I dropped my star ratings cause this place is about average. Sometimes the food comes out well prepared, and done right. Other times it looks like they just threw stuff together then threw it in the bag. Me and my wife's whole meal was unsatisfactory for what we have to pay. This is part of are meal.(Notice how this is put together, literally no sauce cept right at the end like they didn't care.)

Half the time the burgers are very dry, skimpy on the sauce and it tastes like the patties have been sitting for hours. Half the time the chili and cheese is on the outside of the bun on a chili dog. VERY skimpy on their cheese for cheese fries or cheese tater tots... polite service.

Ever since they hired this young girl on evening shift it takes about 20- 30 minutes to get your food and it's always cold. I'm not coming back until they do someone about this. Today around 8pm there was only 3 cars in the parking lot & it still took over 20 minutes to get me my tator tots & mozzarella sticks! This is ridiculous. I shouldn't of given a tip but I paid with a card before I seen who was working. My tator tots used to be hot, now they're luke warm. Both my mozzarella sticks and tots were barely warm. Sonic, you need to hire someone that can do the job. This is not good service! I'm sure you've had complaints but do nothing about it. Also I thought you give sauce with your mozzarella sticks, I guess you just don't care now

Love the sonic app. I ordered a drink and some corn dogs with packets of mustard. Arrived at location, checked in order was delivered. Carhop as she was giving my order repeated my order too me. I tipped her as usually do. Once I opened my bag I discovered no mustard. Pushed red button and requested 4 packets of mustard. Clerk stated sure we will have you some right out. Waited as long as I could without my food getting cold. I never received my mustard. Seems petty but you know it’s one thing to forget originally but then after bringing it to their attention and still not receiving. Just poor customer service!

I would love to say it was good but unfortunately it was a very bad experience, and then you can't even get a member of management to call you back for over 4 days.It's not like it's that big of a deal but then no one will even call you back and try and fix the issues.Not very happy with this company and the customer service leaves much to be desired.

The experience was ok I guess. My girlfriend ordered on the app..while i was in travel in taking daughter to school..the lot was clean the store it self was up to par. Now to the service. The order taker spoke very low. Now to the car hop she was seasoned old gal. She must have ran with the best of them...I might have startled with the 5 dollar tip as to that confused her...I asked for a few extras..my drink was made wrong..the fact she wanted to bring me the flavors missed like shots on Saturday night ..well moral of the story the food wasn't bad

For a long time I've been coming to this sonic. I've even worked there for a bit. The food is great as long as you go in the mornings. I will continue to eat there but there pricing vs. quality of food really needs to be reviewed.

Great service from the bellhop, she was kind and smiled as she brought us our order. She was even patient with us as we'd had to get more cash out. They even delivered our food hot and fresh for a change it was great having a hot meal.

I ordered quite a bit. Nothing extravagant or hard to make. But quite a bit none the less. My drinks icecream and food we're all handed out to me in a timely fashion. The person taking my order and bringing my food never once got impatient with me. Tonight was flawless for my order.

Small town gem! Ultimate breakfast burrito and tots were the best I've ever had at ANY sonic EVER. Keep up the great work! It can be hard to find fast food joint that actually takes pride in the food they serve but this Sonic absolutely does. Thank you!

The service was fast enough but could have been faster it they hadn't burned the onion rings. I can't believe they served burnt food and putting one on the burger ruined it as well. Thank God the kids were happy with their meals.

Traveling with grandkids. Stopped here to get food. Left tater tots off kids meal, so we let them know. Waited 10 minutes and they never brought them out. Every employee looked angry. Terrible service!

It was not really that great of an experience, the carhop was friendly and very polite. The food seemed like it was cooked ahead of time and sat under some heat lamps or something. They charged me for a large drink and then gave me a small. When I talked to them about replacing the drink they came out gave me a large drink and then charged me again for the large drink even though on the receipt it showed that I'd already paid for it. chili cheese Coney was very sloppy, what chili and cheese it did have was all on this side of the bun & the bread was kind of hard in some places. It just seems like all the food was just kind of old, and it's already expensive but they also want to make you pay for a large drink twice.

This is one of the best Sonics I've eaten at. You can easily see it from Hwy. 11 that goes right through Blackwell. There is easy access and three rows of parking with up to date menu signs. The car hops are pleasant and try to accommodate anything that you ask of them. My food is always hot and they do not make mistakes on my order. The drinks at this Sonic are good. I'm glad this Sonic is close by and I am a regular there.

It is an okay place for a quick lunch but not vary health conscience. Fairly expensive for what it is. It is fairly good-tasting. Most of their menu items are grease covered. Their shakes and drinks are a great summer treat.

This place is very slow, and the lady that is there in the morning have the worst attitude ever. This makes it hard for her to get orders right because of the bad attitude..As we sat there waiting for our food we watched the same lady that took our order take all orders and deliver the orders to everyone car as well. I was wondering to myself, was she also cooking the food too. Well I can see why she had an attitude, this place is under staffed. Then because of her poor service and attitude she kept messing up orders and forgetting people food. Every time she came out to give someone food, another car beeps the horn and she ran back and forth. Thanks to the 20-25 min wait for our food i witnessed this all. not to mention after waiting 20 mins for food, she came out and i did not have my fries. She went to get more and guess how long that took? another 15 mins. About time I had my food everyone in the car had already finished eating. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.

Only downside was primarily the lack of patio service. It was shut down because of the CoViD-19 restrictions, but personally I believe it was to narrow down service spaces. I had to find an unoccupied stall away from everyone to order, and while confused, the carhop was nice and understanding.

We ordered and payed for flavored water. We received water with little to no flavor. We asked them to bring us more of the flavoring like lemons and peaches and they said we had to pay again. Very disappointed that they were not willing to correct their error.

I tried the garlic butter bacon burger here and loved it! The soft bun, crispy bacon and savory patties with the melted cheese, a side of tots and a ice cold cherry limeade to wash it all down made lunchtime a treat.

Enjoy the sonic app but everything I come to my local blackwell sonic 90% of the stalls don't work best to start going to Tonkawa
