I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru being first in line and no one would pick up the call. A whole long line started forming and I had already sent in my information up the tube. My prescription was ready yesterday and I came to pick it up but couldn't get anyone to pick up the call even though there were 2 people up front working on one old lady's check out. She doesn't need 2 people to check out. 2 people working on one customer doesn't make the checkout process faster. Then they started working on other customers even though I was first in line and had waited longer. Couldn't get a single hello.This location has such horrible wait time for no reason at all.

Consistently understaffed in the pharmacy and minimum wait time of 20-30 minutes whether driving through or in store. I sit there watching techs walk by people waiting in line or the drive through. Many times out of rx and have to wait several days for monthly refill. Use for convenient location but will start driving further to save time just getting through the line.

There's positive things and negative I can say about this location but the negative completely outweigh the positive. I've had so many issues and even been lied too that I have finally decided I'm done with all Walgreens PERMANENTLY. I feel bad for the pharmacists and employees. Everyone seems like they hate being there and it shows. I hate being there too and always waiting for 45mins minimum to 1.5 hrs but at least they are getting paid to be there.

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too. Told me they have ungrateful customers and they don’t want to make pictures. Talk about awkward. Need to just shut the doors, I’m talking the worst customer service ever. Try it if you don’t believe me. They won’t disappoint trust me.

The 111th and memorial and 91st and Sheridan are the absolute only walgreens I'll go to. The 151st and memorial and 101st and Yale in Tulsa ok. Almost all the employees are rude and freely give attitude to customers its sad.

This Walgreens location is the worst place to have your doctor send your medication. Please, do not send it to 111 on Memorial. The time it takes for them to fill a single prescription could compromise your health.

I recommend if you need a prescription filled do not go here. Another Walgreens’s deciding that THEY are the Doctor and your’s is not. I have had brain surgery, 2 neck surgeries & spine surgery over the past 2 1/2 years & they literally are refusing to fill the medication that I need. Inhumane to say the least. Shame on you Walgreens’s. It is my absolute pleasure to NOT continue business with Walgreens’s. Not even for a stick of gum.

RUDE. HORRIBLE customer service. All the employees act like they hate it there, and I see so many “for hire” signs up and down Memorial. Why don’t they just get a new job?? I’ve gone in three separate times and every time the employees are extremely rude and move like sloths, they roll eyes at eachother, talk bad about one another, straight out cuss even if you are standing there. You ask one little questions and they have BIG time attitudes.I went in there today and was going to transfer my prescriptions, just because I’m close to this Walgreens. I asked one question and the way I was treated…I turned right around and walked right back out that door. I would rather drive further than deal with these rude employees. I wish they would just leave their obviously horrible job, flush out the management that’s destroying that location and bring in nice employees. Read the reviews…. Horrible location. Just like they say about a bad dog… it’s not the dog it’s the owner. This is bad management.

EDIT 07/21/22:After about a year going to this pharmacy, it's only really gone downhill. They have constant staffing issues and as of a month ago or so, their phone just has a 'busy' tone. It's seriously scary to think such an established business can seem like a closed down mom-and-pop in terms of availability. Moving from five stars to one.--I was a bit terrified of coming to this pharmacy for the first time after reading all the negative reviews.When I arrived, there were four to five cars in each Pharmacy lane. Judging by some of the reviews, I expected to wait 10 to 20 minutes in anguish. But to my surprise, the pharmacy techs were working both lanes at the same time, and I got to the front of the line in 5 minutes or less.Next, based on some of the reviews, I expected to be met with rude technicians, however they were very polite and cheerful. They answered my questions, and got me out quick.Finally, I double checked my prescriptions to make sure that they were the right count, as some reviews said the pharmacy text didn't know how to count here. All of my prescriptions were just fine, and they even had one in stock which is usually out of stock everywhere else.All in all, I had a very positive experience, and I look forward to coming back here again. If this changes, I will update my review.

