We've been going to Karen for over 10 years with all our kids, miniature Schnauzers and a poodle. So nice to have a caring. professional and personable groomer. She's like their "Aunt Karen". My first experience with my Shih Tzu that thinks he's bigger than what he his.. They done a wonderful job and trying to correct what another groomer jacked up. They have a clean professional shop and with having to lay my other baby to rest the day showed care and compassion. I finally found a great place after two years of living out here.Now my after several visits my dog is butchered the time before I know they gave my dog their doggie CBD stuff. They didn't do a good job then. I looked them up they are not BBB. they use excuses when it looks like a 3year old tried to groom him. My dog always has new brush his hair. Admittance was I couldn't get a few mats out of hind legs. They also don't give him water n throw emm in their yards. They have been reported!!!
