The staff here are always friendly and ready to help me find what I need. I just love this store, it has everything. I can pick up what I need and get back to work right away. The store manager there is especially amazing taking her time to help me find things. The girl at the front knows me on sight and is always so helpful she needs a raise.

Been a regular here for over a year now. I probably spend at least $1-2K a year at this Ace. The selection is great, the quality of items they carry is great, the convenience is great. My reason for three stars is that the customer service is very hit and miss.I've had multiple cashiers over the last year seem completely uninterested in me spending my money there. Barely greet me, seem bothered by any question I have, or just my existence. Other times, they have zero situational awareness about keeping the line moving, or having a second cashier step in, when the wait times are longer. This hasn't just been one cashier either. In fact, I think it's been a different employee every time.Other times, the customer service has been solid. At times I've received very friendly help, or a friendly check out experience. Like I said, it's hit and miss.The thing is, this is a small town, where many of your regulars are spending a LOT of money here annually, more so than Aces in larger metro areas where customers have multiple other options. So whatever lack of oversight on customer service that's happening by management at this location really should be cleaned up, because the way the staff seems completely ambivalent and bothered by customers at times feels very ungrateful, and leaves a bad taste.I'll keep coming here, and hopefully keep spending my money here, but that won't last forever if the bad experiences keep outweighing the good.

This store has some of the products big retail stores have.I stopped just to see if they had cell phone charging cables, and they did. Saved me driving 20 miles to Walmart. Love this store. Great customer service. Friendly staff always ready to help. This my go to place.

Spent a few thousand in this place after buying a house in the area. Came in one day in grease soiled sweats looking for Compressor fittings. Was constantly followed by staff until I went to use the restroom. When I returned I found my assembly I set aside while I used the restroom was missing. When confronted the staff denied any knowledge, which means someone mustve came in looking for the same exact configuration I had spent 30 minutes piecing together.My brother asked me to get over it and come with him to Ace again however, we were once again stalked.Good job chasing away your business.

Terrible place, 0 customer service. People that work there know nothing. Most of time out of stock on hardware. Lack complete supplies for projects. I now drive to norman Lowes for everything.

I stop in to Ace Hardware to purchase 2 Kingsford lighter fluid. The price on the shelf is $5.99 each. When I get to the counter to pay the price is $6.99 each. When I questioned it, I was told that 6.99 is what came up. OkI pay with my debit card and the only receipt I get is the debit card receipt.Ok, so I have to disclose that at this point I really dont know what I paid. This has happened to me before.I should stick with The home depot.MarkYou can call for a verification.

Wish I could give zero stars for the ACE in Blanchard, OK. I sent my son up to talk to owner about a job and he crushed him, he told my son “Glad you came in, because of your persistence I’ll never hire you.” I’m sure there was a miscommunication with him going up to talk about a job but considering how rude the manager was I’m glad I found out what type a person the owner is because I wouldn’t want him to work there anyway. I’ve been a patron since it opened but this ACE lost my business, glad I have other places to shop with people with more tact. BTW, don’t worry about my son he’s an engineering student with a 3+ GPA, he’ll be fine.

Every time I purchase anything in this store the clerks NEVER say thank you. Not once! It’s difficult to get anyone to help you and when you can get someone to help you they really don’t know what they’re talking about.. The prices are outrageous and the customer service is horrible!Yes Chris- it is the store located off Veterans Memorial in Blanchard, Oklahoma!If I could give zero stars I would! Quit leaving messages on my reviews like this and work on the customer service in your store!

Very nice inside. Shelves nicely stocked. Staff pretty friendly, though they could use a bit more enthusiasm and pep! The only major gripe(and this just me), it felt either a bit small, or the feeling of everything pressing in on you. Needs more space.

This is a very nice Ace store. The folks working here are friendly and knowledgeable about what's in the store making it easy to get what I needed and get on the road. I am actually making the drive from Norman to come here and will continue to do so.