This is the absolute worst walgreens pharmacy I have ever used. They absolutely refuse to answer the phone. I've been standing in line and I've watched them actively ignore the phone. You are much better off going ANYWHERE but here. I am in the process of transferring all of my scripts to an independent pharmacy.

We have been with this pharmacy for years. In the last 2 years, they have given one of my daughters her sisters narc medication. Twice. 2 months ago I was given one of my prescriptions, again, twice. Last month they filled a medication, label and name correct but the medication inside was not the correct med. Phones, they have had issues for MONTHS. Cannot get through, I waited two days and still could not reach them, I had to ask for the manager. Today, we went to pick up meds and there isn’t a pharmacist on duty. I have spoke to numerous pharmacists, store manager and the GM. No changes. We moved all our scripts to another pharmacy. I have no intention of a med error bc they can’t keep staff, staff they have are all new and learning, it’s one excuse after another. If patients are reading this, be very careful and CHECK YOUR MEDS.

This location is absolutely horrible. I waited in line for 20 minutes and when I pulled up to the window they literally just closed the blind and told me to come back after their lunch break. I get it if I came at the time of their lunch break, but I took time out of my day to get there 20 minutes before their lunch started and they took so long on the 1 car in front of me they just completely ignored me when I went to the window and they were super rude about it. I have always gone to CVS and never had this issue, CVS is SOOOOO much better in every way.

I haven't had any issues with this store location other than the pharmacy. I have had SEVERAL issues with the pharmacy with not having my insurance in the system correctly, etc. Last night was the absolute worst experience, and I am really considering taking my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I waited over an hour in their 2 lane drive thru. I was 4 cars behind on one side and the other side was also 4 cars behind. After waiting in one lane that was not moving at all I switched to the other lane that had moved 2 cars and others had pulled up in this lane too. I then waited for another 30 minutes to get to the window. The other lane moved some. I finally got to the window and the pharmacy tech asked for all my information, and then they had once again screwed up my daughters insurance information. The tech tells me she is going to finish filling the prescription. She hangs up the phone and got on the phone with the other person in the other lane. She fully helped her (and they had their own set of insurance and coverage issues) and gets them their prescription and about 15-20 minutes later gets back on the phone with me and says what's the last name. I was so irritated at this point that I finally made a comment to the tech. I said "I don't mean to be rude, but I have been waiting over an hour in line and I have a baby in the car with RSV and an ear infection". I did get an apology which is fine. But something needs to be done about the wait time and customer service. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I will never use this location again.I was in the area and dropped off a prescription that would be filled in “30 mins to an hour”. 2 hours later, they haven’t even entered the prescriptions into their system. So I’m unable to transfer to a closer location. On hold now, currently been on hold for 30min. I will likely not get to talk to anyone and will have to drive 30mins back to them and hope they have it filled.

The inside pharmacy not being open is BS, this drivethru is wrapped around the corner and one car served every 15mins! This should be illegal,...you are dispensing peoples life saving meds...open your indoor pharmacy or at least hire some chic fil a workers to run the window!The manager who approved this should be fired!

Superficially, it appears like any other Walgreen's in the country. I've always been able to find whatever I'm there for with no problem.One minor complaint is that this location is not open 24 hours.The biggest issue is the drive-thru waiting time. Even if you happen to be the first vehicle in line, it can take ten minutes and up to 30-45 minutes if there are vehicles ahead of you. I can only imagine this is due to one or more of the following reasons: Understaffed, inefficient Rx filling procedure, inexperienced staff, or the sheer amount of customers due to it's location in a VERY busy retail area.

Very rude staff. When someone is calling for assistance in scheduling and they tell you they can’t do anything to help schedule that I can only schedule my family through the app. I needed help figuring it out all they did was act like I was crazy saying “everyone else figures it out” then they finally offer aid by saying they could transfer me to a tech but that person would tell me to figure it out on the app too. I’m blown away by the lack of customer service or lack of empathy whatsoever. Sounds like I’m not the only one.

