It's not the absolute nicest place you could stay, but it fits the minimum requirement that it is not inherently filthy, the air and bathrooms work and there's no creepy crawlies in the beds.The locks could use replacement, but they could be argued as more secure, since they are harder to get into lolThe managers seem to get a lot of flack in the other reviews, but after my stay, I'm positive that those are based more on the appearance of the people than the people themselves. They do not have the "traditional" hotel manager look about them, as they dress like normal people instead of in semiformal wear, but they seemed to be perfectly fine people, as they let me and my young daughters hang out after check-out while we waited for our car to be repaired 400 miles from home. They gave them snacks and drinks and seemed perfectly hospitable in my opinionWalkability: Gas station and Walmart directly adjacent across the street on each side- low traffic makes crossing a breeze

If you are ever looking for a place to lay your head I highly recommend coming here! The service was amazing and when I had a tough night Will took care of me. As a 26 year old female stranded in the middle of Oklahoma traveling back home that’s two states away, they helped me out and took care of me! Highly recommend it! Thank you for your wonderful service!

This is by far the WORST lodging experience we have ever had! It was about 9 pm when we walked in and it was far from clean and quite dated. The staff was far from professional in appearance (I'm trying to keep this review PG rated). The first room they gave us was not even cleaned from the previous customer (bed, towels, garbage). We went to request a different room and we were assured this room was clean with brand new bedding and towels. It was so bad that we left to go to a different hotel. Our recommendation is if this is the only hotel, and the temperature outside is above 40, take your chances in your car....you will be better off. We gave one star because there isn't a negative number to give.

We got there and was going to get a king but decided to upgrade didn't need the space so tried to go back down but refused because it was "too difficult to do" the owners and workers live on the first floor, whole place smells like weed, front desk lady is rude, asked for some extra pillows and got flipped out on because she doesn't sleep for 24 hours and we disturbed her. Completely false advertising about a hot tub and breakfast, the only hot tub is the bathtub in your room and the breakfast is milk and some cereal. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Booked 4 nights through Wyndham. Upon check in the lobby and hallway smelled like fresh weed smoke. I booked a non-smoking room. The door wouldn't open. They changed my room location and tried again. Got in this time. Room didn't smell like cigarette smoke, that was a bonus. After getting groceries and dinner, came back to settle in. Still smelling of even more fresh weed smoke in the lobby and hallway, got into the room. Went out for ice. By now weed smoke is coming in. Creepy dudes hanging out in parking lot outside our window, tweaker banging on things in back of a pickup truck. Back door wasn't ever locked. Toilet seat was only 1 pin attached, slid half off the throne. The rim was pissed on, there was hairs in the bathtub, and used soap. Mold up around the top of the shower, stained wash towels. At least the bed was clean. Told them I was checking out in the morning and not staying the other 3 nights. After excess time and phone calls, they advised an exception for refunding the other nights.... after 10 more days with promises to return my calls, nothing. Filed a complaint with BBB today, after ample warning, promise to refund me, and nothing.Do not stay here, unless you are tweaker and 420 friendly, and like dirty gross rooms. Not even close to being worth saving $10 a night.There was no breakfast.Rooms: DirtyNearby activities: No fitness room, no hot tub or pool.Safety: Hallway doors were always unlockedWalkability: Only thing close was Walmart, across the street.Food & drinks: There was no breakfast offered, oh wait, she had a couple cereal bars to share.Noteworthy details: Weed smoked in the rooms by the desk clerk and others.

We stopped in Blackwell during a 15hr move and this place was a nice refuge for the price. We have 3 pets and other stays in the area have a 2 pet limit per room. Heather was amazing and very friendly. There's a slight smoke smell in our non-smoking room but it was otherwise clean and I'm just thankful for a comfy bed after a long drive. Book through them instead of a third-party website for the best accommodation.

This hotel will rip you off. They kept $21 of cash deposit. The couple that works there keeps a tip each time they check a person into the room so that the owner of the hotel doesn't know they make extra for themselves. If owner of hotel sees this review, this is your warning that your employees are ripping you off as well. I would fire them. Poop on toilet seat in room!Booked a non smoking room 4 days in advance for a Friday night. At 7pm they called to ask me if I was still coming. When I got there all they had was a smoking room. When I got into room it had not been cleaned. Food in fridge, dirty sheets, hair in tub, but best of all poop on toilet seat. When I went and got the liar that said she was the manager she said there was nothing she could do about refunding my money and booking. com will do nothing either. Everyone got paid and I had to drive 3.5 hrs back home after a funeral. There was a hole in the wall with black mold beside tub. Carpet was falling off edge of wall where it was used instead of splash board. Need was broke down and had huge dip in it.

