If you love your dog...DO NOT USE Bouse Fur House!!!! We started using them in 2022. Everything was okay until over the summer of 2023 when my dog stayed there for a week. We sent pre proportioned food and they failed to feed my dog 3 feedings that week and blamed it on she had refrigerated food and it was forgotten. We addressed the issue and gave them another chance this November. I picked up my dog on Saturday and 6 hours later she threw up at least 2 feedings of food along with a large rubber piece. I thought that was the end of it however the next day she was in so much pain I could barely pick her up to get her in the car to the vet. $2,000 in vet bills and exploratory surgery, her intestines were "telescoped" by the foreign object and all the vomitting and diarrhea. Were never informed by the Bouse that when the dogs go on the playground they are exposed to foreign toys. My dog is an Italian Mastiff and I only buy hard toys for her, nothing rubber or soft. I have checked with several local boarders and this is not common practice to allow foreign toys on a dog playground. Bouse won't help with vet bills and recommended we find a private sitter, however they would give us $600 in credit which is a slap in the face because they know I would never trust my dog in their care.

We have had nothing but the best experiences with Bouse! When we first moved to Tulsa, our dogs went to daycare every weekday and LOVED it! This was years ago and they still get excited when they see their harnesses as they think it means daycare. We often board the dogs there and they have the best time playing with other dogs during the day and snuggling with each other at night. The employees really seem to care about the dogs and, once the dogs go there for a bit, they know them by name!

My little guy LOVES going to Bouse Fur House. As we turn onto the street for day care he starts to bark with excitement. The staff always greets him by name as I drop him off and say bye to him when he leaves for the day. Everyone is always so pleasant.I enjoy being able to check in on my dog during the day with the live streaming and Always LOVE getting pics of my dog having a fun day. I have been to another establishment and would not take my dog back. Bouse Fur House is the only place for my pup and I!

Love love love this facility! They are 100% transparent with you from beginning to end. My super shy boy, Mischief, has been a few times now and absolutely can’t wait to jet out the doors in the morning to go to daycare to see all his best friends! Don’t think twice about this place; they actually care for your pups! ✨

My German Shepherd mix stayed here over the weekend and I am so glad he did! I loved that I was able to check the live stream at any time to see what he was up to. The employees also told me if i wanted pictures or updates on him all I needed to do was text and ask them. Jack also received the BEST bath he has ever gotten! His fur is so silky soft and he smells so good! We will be coming back!

We boarded our 2 crazy puppies (beagle and pitbull) for over a week for the first time ever. Bouse Fur House was amazing! Fair prices, friendly employees, and most of all we could trust them. Our dogs are crazy and don’t always get along well with other dogs. Our dogs did have to be separated from the rest of the group. I’m glad Bouse was able to identify any potential problems with our pups before they occurred. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our dogs were in good hands. Pete and Scooby came back home tired and so happy. We even got a free bath with the amount of nights we boarded them. Thank you all for taking care of our doggies!

This place is the best!! I take my Sheltie here for both doggie day care and grooming. Everyone on staff is always friendly, caring, and you can tell they all have a passion for dogs. I've been very happy with Emmy's grooming. It's hard to find someone who can groom a Sheltie well, but they've done a great job. Emmy especially enjoys the day care and is always worn out and smiling when I pick her up at the end of the day. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to give their pups a fun outing!

I do not recommend this place. They are very unprofessional. We have 2 French bulldogs. We purchased dog day care credits last year. We had our dogs boarded a couple of times overnight in which they caught kennel cough both times they stayed. We asked if we can receive a refund on our dog day care package and voiced out some concerns we had from the last dog stay in which our dogs were not properly fed. We watched the cameras, spoke to the staff, and called the staff with no answer. My wife measured our dog’s meals out and they returned home with all their food except 2 cups which tells us they only had one meal during their stay. They denied these concerns we had and gave us excuses while saying we cannot receive a refund and we may not return to the establishment. How are they going to keep our $200+ and not allow us to come back just because we voiced our concerns about our pets care to them? I recommend you save yourself the hassle and find a different kennel to take your pets to.In response to owners comment below:I never asked for a refund on the boarding stay as I understand the risks with boarding and kennel cough. I asked for a refund on our unused dog day care credits due to 2 incidents of our dogs getting kennel cough and the care that our dogs received during their last stay. It does not make any financial sense for us to continue taking our dogs to a place where they get kennel cough and we end up with a $200+ vet bill on top of the boarding bill so we asked for an exception due to the circumstance. After we brought this up we were asked not to return to your facility as we were “banned.”We were not give any recommendations by the owner or the managers either. Nobody every apologized to us but now you are here on Google apologizing to show face for your “small business.” When we mentioned the concerns we were instantly banned without any reason and also told we would have to forfeit our daycare credits for having concerns about our pets cares. After all this we wouldn’t want to return anyways. We shouldn’t have to forfeit our money spent on the day care credits because you don’t want to take accountability for the care my dogs received. A simple apology would have worked.

