This has to be the WORST pharmacy ever. Love Walgreens but this location lacks in almost every area in the pharmacy department. Always a 30 minute wait, have yet to successfully get someone on the phone & the service in general sucks. Move your prescriptions over to a pharmacy that you can actually communicate with & they’re able to take care of you in a timely manner

Would NOT recommend the pharmacy. They close for lunch from 1:30-2:00 (totally understandable) but when I arrived to pick up my son’s ready prescription at 1:27, I was told “sorry, the break actually starts at 1:27” and they closed the gate in my face. I will be finding a new pharmacy.

I fill med's through workers comp. They continually fail to authorize my meds. Courtney at the Bixby ok Walgreens has on several occasions made numerous calls to get my meds approved. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. I'm so glad Walgreens hired her! Thanks from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Really really nice people work here! They recognized me when I come in and take time to get to know me. I really love this store. It's my go-to place for everything from toilet paper, to cosmetics, to diabetic supplies and sugar-free candy. They have an amazing selection of the things I need!

Went to my local Walgreens here in Bixby. Had the worst customer experience ever at this location out of the 9yrs I’ve been coming to this location. Idk what was up with this teen girl here. She had no name tag on. Didn’t greet me once I got to the reg. She had her finger in her mouth. No sanitizer. I had to ask for the coupon that printed separately. Super rushed and no one was in line behind me…

This Walgreens is extremely slow, always short staffed. People work there never know what they are doing, will definitely give you a headache

I have been coming here frequently and all of the staff and managers I’ve dealt with have been so kind, helpful, and pleasant! Even when encountering problems they are quick to solve them. 10/10 would recommend this location over the 118th one.

Multiple times they have not checked their voice messages hours after a prescription has been called. The clerk has even claimed there was no voice message received even after I have verified that it was sent. Today I had the window closed on my before closing time. I understand it was just shortly before closing time but I was clearly visible to the technician waiting behind the car ahead of me which took longer then usual. It’s a pharmacy! One would imagine they understand the importance of patients receiving their medications.

Normally not a bad Walgreens, but I needed a passport photo taken. I stood there at the photo center and waited patiently while the employee checked out with FedEx. Eventually, she acknowledged me and told me their whole photo processing center is down and their camera doesn't work. So, heads up for the next person as there's no sign anywhere.

The night " manager" checking customers out tonight totally embarrassed me in front of other customers. I was livid when I left. No one has ever been rude to me before at this Walgreens. I put my chip card with the chip down in the machine. I said is this right? She said chip goes down. Again I said is this right? She said to me like I was 2yrs old, what does down mean to you ? I said just tell me if I have it right?! She repeated chip goes down without looking at the machine. I figured it out,took the card out and demonstrated up, down. Then I said I needed to know front or back..see front, back. Rude!!!

Alex at the counter on Monday oct 24 2022, was so rude I thought I was on a t Wal mart, we'll just Walmart, Walgreens should know there are other places o shop, like CVS just to name one. I had a five dollar coupon she didn't know how to do so I didn't get my coupon discount from your pharmacy and she wouldn't give it back and the line was getting so long she very slowly counter my money three times then straightened every corner out on the money I gave her, when I first walked in the door,she was standing up front o asked her if the cokes we included in the soda dale by the door, she said what's it say, I read to her what we could bith clearly see"fanta boho free," she said "if the are next to the fanta, it's included" so rude. I just left the dentist and was so sick but anyway, won't be back Bixby Walgreens.