Ace Hardware shouldn’t not be allowed to sell lawn mowers.Nor floor models..My lawnmower will not start on the 2nd time they refuse to replace or refund…. And I have had nothing but the run around. And far as the company they refer you to Briggs and Stratton they have no customer service it’s all automated.NEVER PURCHASE A LAWNMOWER from ACE .Go to a professional company….ACE HAS LOST MY BUSINESSEDITAs for courtesy of this store I don’t recommend it . I called at 7 minutes til closing yesterday 4/24 the manager Gabby was sooo in a rush to get me off the phone she didn’t want to listen to what I had to say ..As a recent widow and not understanding of what mechanism I’m buying I thinkthis store should have stated very clear that my product did not come with a boxSo if anything goes wrong please call this number.. instead of ( look on your box according to the manager Gabby) as I tried to explain that I didn’t have a box she sighed and started saying something about Moore and Norman .. as I stated I’m a recent widow and I’m disabled.So please if your a widow or disabled please do not give this location any business.

Clean store and friendly staff. No one was wearing a mask. Maybe that's not a thing anymore in this area. However, a little too close for comfort. Some items were a little pricey while others ran about equal to other home improvement stores. Overall a good experience. I will be back again maybe when it's not quite as busy. I will be back again. It's certainly faster than going all the way to Norman for other options.

Bad experience ruined years of Ace Rewards loyalty. A simple request, really. We called ahead and explained that we had a 5 gallon bucket of paint from a different store that we would like to have "shaken-up" to see if it was still usable. If not, we would be purchasing a new batch, along with other paint and supplies...from Ace. The young man on the phone said he received confirmation from the manager that it would be no problem. So, we lugged this heavy bucket to Ace and were met by a young lady whom I assume was the manager on duty. She advised they would not shake any paint that was not purchased from Ace. We explained that we were about to purchase much more paint, and that we had called ahead. No dice. She wouldn't budge. We live in town. We use Ace almost weekly for something. Just ridiculous to get this poor customer service from a small town store. I mean, I could understand if we had not called in first, or if the store was busy or understaffed. Really disappointed. I wonder if the real manager or owner would approve? If so, then I stand corrected. Still...we called ahead so...?

I generally love this store and drive the extra miles for the excellent service and well stocked merchandise. It loses a star today because I’m trying to call (today is July 16, 2022) and I’m getting a recording with the “Happy 4th of July” message and it disconnected. Very disappointed.

Will not cut outside keys, you have to buy one of their keys!!! Have never had any problems like this before!!! Everyone was rude!!! Have used this location numerous times, since I live in Dibble it is convient to grab materials for my rent houses. I will be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same also!!!

Okay the only reason that I've given three stars is because I generally just like this place because it's Ace hardware it's where manly men like to shop lol. I found everything that I've needed there have been there multiple times but the few times that I have needed to know where something was, or ask a question there was no one around and it was hard to find somebody luckily I found it on my own but maybe some customer attentiveness is needed. But other than that this place is great I will return and I do recommend this place it is a very clean.

Really loved asking someone for help, in paint dept., and speaking with a lady who knew her paint, extremely informative, knowledgeable, n nice ! The paint was excellent, n looks great, this is a local store, outside newcastle, blanchard, n competitive prices compared to lowes n home depot with less travel !

Sort of old-fashioned, traditional feeling. Small town vibes and people. Not too friendly staff, didn't really have anything I was looking for, and overall smaller than any other Ace I've visited around the country. I was the only African American there and it was evident by how the customers and staff stared at me. Not a bad experience per se, but definitely awkward.

I knew about two years ago I should’ve stopped coming here. A little boy ran around asking other workers, screaming “WERE THOSE PURCHASED” as we got two bags of soil from the back after walking around, because the gate was closed again. Bags failed to be marked correctly by employees outside. Management didn’t address the issue correctly. It was sad, yet funny.Couldn’t have the balls to tell us til fifteen minutes later by the boy when we were going up to the register. A big lady said “let’s just get them out of here”Yikes. Won’t be spending money here ever again.
