I came in for Girl Scout supplies and was immediately greeted by a lady named Sharon. She went above and beyond helping find my random needs. She multi tasked between blowing up balloons for me, answering the phone and checking out customers all with a smile and a how are you babe to each of us. She was a delight to meet!

Most the time they have been closing lately which is very annoying. Tho I will give the employees some credit they do what they can with the pay they are given, least it's somewhat clean, stocking can be better, the lanes are mostly in order, but my main part is that there is this youngerish manager that was super rude like all I asked if they liked the self check out working and she basically said "i hate it and its too much work" like what?? All you need to do is write the sales down (it should have the option to print) take and replace money and replace the print paper from time to time, at least you don't have to have your 1 employee always in the front!

They close at 10 pm according y to all store hours. I attempted to make a quick purchase at 9.36 at the 10th street location and they had locked the doors and say they were closed. This is terrible customer service.

Overall cleanliness of store was good. Hot dogs were not stocked in the proper spot, so instead of $1.25 a package, we paid $1.75. The Anatoli's were happy.

I had just come in to buy drinks for my job with money my manager gave me and was 11 dollars short. I panicked as I don’t have the 11 dollars to cover it and the employee said he got me! I’ve never had anyone cover that much. He was so nice about it and didn’t publicly say anything about it just did it. Man deserves a raise that alone made my whole day as I have horrible anxiety and was stressed. Thank you to the guy who did that for me. You’re a blessing and I will pay you back when I see you again 💕

Dayton was very hateful, rude , demeaning to myself as well as others I have personally observed. He does not need to be working in a store requiring customer service. I regularly shop at this location and have never had a issue with anyone but this worker.. Everyone else is nice and helpful. I will go out of my way to go to another location til he no longer works there

Never have any floor help and generally only a cashier trying to keep up. Shelves are normally in disarray as they can't check people out and keep the store clean. Would've given 1 star but the cashiers are normally nice.

This store is ridiculous now. Always has been but the management is very rude and they never even try to look decent. You can't even shop because you're constantly tripping over stuff. Boxes and totes and now even glass is getting broken and being left on the ground. I just witnessed an older man who couldn't find what he was looking for because their was lawn furniture blocking the shampoo shelves. This store needs to be shut down until it can be safe and clean to shop in.

Blanchard is my home town. And this store right now is an insult on Blanchard. I haven't been in, in a while. Do to my own fault. But when I went in today, I was shocked beyond belief. This store used to be so clean and able to get through isles without a hassle. Well there where boxes, empty and full all over the place. Isles where blocked with stocking carts and boxes. Floors have not been cleaned in a good while. The staff was friendly. And I asked what happened to the store, I was shocked at her reply. " well what do you mean". Seriously....... And then she replyed that they where under staffed, if this is true. Shame on corporation to let it get like this. HIRE people make these stores great again.

This store is beyond ridiculous!! It is ALWAYS a complete and utter mess! Boxes of stuff all over the place and the shelves are never stocked and organized neatly. The layout is not friendly either! They do not have like items together...seems like random placement of goods. The manager needs to hire someone to get this place in order and keep it that way! That being said, they do usually have what I am looking for when I need it in a pinch but good luck finding it in the mess!

Store is looking good! I would just really like to see sale and clearance prices marked. I constantly have to double check sale items on my phone since nothing has a sales tag. Still not fully stocked either...

If there was another place to shop locally I would never return to this store. The store, floors & refrigerated cases, is always filthy, the shelves are never stocked, and most of the staff acts like they are too busy to help. The store is constantly littered with carts of new inventory blocking the isles and usually only one cashier working at a time. Today I had to unload a patrial cart of dog food, to get the brand that I normally purchase, which to my surprise, they actually had in stock. When I asked the cashier who I contact to complain he was very rude. 👎👎👎

The bathroom is locked and apparently it's a big deal to ask for the key to use it. It smelled like something died in there so decided to just hold it. Cashier also was hurrying us and asked us when we would be checking out because she needed to go outside and smoke. We told her We Were still looking and she went outside to smoke leaving us alone in the store. And they wonder why they have a problem with theft. My party was not the kind to steal but I'm guessing if she does this with other people they wouldn't be so honest left by themselves in the store. It smells like something has died in the store, also it being 80 degrees in there doesn't help with the smell, amplifies it.

This store is always dirty. Why are the shelves never stocked? I went in today for a quick purchase of a cold drink ,one lane was tied up with the cashier didn't know how to make a return .I went to the other line and the employee was so slow. I will go to the grocery store from now on. Also clean your place of business. Very cluttered and dirty. And why do I have to even pick one star to post this ?

Tried to return a Christmas tree and because they couldn't scan the bar code on the receipt Jerrie wouldn't give a refund..the receipt was less than 30 minutes old..but at no fault of mine I got screwed..she was not very helpful and became loud when I said it wasn't fair to me. I ask for a corporate number and was told to look it up online. Jerrie kept making comments about me to other as I left, I told her that was not a good thing to do and left without any resolve..

Friendly courteous employees who try to help when asked for help. They do need more help to clean up the store and stocking the products but the employees are extremely helpful if you need help finding something.

Poor service and aisles packed with boxes. Only employee I could find in the store looked like he had just walked in off the street. District Manager needs to get in here and tear everything down and start over. People will go elsewhere to shop and therefore Dollar General will continue to lose money.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. We just drove 20 minutes just to go there and one of the ladies that works there was outside visiting and smoking a cigarette. We barely got out of our car and she yelled over at us VERY RUDELY and said "I'm closed". There was no visible reason as to why she should be closed. It seemed as though she was only closed so that she could take a smoke break. Their posted hours state they should be open until 10pm today. There were also people coming out of the store as we were standing there. This is HORRIBLE customer service, and corporate will be called on this matter.

I'm kind of in the air with this store...most of the time I go in I am treated very poorly...honestly it is one of the worst in customer service I have been to...today was very different...they were really friendly...the store was clean...however...there are a few things that need fixed...like the parking lot...which you really wouldn't notice until you trip and fall on your face and are told corporate isn't doing their job and taking care of stuff...i hope corporate reads this and helps them...if your employees are not happy and cant take pride in their surroundings then the customer will not be treated right...this store is the perfect example of that...people actually bypass this store because some employees are actually hateful and it's not their fault...put some time and effort into fixing this store please.
