I love this store but I was in this store just the other day and was looking for presents for my kids and a girl named Emily was very eager to help me. She helped me find toys I would have never found. She was super sweet and so helpful had to give her props. She was also newer to the job and for being so new she was actually very knowledgeable. Normally I don't have any issues at tsc in bristow with the store or it's employees till last night. The young lady that checked me out obviously has no ability to apply common sense or to make appropriatr decisions at the spur of the moment. As she was checking me out a little girl came up to the counter and handed the checker a little squishy pineapple that I'm pretty sure they don't even sell there but do at the dollar tree. Instead of letting the little girl keep the squishy and thanking for bringing it to someone's attention she just took the toy and said ok and that just about all there was to it. But she continued to hold the squishy squeezing on it and playing with it the entire time she checked me out so I asked her why didn't you just let that little girl keep that squishy. Even if you did sell that in your store no one is going to buy a played with dirty squishy toy that's unpackaged anyways so it will either be thrown in the trash or it went home with the cashier. She seemed quite amused with the toy. Immature and no people skills whatso ever.

Waited in the cold for over 20 minutes to get propane, then finally left. They told me repeatedy someone was coming but no one came.

Kudos to the guys at Tractor Supply in Bristow, OK. My husband & I bought a small trailer there today & the guys on staff made sure everything was road ready for us.These guys out did themselves, making sure everything was working properly before we hit the road.Thank you Tractor Supply workers for your friendliness and work ethic! Friendly staff, clean, well maintained. Their prices are typically 5-10% more than Atwoods and smaller selection. I did find it convenient over past few days though.

Really shocked at how unhelpful TSC employees were at this visit. Went on for simple weed barrier, website said there was 4 rolls available. I looked in the obvious area of lawn and garden but couldn't find them. I asked an employee that was near by. She said she doeant know what weed barrier is I should go ask a cashier. The cashier pointed at lawn and garden with a look on her face like "duh" where else would it be. So I explained I looked there and can't find it but your website says there are 4 available at this Bristow store. She said the inventory on the website is usually wrong. So I left with no weed barrier.

My husband worked here and the whole time he was working there he wasn’t ever late or anything and he always did what they asked him to do. His last shift he showed up 15 minutes late and they sent him home because they said “they changed their mind” on having him there. The next day he went in they told him that one of the managers wrote him up and that there was nothing he could do for him because he was technically already fired. HE DID NOTHING WRONG!!!! Don’t ever work there. By far the worst place he has worked at.

Very friendly customer support is exceptional and they do matching of prices from large box stores and retailers. If there is a price of a comparable product that’s at a big store, tractor supply will match it that is amazing thank you good job!

My visit to Tractor Supply was about average. As usual it was difficult to manage the isles due to having so much stuff half way blocking them.the store was not tidy at all some of the floor were dirty. It seems like everytime I go there they have less and less of the items I usually like to buy there. If they keep discontinuing items they may have to change the name of the store.

Courteous, friendly service. Actually had the o-ring we needed, though not the easiest thing to find. Stores are clean and well lit, price on feed and similar items is reasonable. Can't say the same thing for decor or seasonal items, and finding a knowledgeable employee may take a couple of tries.

Wish things had prices, it waste my time running back and forth checking on cost things. Prices are getting stupid high when I can and do now go a few miles more and get the exact same thing very much cheaper. For instance, I went in to get a dewormer for the goats and was appalled at the ridiculous price so I left and went to another feed store and got the same brand same dewormer for over $10 less than tractor supply. I dont shop there unless I have no choice anymore. No call for the price gouging, and that's just what it is when you can go down the street and get the same thing brand and all cheaper much cheaper.

The store is very organized and clean. The staff is very very friendly and motivated to helping you get what you need. The personal are willing to give a helping hand. If you are looking for a particular item and the store does not have it. They are able to tell you which store has it. Then you can pick it up yourself or they will have it shipped in.

I just wanted to thank the gentleman who went out of his way to help me yesterday with an odd request of a new wheel for a wheelchair. While Tractor Supply didn't have exactly what I needed, this gentleman did help me figure out what I do need. I appreciate your time and kindness. They had sold all of a product we were wanting. They gave us a rain check, took our information, and will email us when the product is in the store. Its not an expensive item. We were both surprised about the way they handled the situation. Im not use to that quality of customer service. Its very nice to find. We will go back!

Buyer beware!!! Make sure you get all your stuff or the manager will steal it and you’ll never see anything left at the register again. It’s absolutely pitiful. I’ve spent $15,000 here this year according to the printout on the register and they are refusing to give back a $30 bottle of dewormer that I never received, but paid for!Editing to add: turns out the manager, Racheal, allowed someone else to come in the store and take my items (to be fair, it was someone I share a rewards account with) and then proceeded to print that person a receipt and even take it further to allow them to return the item for cash. So instead of the return going back on my card that I had paid for the items with, the manager took it upon herself to knowingly break company policy and give the cash for my items to a person she knew had not originally paid for them.This took three hours to sort out because she continued to lie to me and say that the items were “picked up” in a super vague terminology and even after I sat on the phone with corporate and was told to “hang onto my card I purchased these items with as they would be informing the manager to give me a refund” she came out of the phone call and told me corporate told her there was nothing she had to do. I ended up calling the cops, who made her show the video footage from the register where she was clearly signing off an a return for cash, after printing him a receipt, which would have clearly shown my credit card info.If these are the kind of people tractor supply employs, I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The employees are friendly and helpful but the prices are outrageous! I purchased 4 items today. First was 200lb protein tub on sale at Sand Springs $13 cheaper, 40# sunflower seeds $4 cheaper, 2@5 gallons hydraulic fluid $5 cheaper in the Sand Springs ad that I receive in the mail with a savings of $27 for this purchase instead of using the Bristow ad. The employees are happy to adjust the price with my ad. IMHO there should not be that much difference in roughly 30 miles.....

It would be really nice to see a price on things so you don't get surprised at the cash register! Unless you don't get if there is no price tag people are not going to waste their time to find out what the price is and will go where they know what the price is!

I can usually find what I need to around the yard. They also have a small selection of clothes and boots that are super cute. I honestly try to avoid going in because of the smell. It smells like feed, I get it it's suppose to, but still URG!