I liked this pharmacy very much started using it when i moved to the south of Bixby. Well now I will be taking my business somewhere else, because they don't understand how to fax a request to your Dr office the same day you called. I called on Monday at 133pm to be exact to get them to fax a request to my Dr office to get medication refilled. Got the voice mail stating it was filled went to get yesterday hey stated they where still waiting on the Dr. I stated well this is not the first time the request has not been sent so I told they girl sent it again because apparently your system must be messed up to call stating a script is filled when it was never faxed. Called my Dr office his morning and yep hey never sent the request thank fully they are a good office and sent two refill orders over! Called the pharmacy and requested to talk to a manager stating that someone must not know how to do there job correctly! The lady stated well this was sent over Wednesday morning when I called. I said well I didn't call Wednesday I called two days before. She stated no and I told her on my phone it showed what day, time, and how long the talk with get person was and to please not tell me what time I called! I didn't understand why they could not do there job on the first call! I stated I would like to talked with a manager and I don't expect a phone call back when the manager is in tomorrow! I love that this place is close to home , but I would rather go somewhere else and have the job done correctly and not have deal with skipping days of medication because calling 4 days before being out of medication is still not enough time for them to get the job done!

If you are wanting to be in and out quickly, do not choose this Walgreens. My last 2 visits were terrible. The customer service is in need of major improvement. No clerk is ever at the photo counter, you wait for the cashier to help. (cashier doing a great job cashing customers out) Way to busy to be doing both at the same time is the complaint. The lead manager on call gets called several times to come help, nobody comes for several moments. She finally comes seems frustrated helping the lady ahead of me (elderly lady lost her cell) elderly lady asking for a phone to get help ect. Manager WOULD NOT HELP HER, didn't know where a phone book was, wouldn't let her dial 411 nothing! I got my cell out of my purse helped her while the manager helped me with my photo order I wanted to pay for, she pointed to the cashier to check me out. I said we have been waiting, and there is a line at the cashier desk. Manager said sorry you waited I'm on my lunch break, and still am, like it was trouble to help the customers.

Multiple times I have came to pick up prescription after calling it in if u can get them to answer and still not filled and no reculation of u calling it in and some of the workers get mad at u because ur mad at them because they can't do there job get some better people ur walgreens not cvs

Never have prescriptions ready. Always say a 15 minute wait even when leaving hours between dr visit and pharmacy trip. They also won't let you wait at the window. You must wait in the parking lot and guess when they are ready or take your germs inside to wait. Have given multiple chances as we thought other trips may have just been on off days. Will not use this pharmacy again.

I moved here 10 months ago and have had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy. On numerous occasions I have had to return to give them more time to fill prescriptions that were called in 1-2 days before. They routinely use "we are waiting on a call back from your doctor" even when I spoke to my doctors office to verify they had responded several hours earlier. I won't run any more prescriptions through this location, they are slow and incompetent.

I have used this pharmacy for several months now, using my iPhone app. Both have worked pretty flawlessly. There have been a couple of times when there was a delay, but it was more a function of my doctor not setting up the prescription with several months of refills. The pharmacy has had to get the doctor's approval each time and has done so very quickly. Now I get a monthly refill request via eMail from the Walgreens app a few days before I run out of meds, hit reply, and soon receive an email saying the prescription is ready.P.S. - My doctor confirms that was the source of the delay - not Walgreens.

They have closed the inside pharmacy and only have drive-through available. unbelievable. 20 cars deep. they should tell us this before we have our prescriptions sent here. terrible

This pharmacy is the worst. They are consistently out of stock and 1/3 of the time the prescriptions that our doctors have called in don’t get filled...multiple times our pediatrician has called in epi pens several times before their system recogzes it. It’s very frustrating to have the pharmacy tell you the rx will be ready, show up, and be informed that not only is the rx out of stock but they can’t transfer it to another location because of the type of medication. Pick a different pharmacy if you want decent service!

Worst pharmacy with terrible service, they partially filled my kids prescription because they don't carry enough pills. When I return to pick up the rest they say they have voided the prescription and it's not valid. I have to give them our insurance info every time I pick up. Ridiculous!

I go in this Walgreens at least twice a week and all the employees have been super nice. They know me by name from pharmacy to front checkout. And are always ready to help me. I highly recommend this Walgreens.
