I am from MN and when you walk into a Casey’s there they’re extremely clean! While driving down to TX I seen a sign for one and pulled in. Outside was nice newer I think, I was walking to the bathroom when I walked in and noticed trash on the floor before you take a left into the men’s room. I travel a lot and I k ow that as a sign the bathrooms are not going to be good. The men’s bathroom was destroyed! As soon as I rounded the corner the stale urine smell it me like a freight train! Oh and the flys, everywhere in the bathroom and the men’s restroom is right next to where all the food is made and sitting! Urine on the floor in front of all urinals and toilets, I’m aware we men think it maybe longer than it is but with a place this busy it should be mopped/bleached every hour! The grout is wet inbetween all the tile with piss! Gang writing on the tile which if they tried will come off! Please keep driving. There’s a loves close and clean!

On a typical run, stop to get fuel drinks and Sandwiches get what I think is supposed to be a chicken sandwich with pickle according to the label. Roll on down the road, go to eat 1 and find it is a plain hamburger, nothing on it. Kinda disappointing... I had my palette set on a chicken sandwich just to find out. It's not labeled correctly. Almost makes a person wonder what the price differences between the 2.

Ordered pizza online. Was told to pickup at 4:01. Got there at 4:06. Stood there 10 minutes before lady would even help me. She yells at another worker and he come back to take care of me. They hadn't even started my order! Waited another 30 minutes before my order was done.No one would even let me know what was going on.I've had better pizza from there. This one not so great. Boneless wings were so over cooked that they were hard. Ended up feeding them to dogs.I spent over 30 bucks for this order.The last 2 times I have ordered at Casey's in Blackwell, they're customer services sucked. Time before I stood there waiting while a worker was complaining about having to work. It has been several months since that order. Decided to try again. Worse this time. I contacted corporate, but that was a waste of time.I will not spend my money at the Blackwell location again.

Nice Store. The Door Chime is the Security Keypad. The Fountains here unlike the Iowa locations have more options like Pepsi Wild Cherry. There was breakfast pizza in the food warmer. This location has a lot of donuts which I took 2. The Staff here are nice and friendly. I hope this Casey’s continues to do well.

Bought gas then went inside to use restrooms. They were very dirty, and no toilet paper or paper towels! Wanted a cappuccino for the road but machine was out of order. Very disappointed in this location! Most Casey’s are better! This one needs to new management who cares.

I've stopped at this store twice in the last week. Both times the restrooms need cleaning and locks need to be installed on the toilet doors.Stacks of product not accessible to customers but still in the aisles seem to be ever present. It appears management needs better organization skills. Installing pull down blinds for the cashiers would also be helpful in improving working conditions.This store needs help.

The bathrooms are disgusting. I uploaded pictures of Friday, May 26, 2023. These restrooms used to be pretty clean when traveling, but for some reason management must’ve changed when you’re a gas station along the highway 95% of people want clean restrooms.

The people are nice, but that air machine is trash.It cost 1.75 but you have to pay by card. You don't get to know how much you are about to pay until you pay. The machine cycles inflate for a few seconds test pressure for a few seconds. You pay for 3.5 minutes but you only get 1.75. Fyi my tire still needs more air and if my bank cnb was worth their wait I'd charge back that money. But my bank sux so I'm stuckShort story nice people.Air machine POS

The gas was priced at $3.09 a gallon. We decided to get gas after lunch.When I went in to to let them know the price at the pump did not reflect there big doing on the street. The Manager out right lied to me and said she changed 5 minutes ago but must have hit the wrong button.Then she walked into her office and changed the price to $4.09.Came out and said ok it fixed.Listen SHE lied and just blew me off.I drove across the street and gave them my money.I won't work with unethical leaders!

Better of the 2 gas stations on this exit. Casey's has amazing pizza. Also if you have a Diesel they do you mudflap. You can also charge your electric car here.

we are traveling from ks to fl. during our trip, we stopped here to fill up the tank (used 87 gas). we started driving again and about 20 minutes after getting gas our car started showing classic symptoms of water in the gas tank. sputtering, trouble accelerating, sudden decrease in power, etc. keep in mind, this car is a 2017 pathfinder with 56,000 miles and had NO problems prior to filling up at casey’s. we stopped in tulsa to have it looked at, and once the car turned off it wouldn’t even start again. the employees at the mechanic said water in the gas is most likely the cause of our issues. we’re now finishing our trip in a $600 rental car with our car still in oklahoma, all because we decided to stop here for gas. wether it was intentional, or just negligence of the proper care of the gas tanks by the employees, it caused us close to $1000 and a few hours. don’t stop here!

Receipt printers out of paper. ALL windshield washer fluid stations completely dry. Employees could have cared less when I had to walk inside for my receipt. Apology? Nope.

The staff in here is fantastic. Always a friendly face when I have gone in there no matter the hour. They definitely are different from other Casey's that I have been to, but I believe it is because they are going through a transition from it being a Dominos previously according to one of the workers I spoke with. I was checked out by Cherokee and she was incredibly helpful and kind. I will definitely be back.

Everything is crazy dirty; pump handles, pumps, bathrooms, floors. Everything. Also, no water in the window scrubbers, except in one and no one would look at that and decide to “clean” their windshield.

Grew up eating Casey's Pizza in Iowa.. Have ALWAYS LOVED and MISSED the Taco pizza!!Idk if it was just my pizza but there were NO DORITOS and the lettuce (leaves)and tomatoes were huge.. Definitely NOT the Casey's pizza I've learned to love. Idk if it was just laziness but that was the deal breaker for me.Cashier's in front were extremely NICE tho.. The reason I'm giving 2 stars and not one.

My husband left his phone here. Tracked it with GPS, it showed this is where it was. When i called the store one lady was very nice think her name was lacy or tracy and the other was so incredibly rude and disrespectful saying they'll look for it IF they had time talking with attitude in the background. We were simply looking for a phone. I wouldn't stop here. Customer service really sucks. one star because i cant give no stars. -_-

The call box at the diesel pumps don’t work, if your using Mudflap you must go in so they will turn the pump on, the pumps screens don’t work so the Casey’s employee must come out and push the correct buttons so the pump works then go back in to pay, CASEY’S FIX YOUR PUMPS!!!

How does the blueberry muffin in a plastic container located in the donut case get soggy wet? Did not realize this until 20 miles down the road. Returned later that day, showed the clerk whose only response was ok. Definitely not the kind of Casey's we are accustomed to.

This casey is new and nice store inside, but never any food in the 3 food hoppers they have. Stop there multiple times and in the morning barely any breakfast and if there was the made it at 630 and still in there at 8 am. Lunch or supper selection not great either.

This isn't even a caseys... this is a fake Casey's! This is a convenience store, that offers absolutely no convenience. Hardly any stock... they dont even have breakfast pizza! The final kick in the nuts after scrounging something to eat.. a 2 day old donut, I get to the register only to find a post it note that says they dont take cards!! Wouldn't that be something you'd put on the front door? However, the fake Casey's toothless checker was kind enough to grunt and jab her paw in the direction of the ATM. Screw fake Casey's, and scree blackwell in general.
