Dr. Bremer has great bedside manner, not overly invasive like other vets. He is reasonably priced and I'd say low for his services and experience. We won't use any other vet and we have driven an hour from where we used to live to see Dr. Bremer. Highly recommend

My dog had something going on with his ears, I knew it was a ear infection. Dr said there's nothing wrong, perfectly fine, I triple asked him as I knew better. We left, I then took him to the vet he used to see, and guess what, double ear infections. Now he's doing better. I won't be back. Horrible treatment.

Making the appointment to have my kitten checked out as easy. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment time. The young lady said ok, your checked in. We sat in that hot waiting room for 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment. The tech would come out, glance at us and greet every other animal that came in the door. As my daughter got up to ask when we would be seen, the doctor came out and took the dog that came in after us into a room. My anxiety was already through the roof, it was hot and I was done. I got up and told the young lady to cancel this appointment, this was ridiculous and we are out of here.The vet sent a young man to my car to apologize for my wait and that they were waiting for a smaller room to open up to be seen. I asked why didn't anyone communicate that to us????? Not one word.We honestly tried to be patient, but when someone that comes in after you and gets called before you.. what's the point of making an appointment?

Called Saturday morning at 9 to make sure they still take walk ins until 12. She said yes, I told them my Bulldog was vomiting blood and they said take her to the emergency vet, which I have had horrible experiences with, because they didn’t have time. So much for walk in. They also boarded her for a week and did not give her her eye drops (they prescribed and I provided) she came home with both eyes crusted. I’m really upset I ever referred them. I will NOT go back, they have been her vet since I rescued her 3 years ago so they had her her records. I found another Vet open and took her there.

I took my German shepherd there this morning and was the first one to arrive when they opened as my appointment was at 8am. I was not even greeted and was ignored for the first 5 minutes. He needed his nails trimmed and the vet was so impatient with him, he cut 4 nails way too short to the point where they were bleeding. My German shepherd is a nervous boy, but is in no way aggressive or mean he just needs a little extra patience. I’m extremely disappointed in the care my sweet dog received and will never recommend this vet nor wil I be bringing my dog back.

Not a good experience. When a vet yells for a barking dog in the waiting room to "SHUT UP" while he is with another patient/client, I think the vet is in the wrong profession.

My first time coming here when we just moved here and my first experience was taking my dog in for a check up just to establish a vet. Began with no greeting from the vet, didn’t introduce himself or even say hello. Walked in and out of the room multiple time without even acknowledging me or my dog. When he did come in to look at him, after a 2 minute look over, he made me guess what was wrong with him multiple times only saying I was wrong until he finally said he was overweight. (From my research, he’s only 5 lbs overweight and otherwise healthy and happy) He then proceeded to shame me for having a herding breed and told me he should be on a farm chasing cows and not in a house getting fat and lazy. I regularly exercise my dog and train him to keep him engaged. He gave no suggestions telling me how much weight he needed to lose or if there was anything I should add to what I was already doing besides relocating him to a farm “like he should have been in the first place”. I understand not being personable, but to shame me for having a high energy pet that we do everything we can to keep active and entertained is uncalled for and unprofessional. Will not be going back

I have taken all my animals through the years to them and they are very professional and spot on with all needs I've encountered. The Vet himself is very knowledgeable and treats every pet as if it was his own. Recommend them a million times over 👏 Also, The staff seem to know us every time we come in. Very personable.

Great place, with even greater staff. I love this facility, the staff and doctors are very nice and take the time to explain everything. They all take very great care of your animals qhen boarding with them. My dog loves going here, everytime we show up she gets super excited and can't wait. Great place I highly recommend it.
