Nice little burger shack. Has abt 11 or 12 tables. We had a burger; meat needed seasoning but would order again. Frito pie was good. They were cleaning the ice cream machine; of all times, during lunch hour! So we didn't get to try their shakes. Hopefully next visit we can.

You would think with a population less than 300 people that you would treat every customer with respect. I have never felt more disrespected in a family-owned establishment in my life. These people were absolutely rude.Me and my team work in this town at least 6 months out of the year. I have been gone over 4 months and have no idea if they changed ownership or not... but this is not the restaurant that I have visited in the past. Too bad... ill drive to gore or Muskogee to avoid this place

We eat there 3 times a year when travel to Greenleaf State Park. Burgers are the best. Especially the shakes too.

Great little eatery!!! Had a double bacon burger with onion rings and man it was killer. This is one of those "its worth the drive" type of places. Thanks for the great lunch.

A must stop malt shop if you’re on your way to fish on the Southern Illinois or any of the other local waterways. Burgers were great as were the fries. Shakes and malts were wonderful. Will definitely stop in here again when on a fishing trip.

Needed something to eat in a very small town as we was visiting Green leaf lake. My hubby grew up and new people here so we stopped. Pretty good food & plenty of it. Really reasonable prices. We had the chicken fried steak, fries & a salad. My hubby actually new the owner's family. So they got to reminisce. We'll be back sometime.

Malt shop is a cute little place with lots of good workers and amazing shakes and malts. We were over at camp gruber and it was a quick stop for a shake and back to work- unlike running into muskogee

Honestly, it depends on the day - 4 starts because the food is always good, customer service is great, but orders are not always right, even when they are at a slow time.

Had the most delicious butterscotch malt after hiking at Greenleaf State Park. Definitely recommend stoping here if you are near by!
