It is an older hotel without the amenities one would find in a newer one. However, it was clean (both rooms we rented). The couple that runs is are very nice & helpful. It is in Bristow & was quite except the one morning that the trash truck came. 😆.Good people make up the difference in what is missing.I will likely stay there again.

Stopped here as an emergency during recent snow storm and Turner Turnpike traffic snarls. We opted to spend the Sunday night here rather than in our car stranded in traffic. This motel is immediately off the turnpike exit in Bristow. Front desk lady very nice, very cordial. The room was clean, everything worked fine. Had microwave, tv, and fridge. The parking lot was well lighted. Plenty of parking; there was even an SUV with a UHaul trailer there. Price was quite reasoable. We were very happy to find a safe, clean place to wait for traffic to clear.Rooms: Slightly older building. Probably not wheelchair accessible, unless there were specially designated rooms. Unsure of that detail.

We happened on the Carolyn Inn August 11th, during a time of need. Heading home from a funeral, 4:30 pm-ish Flat on Turner Turnpike, spare also flat, 7:30 pm towed to local Walmart, could not rehab either tire, 9:00 pm We found the Carolyn online about a mile away, walked to it and got a room. We looked scary, and miserable from the heat. We could not have been more grateful that they were there, open, and had rooms available. The room smelled nice, bed very comfortable, water hot in the shower. That was what we required, and what we paid for. It was enough, and now that we are back home, we are still grateful.

Old place been repaired by shade tree carpenters, place to sleep linen and towels were well used rooms were clean in the middle not around baseboards , nice couple running it probably in their old country would have gotten 4 stars. Not a racial comment clean to some is not clean to others. But I would stay there again if I go back that way. Nice to support the older places

Room they gave me wasn’t clean. One bed wasn’t even made and there was a towel left on the bathroom sink like someone just used the room. Trash left on fridge. Didn’t even want to take my shoes off in this place or sleep under the sheets. Dirty and old but I couldn’t keep driving due to weather. I left my shoes and clothes on and slept on top of the comforter of the other bed that was made. It was late and I didn’t get another room because I knew by the first impression of this room the other room was going to be sketchy also. I just needed a place to lie down for a few hours. $66 for a night.

Loved it ! I stayed 4nights in town to visit family. My room was very clean spacious and modern in fact didn't want to leave. Bob the manager was great he helped go to the store in fact he drove his personal car and made sure I had what I liked in my room. I forgot the rooms have refrigerator's and microwaves! Bob also gave me a personal coffee maker and coffee! The water pressure was fantastic with good hot water. 1st time I actually enjoyed a shower! The HVAC unit was newer and modern the heat rocked! By room 114 I miss you! Chicago votes this is the place to stay!!!

Old, and dirty, the shower head was caked with God knows what. The tub was filthy, I couldn't even get in to shower, just washed the important parts. Best thing I can say, there were no bugsHad it not been for the fact I had been driving 12 hours and couldn't go any more I would have driven the 45 miles to the next exit.

Cleanliness is an issue. Some of the room was dusty....missed by house keeping. Sheets were soiled...not saying not laundered, but had stains that laundry might not remove. Time to take out of service. Same with bedspread....borderline disgusting. Otherwise, quiet....nice size room.

This place is pretty ran down, the toilet was leaking, the shower was so stained it looked as though it had never been cleaned, but it was a God-send for us because we needed a place to go so we could sleep and we were in the middle of nowhere, with miles to go to get to any other hotel. It is very quiet here, and they allow dogs to stay, which both were very important to us. It was $90 a night.

shady motel in a prejudice town. was way too expensive for what u get as well. 80 bucks for a 40 dollars tops quality. and by that I mean no quality because you can't even find a room for 40 bucks. no hot water at all towels were stiff and dingy and the sink wasn't even hooked up correctly it just spit the water out right to the floor... just keep driving passed bristow you will not be missing out..

Budget hotel for road-weary travelers. The room was pretty clean and the bed was decent. The price for one night was reasonable as well. That being said it is nothing more than a good place to stop for a few hours of sleep while on a long road trip but its a solid option for that purpose.

Would not recommend. Carpets are gross. Toilet Did not work. Moved rooms do to cleanliness of the first room. I was so disappointed.. I'm from Bristow and I will not even recommend anyone staying there. Its very dirty and the people who own and live there are broke. No improvements are ever made.the chamber of commerce would revie the motel so tourist can stay here. "It would benefit the town"

It is what it is. Affordable. You get what you settle for. Management trust, but it's like an entire different world set up within a very foreign stage with blinders up, where maintenance, amenities and clean are quite realitive concepts. Friendly and accommodating enough. Nice to have when a place in town beside the turnpike is needed. Higher standards and a big loan could convert this business into a much more pleasing and sought after stay.

There was cockroaches in the bathroom and by the bed. The fridge was dirty and had food in it and the microwave was not clean, it was greasy and had old burnt food stuck to the plate. The towels and wash clothes were severally stained. And the shower was very dirty in the inside. For paying $75 for a double room so not worth it.

Stayed over the weekend. (12-5-19) paid for 2 rooms. $190 for both .we paid for services they are not willing or capable to provide. No hot water in one. Burnt out bathroom light in another. Fire hazards(electric outlets). Fire health and safety were all at a lack of. The "murder motel" needs to be closed completely. DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN!!! No stars should be given. Just multiple citations and a closed sign!

A little dissatisfied....very impersonal at check in. Towels need replaced with new towels. Microwave did not work. No soap and not enough ahampoo and conditioner to even wash hair. Tub was too slippery very dangerous!

Nothing fancy but really nice people who own the hotel. Traveled from Ohio to Arizona. Was very tired and hot sleeping in car. They have my son and I a great deal with 2 large dogs and a cat. Bed was so firm. Slept like a baby.

I had guests from out of town come stay in two rooms, as they attended our event. Both couples said it was very dirty, had a big crack in the bath tub, and linens were not clean. They had to ask for clean towels, and both said they would not stay in those motel rooms in the future.

Spent one night and we were road weary. We did look at the room and looked ok. Upon closer inspection towels and washcloths were stained. Toilet would rock back and forth from the base. Needed tightened. Bed linens were grayish, not white. Staff must not use bleech. Room had a musky odor. We found later there were two murders in one of the rooms. And there were suggestions of a drug deal gone bad. The mattress was on a metal box. Every time you moved you heard a wump wump sound. Thick dust around the perimeter of the carpet. No coffee pot, no soap or shampoo. Only good thing we can say is we never saw bedbugs. Will never EVER stay there again and won't EVER recommend it to anyone!! STAY AWAY!!!!