Others told me Walgreens makes sure to charge you the most they can for prescriptions. I didn’t believe them after being a long time customer.Then, Walgreens Pharmacy tried to cheat me out of a significant manufacturer’s coupon due to their own inept action.That opened my eyes, so I went to another Pharmacy. I found the new Pharmacy’s prices were lower on every prescription and the staff helpful. Changed my thinking and now my prescriptions are filled by another Pharmacy.

Literally the rudest pharmacy worker I’ve ever witnessed. My husband was trying to talk to the male pharmacy worker and some woman cuts in, interrupting him, and treated him like he was a complete nuisance. The app wasn’t working right. So we sat in line for at least 15 minutes and that’s how my husband gets treated for asking about the status of his prescription.

This pharmacy is the slowest I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t matter if you’re in the store or trying to make a quick drive-thru stop. Plan on taking at least 45 minutes to pick up your prescription with a line of three people ahead of you.

I went to get a passport photo made. The lady at the photo center told me I could not have on earrings and I was not allowed to smile. The picture was horrible and I told her so. She did not offer to retake it even though it is just a digital snapshot. I found out what she told me is not true and I was not going to look at that picture for the next 10 years. The next day I went to Costco and got a passport photo taken with my earrings on and a smile on my face, and paid 1/3 of the price. No problem at all. Worst customer service ever at this Walgreens. (Note: The Costco in Tulsa does not have a photo center. I happened to be in Overland Park, KS the following day.)

Got my notification that my prescription was ready, so I drove out to pick it up. Upon arriving, was told to wait. After talking amongst themselves for about ten minutes, they finally told me that they were having problems applying my insurance to the medication (this is the same insurance that I use to pick up this same medication routinely at multiple Walgreens locations), and that I would have to come back in two hours to pickup. So thanks for telling me it was ready!

the absolute worst pharmacy in the entire company. They turn off their phones and leave a recording that they are closed even when they are open. extremely slow and just don't care about you or anyone for that matter. the entire staff needs replaced!!! This has been going on for some time now. Can't believe senior level management has not been notified. OR perhaps they are the problem as well. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS!

My husband and I went in for a snack and instead of helping or acknowledging us we were treated as if we were going to "help" ourselves. When I asked where something was one of the employee acted as if I was bothering them, no eye contact.I have been to many Walgreens and I have never heard "codes" been called so much, as we walked in and out. I'm not stupid because I know people who know what they mean. AND when the codes was called employees came and was standing around the corner peeking. So unprofessional!! I will not be coming back! Glad to know they're all not like that!! Judge not for you won't be judge, my Spirit don't lie!!!!

Walgreens saving card does this for you:1 No Savings they never can verify you really have one even when it is in front of them.2 I paid for it twice in a year because there records were not current and always happens when you are sick.3 Was told the card had expired the 20th and we just reupped it in September again a family member was sick and did not have time to argue this point again.So another waste of time and money and pharmacist who do not want to handle customer service problems and really do not care,sorry people there are WAY to many options in the drug care world and you are losing people daily.Very dissatisfied of our home town pharmacy.MikeBixby

Too late in the day to call doctor to switch pharmacies. Shameful the way they treat people & their health.

I don't know if it is just me, but I stop by frequently. I don't know Anyone who works here but I have always been told "Welcome to Walgrees" as far as I know. I don't pay a lot of attention because I am usually in a hurry and if the front cashier is busy I don't expect them to acknowledge me. It is always clean, with good help if I can't find something. I really like their photo lab, with CD transfers, and picture quality. I use the coupons I get. I also use my purchase points.

I stopped this morning to pick up milk. I had a small container that had held my breakfast and when I got out of the car I grabbed the container to throw it in trash. I looked for the outdoor yeah can but I could not find it, so I went inside and asked the lady where the trash was. She told me that someone had set their trash can on fire. I asked if I could use another trash can and she said they would not take my trash. So I told her I could shop elsewhere and went to reasors.This is the same company that makes you ask to use their restrooms. I feel that Walgreens does not want to be a party of the community they only want to make money from the people.I won't shop there again.