been taking our dog Gus here for 8 months. He loves it and darts around the corner without so much as a second look. The staff cares about the animals and are super friendly. Prices are decent if you buy a package, and hours are also reasonable.as for their other services, hair cuts and nail trims are good. We used them to give Gus a bath right before a 15 hour car trip and he came out smelling fresh and clean (they are very accommodating when it comes to requests like that).I do wish they opened at 630am since I like to be at work by 7am, but that's nit picking.very happy with them and will continue to take the little rascal there!

As a pet mom and retired groomer, I am very picky about who cares for my pets. We boarded our two dogs at Bouse and couldn't be happier. Before setting up an appointment for an upcoming trip, we toured the facility. The first thing I noticed was how clean the building was. The staff was friendly and caring. One of my dogs I adopted at the age of ten and she is sixteen years old now. She is terrified of loud noises. When I asked if it was possible to reserve a kennel on the side farthest away from the majority of other dogs so she might have a quieter experience, they said, "Sure!"When we picked them up, they were excited to see us, but more importantly, they were relaxed which tells me they were comfortable and well cared for.We have scheduled another stay in April and highly recommend Bouse Fur House for boarding.

My family and I had to attend an out of state funeral. Usually, we have family take care of our dogs when we're out of town, however. All of our family were leaving as well. I took my dog over to Bouse Fur House for an evaluation and left her there for 4 days. When I picked her up. She was very happy. I could tell by how she was responding to the people there that she was well taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Very satisfied!! Thank you Bouse Fur House!

Do NOT recommend. My dog is up to date on all vaccines and contracted a severe eye infection here. Which resulted in a high vet bill on top of the extremely high price of boarding. Just seems very unreasonable considering the fact they don't even provide food or treats during your pets stay. Also very disorganized staff. Bad experience. Just want to warn future pet owners who care about their pets health and safety. Please do not take your pets here if you care about their well being.On top of this they refused to reimburse me and honestly their email response was a joke. I am very upset with myself for not seeing these other reviews. Please read them all. Seems my baby is not the first to get sick from her stay there. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I 100% recommend Bouse Fur House!!! We have been taking our dog Cooper there for daycare for almost 2 years. The owner and employees are always so friendly and seem to really enjoy the dogs. Cooper loves going and is always exhausted when we pick him up. We also have him groomed every couple of weeks and he seems to enjoy it and they do a great job! We appreciate their 7am -7pm hours and the fact that they are open for daycare over the weekend. At times they have sent me pictures of Cooper that have made me smile.

