I live in Dallas, TX and if our Walmarts were even 30% as nice and well-run as this one I’d shop there for sure. Usually dread going into Wally World. Can’t find something? Good luck finding someone who works there. Younger gentleman came up to me in electronics and asked me if he could help me find something, showed me what I was looking for, and then went and checked another aisle to see if they had some other options. The girl at checkout was polite and complimentary.Maybe I just need to move here haha. Love y’all’s store! Thanks!

Talk about a SuperStore. One of the biggest stores I’ve been too. Convenient location with amazing produce. It’s nice to have a local market so close when at the ball fields all weekend and a One-Stop-Shop is a lifesaver.

Great selection of merchandise at this location. There were a lot of people when I visited. The store was crowded and the aisles were small. It might be time for Blackwell Walmart to consider a bigger space that can accommodate more people, comfortably. 👍

I went to the store in Blackwell to get a simple flashlight. Only to find it locked up behind glass. When I asked for help to get the case unlocked it took about 20 minutes to get it unlocked. Once it was unlocked the employee held onto the flashlight as if I was going to steal the item. As the employee walked it all the way from the back of the store to the check out counter she had an attitude and asked if there was a problem as she continued to walk ahead of me. Once at the register the cashier was saying that kids had been stealing stuff but I'm not a kid. I'm a old man and the employees at this store are very rude . This store really isn't worth shopping at in my opinion. Very unprofessional and have no idea what real customer service is.

Ask 3 different employees what alie something was on and they all 3 were wrong. Also I'm not getting paid to check out . Just another way to put more money in the CEO and shareholders pocket. That's not how Sam would want his company ran

Walking into this walmart is like walking back in time. It is a smaller one and you rarely see those anymore. The selection is minimal due to the size of the location. It's clean and the cashiers are friendly and know everyone.

So I ordered a electric scooter for my little girl seeing how that's all she wanted from Santa . Already paid for it got off work headed to pick up get there to see no scooter and all I get told is you will get a refund in 7 days . Thanks walmart what is the point to paying ahead of time it your just going to sale it anyway. Now I get to tell her Santa just couldn't get it this year . And before anyone say there are other scooter yes but that was the one I could afford right now ..... Merry christmas

If you walk away from your Cart to take your kids to the bathroom, they will put up your cart. Then they will continously put it up while your following them around, and end up just having to restart.Very unprofessional employees. Yelling at me and my children from across the store. Rude. Hateful. They won't even let you talk to anyone higher up than the lady at the front desk.

The Walmart is located on Doolin Ave. in Blackwell Ok. It is a good store to buy some items from, but with the dollar tree less than half a block away, their prices are somewhat high. They're getting a little bit longer hours, that I know of for a fact. They're currently staying open until 11 pm. Lately they have been looking like they are getting their deliveries on schedule again, and I am getting a lot of the items that I was having to go to Ponca City to find.

It has a small selection on some items and high prices. But for a quick shopping trip in a small town it is a good place. It has some older products with dust on them in the shelf but in all it is kept up pretty well. It is not short on impulse buys by the register and sorting the more expensive stuff at eye level and having the cheaper products up higher or lower.

I was on vacation and stopped to buy a memory card for my phone. Laura, the woman in Electronics looked up the type of card I needed for my phone, help me select one and even put it into my phone! She gave excellent costumer service!!! ( I was not use to receiving because Wal-marts are usually understaffed.) Thank you so much for your help!