Rooms are bearable, smell is a bit unpleasant at times. Fairly cheap nights, service is good from the housekeeping end since Brandy started, who I hope gets a raise soon!!!Walkability: Across the street from Walmart, surrounded by two convenient stores, caddy corner to a United grocery store, caddy corner to dollar tree, a liquor store, a gym, a pizza place(that may be closed down not certain). (There's a pizza hut and sonic but could be considered beyond walkable range for many folks such as small children and/or silver+ aged groups)

Horrible. TV was unwatchable and crackeled all night as if there was a short. Would've unplugged it but couldn't move the furniture to get to the plugin. Shower did not work. There was no way to turn the water from the faucet to the shower. No knob, button, nothing. Sketchy peo people hanging around back door of motel (which did NOT lock). Room none too clean either. Thank goodness it was a one night stay. Oh, and I had reserved a smoking room on priceline. When I got there they had "no smoking rooms left" and claimed to not have my reservation. I showed it. She repeated she didn't have any left. I assume she got a better price for it. I was too tired to look for another place, but YOU are warned, lol.

This property is being renovated but they are doing the rooms first so it is a very nice place to stay for the money. Newly painted room and carpet. Public spaces are still worn but since we don't spend much time in them it didn't matter to us. We would use the facility again if we were ever in the area again. New manager so still have some bugs to work out with staffing.

The room smelled of cigarettes. Impossible to breathe. We are with a dog and perhaps for some reason we were settled in this room. After a long journey, there is no desire to solve problems. The pillowcases smelled of cologne. I had to change bed linen. There is no breakfast. Breakfast is listed on the website. The only pluses are fridge and microwave.

They are in the middle of remodeling so it was very loud before 7 pm. My room was nice. It was the wrong room, I was too tired to complain. It was pet friendly for a charge.The location was great! It was 2 miles from 35. Tessa seemed like she was having a bad day. She was not friendly the couple times I talked to her. Do not eat next door at Stacks.

Stay was okay good besides not being able to watch the football games on the one weekend I'm out of town. Luckily I had my 5G laptop to watch. Have been working out at P-66 and had been staying at the Osage Casino Hotel but this was the only place available due to a motocross race for the weekend. This place is cheap, the staff is nice but I will gladly spend the extra $18 a night to stay in an up to date room with 2 TV's and the amenities that goes with the Hotel at the Casino and there are plenty of places to eat unlike here.

The rate was excellent! The corridors, lobby and rooms were clean and smelled clean and the service at the front desk was good. That being said, the exterior really needs some sprucing up, the appearance almost made us turn around but we're glad we didn't. Tacky looking business to the west of the property could use some sprucing up too ( but thats their issue not yours)

Check in was Good Friday April 22nd I got to check on early.I get to room it smell like someone just smoked in it and the card reader on door didn’t work.Saturday the toilet stopped up my son barrow they plunger while unstopping the toilet the back started leaking. When my son told them they said they fix when we leave.Sunday the power went out In room and I asked for towels so my kids can shower. The people told us we need other towels back first. They are still in bathroom on floor in restroom. I’m a single mother of 5, and I do travel nursing and was here working this location will not get my business again.

She gave me the best rate available , I am a Pilot Car and we do have a budget. She is a real gem 💎 ✨️ 💖 I am glad I got there while she was still on duty. The place is really nice my room was 211 and it is so quiet 🤫 when I look out the window u see fields of "something growing, lol In the distance is the highway but there is silence because it's so far away. Anyway it was two days of relaxing with a little laundry of course. Shopping is available just remember thus is not a giant city,and I am thankful. Even the Mgr on duty helps to keep the place clean, I found her mopping the floors ,they had alot of workers coming to stay there after work. This place deserves 👏 to be on the map. I hope it will continue to be wonderful and affordable ✨️ 😊 I will be back when I am in the area. Thank you very much to make my stay great. They also printed some email for me I needed the permits for my upcoming coming trip. Front day staff was nice, my room was fine and the breakfast was decent for a hotel. Chose a non smoking room but the whole place smells like cigarettes. Just different than what I'm used to since smoking in hotels in many states is not allowed. Rooms were good though mine had a mini fridge, only negative there was that the bottom of the bathtub feet like it was about to fall out. Overall good just didn't care for the smoke.
