Bathrooms were great, lady who greeted me was nice. But then...Went through thr drive through, half way through my order 2 people switched while taking the order. Messed most of the order up, I'm pretty sure I got over charged but that was the least of my worries.Food was still decent. Ice cream is always amazing.

I had never heard of this chain until yesterday. The ice cream is very tasty, and incredibly low priced. I’m kind of glad they don’t have one near my home, I’d weigh a lot more being that close.I didn’t try the food, but the menu looked delicious.

The bagel omelet was really good. Was made wrong at first and they fixed it. But it didn't have the bacon I had ordered in it the second time. And I didn't feel like waiting for it again. I liked that they had raspberry tea and the Cashier was nice but seemed a little flustered and lost. The place seemed cleaned and well maintained.

I ordered a chili it was cold. That would be my only complaint. Burgers had good flavor. Bought some milk to try because of the reviews on here. They do offer truck parking that was nice.

We all got something differed and it was all great. One of my daughters discovered that the bag of burgers was cheaper than a combo. She was sharing hamburgers , that came with only ketchup and pickles. One got her hamburger with gluten. The kids got their kids meals with a Blimpy disguise. I enjoyed the chicken strip meal. It came with 4 large strip, Hawaiian roll, gravy and fries! It was all so good!!

I loved the crinkle-cut fries and the burger was okay. The grocery mini store, fast food burger and ice cream is a concept I've never seen before. Definitely a better option than the McDonald's across the street.

After ordering dinner, I went for Catsup and Braums sauce. The sauce dispenser was empty, so I said something to the young man working the dining room. His name is Anthony. He actually Thanked me for letting him know!!! That was a first!! He immediately went to the back and retrieved a new bag of Braums sauce and filled the dispenser before my food was ready!!! The restaurant was clean, tables were clean.Not sure when he started working for the Blackwell Braums but they need to do all they can to keep him employed there. This was the best service I've had at any Braums store in several years.Thank you Anthony for giving me a better opinion of Braums customer service. Hope you stay around.

We stop here every day that we are in the area. The ice cream is the best ever. The hamburgers are perfect. The help has always been friendly and helpful. Always a good experience.

Had a long trip back and we needed to stop and grab a quick bite. This Braums was understaffed but the crew was on their game. When we got there there were some dirty tables, wet counters and floors, and trash cans were mostly full. We ordered and cleaned up a table. Food came out and was delicious. The toddler loved the tots and the wife and I liked the burger and chicken tenders. About when we were done, the trash was taken care of, floors and tables were clean, and the place was in a much better state. Great job y'all and hats of to all service workers, you are underappreciated, but you truly keep this country going. 🙏They also have a small grocery to grab some things which was impeccable and well stocked.Bathrooms were decent but lacking paper towels. With how busy they were, I can't blame them.

The person taking order was polite and pleasant. I got the bacon cheeseburger meal and had in under 5 minutes. Food was hot and fresh. Honestly the freshest food from any braums in a while. Keep up the great work!!