Yesterday my sweet boy was attacked when I dropped him off for daycare at Bouse Fur House in Broken Arrow! What was extra hard is that I saw the whole thing happen! I like to get back in my car and sit and watch him as he plays because he’s so sweet to watch. The girl walked him outside and like every time Finley stands perfectly still while all the other dogs (like at least 10+ dogs) run over and smell him for a couple of minutes, then Finley will walk to a different area and they do the same thing ..smell him a little and then eventually they all walk off and go play. But this time the girl brought hIm out and like always all the dogs came running over to him except this time there were at least 2 dogs in his face barking at him. I thought it was not right but the girl worker just stood there and didn’t do anything! Until all of a sudden they attacked him and then it was too late because there was no way one girl was going to be able to stop the dogs and my Finley was extremely hurt! He has over 8 punctures and 3 he had to be put out while they stapled him up and Had a very big vet bill! They were negligent in the fact that their worker after seeing these two or more dogs being aggressive should of instantly got those dogs out of the area or got my dog back inside before anything would happen and also not having the right trained personnel to handle the situation to keep our puppies safe! We found out the hard way that Bouse Fur House has no business being in business because they have no one that is trained and have no policies or procedures to help protect our dogs from this type of incident! In fact since this happened we have had more and more people tell us that they took there babies there and were also attacked and have had large vet bills. We have since talked to different pet daycares and they all say the same thing ..that they don’t ever have that many dogs together in public play because of things like this happening. Bouse Fur House continues to do business as usual with no policy changes or even acknowledging there is a issue or problem! I believe the biggest disappointment is that we have not heard one thing from the owners of Bouse Fur House even after we have repeatedly asked for them to call us they have done nothing to apologize or even a phone call. It’s very sad that they obviously only care about the money we give them.I am just giving everyone a friendly warning before taking your baby to them for daycare or boarding, it could very well cost you a very big vet bill and the pain of seeing your sweet puppy hurting and in pain!RESPONSE TO BOUSE FUR HOUSE RESPONSE TO OTHER REVIEWERS:Bouse Fur owner might say she cares for all the dogs but she has yet to contact us or even call to apologize about the horrible incident with Finley ..even after we have asked 4 times from her company to do so! That just shows me how much she cares. Yes we have talked to the manager but she did nothing to make us feel better.I know your company says your not responsible for injuries but you are responsible for negligence and there was no doubt it was negligent, I know because I witnessed the whole thing. Your employee should of cared known the instant that those dogs were acting aggressive and barking for over a minute she had plenty of time to intervene and break it up. Also negligent in the fact that there was 1 girl with all those dogs in that area and not until he was being attacked that did I see another person come over but still no match to keep my pup from getting serious hurt!

At first we were hesitant to take our dogs here because our second rescue was timid and a bit socially awkward, but they worked with him and now they love it! The owner is great, and our pups always come home tired and happy. We will definitely be back again.

Bouse Fur House is by far the best place we've found to house our pets while we are out of town. They treat them with the same respect they would treat their own pets and the whole team are true animal lovers. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area that wants a safe, clean and fun place for their pets while they are away!If you are extra clingy they also offer video cameras to watch them play and have some suites with cameras as well so you can always keep an eye on them.

They took care of my 2 boy cats very well. They even have a camera put up so I could check in and see them if they were out of the kennels. They also took them in at last minute when another boarding house fell through. They are very clean and just talking with them a few min I knew they loved animals.

We have been using the Daycare option for our Australian Shepherd for several years. Bouse has the best staff, and they are always ready to greet Boomer at the door. In the mornings when we say do you want to go play, he is so excited and can't wait for us to get in the car. I highly recommend Bouse to anyone with a dog that wants to make friends and have a great day playing while their owner is at work.

We have been taking our Lab puppy Ace to the daycare at Bouse for a few months now, and absolutely love this place. Our pup is always so happy to visit his friends and see his favorite employees. Once we get inside the doors there, Ace actually darts off to the staff and doesn't even turn around to for us to say goodbye lol.We have been really impressed with the care given to Ace, and how diligent the staff is in keeping him safe and happy. Although, we were planning on taking him only temporarily while we do some home renovations, we have decided to continue taking him indefinitely because he loves it there so much. If you need a good doggy daycare you can trust, don't hesitate to take your pups here!

I've been taking my lab pup here for a few months now and she LOVES it! The staff is super friendly and every accommodating. My doggo got a bath and nail trim today...her nails were done so well!! I've never seen either of our labs with such a great "pedicure" done. Super happy and she smells amazing. I started taking my puppy here when I started working full time and have never regretted it! The clean, safe environment, friendly staff, and flexible options have worked perfectly. Leaving a small dog at a day boarding facility where there are larger dogs can be nerve-wracking, but Bouse Fur House is careful with how the dogs are paired and he has never been placed in an environment that has been aggressive. Further, the staff works with my puppy so that he is better trained and better exercised than what I was accomplishing by myself at home. Overall I can't think of a single thing that I would have them do differently. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing boarding for out-of-town trips or for anyone who has a puppy that just isn't ready to be left at home all day.

My dogs and I love this place! We take our two dogs there for day camp and over night boarding regularly. Its nice to take them there for day camp if we are going out after work so my dogs don't feel neglected (since we work all day). The owner and her staff are very friendly and really care about your dogs. You can tell they love their jobs. They spend a lot of time with my dogs and I know my dogs are well taken care of during their stay. They always tell me how my dogs did and tell me about their day. I like the fact that my dogs get to play all day with other dogs and and aren't locked in a room. They are TIRED when they get home and always seem happy. The facilities are top notch and it's really convenient for me being in Broken Arrow. Their price is great too compared to places with similar services. I would recommend this place over any other boarding or day camp service.
