The last 2 times I attempted to shop and pay for groceries and supplies for my household, several others and I waiting forever for the cash registers. Third try came in seeing the same scenario abandoned my cart abd walked out.Inevitably someone would be trying to purchase spray paint or beer requiring assistance -or just need assistance with checking out. DG has removed that readily available assistance -NO cashiers at the store. This means we're all standing in line with a cart full while one of us tries to find a DG employee somewhere stocking or in back of the store to start enable the line moving again. This is a very bad idea without a cashier, DG. Your and my alternative; go a few feet up the street to the grocery store with a 100% available cashier, get greeted, assistance with checking out available to assist with questions about products by a real person. Additionally they'll help you pack your groceries at the Choctaw grocery store. I used to shop at Dollar General exclusively. However, the choice to change my buying habits due to necessity of time and the change Dollar General has made of impersonability and inconvenience, has made better choices to shop elsewhere..

My children and I went into this store February 8,2023 about 6:00. I told my kids to each pick out some candy while I grabbed some stuff I needed to feed our youth group. While I was shopping my children were thrown out of the store because the cashier thought they were acting “sketchy.” It was dark outside and she endangered my children. She did not look for me or even ask them where their parents were. They weren’t trying to steal and I won’t return to the store as long as she is working there.

Clean isles and nicely stocked. Most of the employees are great but the certain few are absolutely and utterly the most unprofessional workers I've ever dealt with. Would be 5 stars if these employees were not there or trained better or had better people skills.

I ran in for a few items. But, ended up buying some slacks and a blouse as the temperature had risen so much that I was dressed too warmly. I'm delighted they carry clothing.

The Dollar Store is refreshing to our small town. It's amazing how many items they have is such a small store. A careful shopper will find many items priced below the Walmart stores. Bargains are found throughout the store. I would like to see more sugar free items, such as sugar free pancake syrup. Many brand names now have sugar free pancake syrup, such as Log Cabin, and Mrs Butterworth's pancake syrup.The store is kept clean and shelves are restocked every couple days. I would like to see a more lean ground beef, such as 93% lean. I would also like to see Honeysuckle Ground Turkey Sausage in the store. Celery, Lettuce, and Tomatoes would be nice to see in the store, along with other fresh vegetables, such as onions, carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers and potatoes.Overall, I am pleased to have the convenience of the Dollar Store in our town. The staff are all friendly, cheerful and helpful. Checkout is fast and parking is not a problem.

Like many small town Dollar 🅶enerals, the clerks were pleasant, attentive, & seemed to personally know most every customer. The Boswell store is large, organized, competently stocked, & more orderly than most SE OK & NE TX Dollar 🅶enerals that I've patronized. Both restrooms & store are clean.✔ There's a Redbox Kiosk out front for renting movies & video games.💲 Their prices on 2-liter soda water & chips are lower than other convenience stores In town.🤠 Well done!

Service is slow and the store is a mess most of the time and some out of date items and it of stock. This particular store has had management problems as long as I can remember. Maybe one day it will get right.
