We love the people there at the Blackwell animal hospital. We recommend them to anyone. They was all sweet and kind. We took our female bully that we had 5 years ago. That we took her there. They was all really sweet to her and fix her right up. We just brought a Rottweiler puppy for our special needs daughter. Our puppy wasn't feeling good, took the puppy right in. They told us that the puppy had parvo. Our daughter was really upset thinking she was going to lose her new puppy. They was very sweet and kind to our daughter and letting her know that the puppy will be ok. Now the our puppy is doing great. Thank you blackwell animal hospital you made one girl very happy.

Ladies were super friendly and very gentle with my Bug. I always wonder if people are gonna judge her cause of breed. None of that. Lots of kisses given and received with enthusiasm.

We take our 2 dogs and 2 cats exclusively to Blackwell. Drive from Kansas. Fair prices. Good people that genuinely seem to care. Skilled vet. That equals healthy and happy pets.

Excellent service! They're always super busy, but the wait time is minimal and they are the best around at what they do! Every employee there is always so polite and helpful too! Dr. Senn is amazing! She did an amazing job at keeping me calm and explaining everything I needed to do for my cat to get better! I would recommend her to anyone, her and I saw eye to eye on the matter involving my cat! Blackwell Animal Hospital will always be my go-to Clinic!!

The staff are friendly and caring. My dog and cats respond real well to them. They are awesome. They don't just treat and forget you will get a follow up call to see how your pet is doing. Love these folks!

Called regarding my chihuahua having trouble breathing. Called the emergency line and the female vet was absolutely TERRIBLE. So rude and I asked her what she thinks I should do she basically said she didn’t care. NEVER going there. Horrible customer service and made me feel bad about even calling her.

I used to take my pets here often, and every time I did, the quoted price always ended up higher than I was told. Even after explaining that it kept happening. Frustrating. And the quoted price itself was higher than anywhere else. Pioneer vet clinic has always given me the price they told me, and they are very caring, friendly, and informative. I gladly continue to make the 30 min farther drive to go there instead.

I've been taking my animals here since I moved to Oklahoma in 2007 and now that I live in Stillwater, I'll always make the trip to bring them here. My dogs love the staff and they have always been very kind and helpful. Even if I moved out of state, I'd still travel back to have any of my pets seen.

This place and people are the best. They took great care of my mom's cat-Casper. My mom fell and broke her arm, she couldn't drive. Casper was very sick and had to stay there. Mom couldn't pick Casper up, they were able to bring him home to her. Thank you so much, we really appreciated everything you did.

Last night was 1-2-22 on a sunday. I needed a emergency vet. I had a stray cat show up needing help. Soo much help. I called several numbers and at this time it was 530pm. I had this nice amazing vet call me back in less then 5 minutes more then welcome to help me. (Of course for emergency costs) But just to have someone like her be soooo nice and helpful when i needed it meant so much. I was soo upset and still am but i want everyone to know this vet helped me soo much and was great in every single way. I will be back in future for sure. Thank you for caring.Happy New Year 🙏🙏❤❤

If you call up there, there will be one lady that will criticize you for anything that you try. We don't have the money to take the pet up there. She was extremely rude, has my sister in tears when she talked to her. I use to think this place was amazing. My mother, grandmother, and aunt all use Blackwell. It's just very saddening when they can be so hateful.

Head a great experience at first, but then it's like everything changed there, you must give them money before they will see your pet. No matter the emergency. Literally you can stand there with your pet dying, and you will wait for the credit card to clear before they start helping. It's ridiculous.

I've always seen Dr. Wyckoff and now they have Haley, they are both great! My dog (who is 4m now) didn't give any problems getting her shot from her! And good prices!

prices r extremely low. staff and doctor are amazing!!. they saw both of our Chihuahuas. Bella got her 1st shots and 2nd worming and randy had his nails cut and pain killer refilled all for 34.00 dollars. I'm a trucker and they saw us right away. many thanks. also has a very hometown feel

Saturday morning my little rescue terrier mix jumped out of my arms & dislocated her patella. I had been walking & we met another dog & to avoid confrontation I picked her up. Immediately my little one limped & wouldn’t put pressure on that leg. I was so stressed out, wondering if her leg was broken. My local vet clinic was closed so I called this clinic; the receptionist worked us in. I don’t recall her name. When I got there I met the wonderful, caring staff & Dr. Bruey. Cindy took care of my dog while I checked in. Dr Bruey relieved my mind immediately! It was Stevie’s patella that had popped out. I was so thankful! And today, I received a phone call from Deana checking on Stevie! I certainly recommend them if you need Veterinary service.

I've been going to this vet for 25 years with no issues then all of a sudden new people buy it and now I can't even get warmer for my puppies anymore this place is a joke don't take your Animal here anymore they don't care about them only money ill be reporting them also

I called ahead of time and have had my female out there several times with this pregnancy and I tried to schedule a c-section and their female doctor told me that I had to wait until she was in labor. When she came into labor it was a no go on getting a c-section! What a waste coming here and burning money
