I went in yesterday morning and saying that the chic running the register is lacking in customer service skills is being nice. No smile...no "hello" or "thank you". Literally looked like she hates her job and didn't want to be there. She has been this way every time I shop there. I guess I will just have to start going in only during the evening when I know Ruby is working because SHE is just awesome. She ALWAYS greets me and has a smile..no matter what.

Yep I could of made a couple of beer runs out this store waited almost 10 minutes before giving up and leaving this store no cashier or anything this is so horrible people could of shoplifted or walked out with their items and none of the workers would of ever noticed

It's in a good location. Sonic is next door so you can get a drink easily. They have pretty good prices for the quality. The staff is nice. The store is small so your selection is limited. The thing that bothers me is the clutter. There is stuff everywhere, so it looks so junkie. Also the clothes are crowded.

Things are a mess due to the remodel and today being the first day they're open after it. They are still putting the finishing touches on Everything.Even with that going on the store looks amazing! Such and improvement! The staff that they have now are wonderful!

I have never been pushed to rush shopping till tonight I realize they close at 9 and I was there plenty of time before they closed in which I was only there to pick up milk and eggs I only stopped in because it was gonna be quicker but the gentleman tonight he was a lil on edge and came off rude to the customers telling them that they needed to hurry and be up by the register by 8:50 just have never been treated like that in that store and probably won't be back.

Decent selection with cramped isles. Register often has an aisle full of merch that make it nearly inaccessible. Definitely feels unfriendly for wheel chairs and fire marshals alike.

Found a great deal on soft drinks today. The ladies at the Blackwell Dollar General are always welcoming and pleasant. They make you feel like a valued customer.

Everyone is very nice. Store is clean. Must bring id for cigs or alcohol even if you are 80 they will require an id no exceptions.

Absolute garbage store. The so-called "Manager" Amy is a total psycho. She's rude and obnoxious to customers and employees. Has been known to set up employees for things they didn't do and go so far as to actually stalk people and follow them home! The biotch is nuts!! Has no business being in charge of anything. Needs to be drug tested and badly in need of professional help!!

Well it's just like every dollar store, says hey we're a Dollar store and sales things for anywhere from $10-$50. The men's bathroom it's always locked where as the women's isn't, and I just kind of find that kind of I don't know sexist I guess. Stores not really that clean and the people are not mean but they're not friendly either they're just like meh.

I have had very good experience with dollar General the only thing I would really complain about is the shelves are bare at times but as for the manager and emoplees are very pleasent when I am in there

Guy couldn't give me receipt? I ask and he slapped his head and said. Receipt? Uh uh no . A woman before me waited on her receipt while he was checking my stuff out. The woman got mad and said never mind. I am going. No receipt for 3 transactions. Plus I didn't see a total on the screen. He said 9.72. And it was only 9.00 because I used a snap card. Then he said I have to pay tax on snap card? This was a guy at Blackwell Dollar General store in Oklahoma. He was acting like he couldn't think of what he was doing. Plus that store is always a mess

Go there weekly and they stopped carrying a Matte White spray paint I use, which i dont understand why because i bought it all the time.
