scared. Since he did mess himself, they came and got us, telling us we had to take our dog home immediately. They still charged us full price for the grooming, even though they performed less than half of the service before kicking our dog out for something that wasn’t his fault.We will not be bringing either of our dogs back here.

Do not shop here. The worst customer service and management I’ve ever seen. I purchased an item online for store pickup that clearly stated it was a 12ct. Arrived to the store and they gave me 1. Showed the manager where it says 12ct online. He says that’s not correct online and there’s nothing he can/will do for me.I asked for the corporate number. He said look it up. He refused to give me his name, then asked me to leave or he was calling the police. Over dog food I had already paid for and then got ripped off!!His unwillingness to handle a customer issue along with lack of ability to deal with confrontation is mind blowing. I really hope this isn’t the type of leadership PetSmart employs and trains…

I will no longer use PetSmart. The last time I brought my dog in I paid $95, $70 for the $65 service they advertise on their app, but if you book out more than 2 days, which you have to since they are booked out that far, they charge $5 more for some reason, then I paid extra for some addons which they didn't put a bow or scarf on my dog or spray with the doggie cologne. The time I booked after that was for a 8am appt and when I got to their location they informed me that my appt was cancelled because they were overbooked the last few days and had to move stuff around. I told them I needed to get my dogs hair cut as I was going out of town for 11 days and didn't want to wait until I got back, but no luck, so I booked another appt last Wednesday for a Sunday morning grooming at 930am, to which they called me at 8am to tell my that my groomer called in and i couldn't get my dog groomed. At least they didn't wait until I drove to the store this time. Three strikes and they are out. I will find someone local to do it from now on.

I like PetSmart because I can take my dog in there and she is a small English bulldog. But yet when I try to clip her nails she seems to go ballistic. I take her in there and the girls are able to cut her nails within 10 minutes. She acts perfectly fine for them. It kind of upsets me but in a good way.
