first used them in 2021 for a fence along the road with gates. Have had other needs pop up since then. Just last week, a delivery driver decided once was not enough, but hit my fence three times. Call to Shawn and parts were sourced to make repairs.Always helpful and quick turn around to address any needs or issues as they pop up. As a past fence builder myself (younger years) I did not have to worry about the type of work being done. Top rail is straight with a uniform reveal to show the pride they take in their work and still looks as good as when it was first installed 3 yrs ago.

Arrow fencing came out and finished up my fence for me after another fence company refused to come out a finish up their initial job. Shawn and another guy gave me a quote and did the job the next day. Very happy with the outcome and such a friendly guy. Would definitely call him back when we need an upgrade. We called for an estimate on a nee fence and the lady in the office was extremely helpful. She scheduled our appointment at a time that was convenient for us as opposed to a couple other companies we called. Shawn came out and gave us a great price we felt comfortable with. He offered us some alternatives to our budget that allowed us to get our storm shelter installed at the same time. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future fence or shelter needs. Great job guys!

I called the Gate guy about some repairs to my fence. He called me back within 2 hours and the next day he was out here to look at what I wanted to do to the fence. We had a simple gate repair. They were here when they said they would be and were able to complete the job quickly. They were up front about the minimum service fee, and that is what we were charged. I just felt like it was a pretty high minimum, especially since the job took less than ten minutes. I would still highly recommend them. They are friendly and professional!

I just wanted a simple wood fence with two gates. the poles for the gates weren't installed properly so the gates would twist on the poles. the hardware, for which I paid 4 figures, could have been purchased at the local hardware store for $200. but I'm sure it would have lasted longer than what they installed. they started installing the fence in the wrong spot. that should have been a hint at what was to come. they had to come out 3 times and STILL couldn't get it straight. Just an absolute horrible experience. do yourself a favor and pass on this "company". get a reputable installer. you might pay a little more, but you get what you pay for.UPDATE: nice try "arrow". your install was pathetic. your response is pathetic. You came out a number of times to "fix" the issue. It became a waste of time for me. You haven't been called back out because I don't trust you and I don't want you on my property. How you've been in business so long is mind-boggling. and as for my reviews being negative, well....i use so many companies that to review them all would be time consuming. i do that by word of mouth. but the bad experiences....of which you have noted there are only a few, DEFINITELY get my attention and I want to save others the time of dealing with poor companies.Service: Wood fence installation

I had a storm shelter, privacy and black chain link fencing installed and couldn’t be happier! Shawn was quick to get me an estimate and installment dates. I wasn’t sure what size shelter I wanted so he invited me to look at the one in his personal yard and another one, so I could make the best decision for my family. As a single woman, I appreciate the professionalism and quality. All employees worked very hard and long hours. I definitely recommend Shawn and Arrow Fencing.

They did a decent job 2 years ago when they replaced my fence, though I was misquoted and threatened to have them remove my fence if I didn't pay the new price.This time around I got a quote within a day, but I've called and texted the lady who handles the phones multiple times over the last three weeks and can't even get on the schedule for some reason. I've been promised multiple times that they will contact me "later today" to put me on the schedule and it never happens.UPDATE: I was contacted after writing this review and was apologized to for the miscommunication. Apparently I was "on the schedule for next week". There are better fencing companies in the area.

They installed over 250’ of stockade fence and 100’ of black chain link, they had to tie in to my neighbors fence at 2 separate spots, both of them were terrible and have since failed. First of all they didn’t line the metal posts up with the neighbors fence so it was off from the start, then they just scabbed a board on to the neighbors fence and tried to make it look good but it was horrific! We have since had a different company come and fix their problems and we are definitely more pleased. The chain link double gates they installed have been trouble from day one, poor quality and craftsmanship. Save your time and money and go with someone else. If I could start over I would never call these guys.

Installed quickly and exactly as I asked. One small issue I had was they forgot to put a brace on one of the doors, but Shawn came out immediately and got that corrected. Definitely would recommend them to others.

Worst company ever and cheapest fence ever!! I really think they took advantage that I was a single woman. I've had to nail the steeples back in several times and my gate is dragging once again, because it's not a real gate, it was built out of a fence panel.Also the handle came off the second day and they told me to fix it myself!
