Bad customer service. I went to grab a few things, 10 became 17; and the rush checkout says 12 items. I understand the policy but I had a baby with me, there were no other customers in line. I was turned away for my 5 extra items and my son ended up tipping the lunch mashed potatoes when I went to self checkout because the cashier “pushed the policy.” Not cool. I think good customer service is reading the room and taking care of a customer- especially when no one else is in line.

this is a nice establishment, however, like many places in tulsa and the surrounding areas, it doesn’t service POC very well/kindly. they will stalk and follow you at the check out, not offering any help to bag or check, but to dehumanize and belittle. i’m sure the management of this location and others enforces this, because it’s just as bad in Jenks. my father is a disabled veteran and gets treated with little respect, despite having never stolen a single thing in his entire life! all he’s ever done is give, but people who stalk and skulk around their POC shoppers wouldn’t care about that, so long as they can make their crummy little 13/hr to make POC patrons feel bad!

12/28/23: Went in to buy value pack Sanderson Farms boneless/skinless chicken breast advertised for $1.98 a pound which is competitive to Winco's regular price. Of course they did not have any & as always, they blamed their supplier. SOP for Reasor's to not have one of their "leader" advertised specials. They seem to do this on purpose just to get people in the store (bait & switch) hoping they will buy other radically overpriced items (10-40%) higher than Winco or Walmart. How can you trust anybody who operates in this fashion?

Terrible. Lots of employees standing around. No one to check out customer’s groceries. Won’t be coming back to this overpriced joke of a store chain. Shout out to the one guy actually working (retrieving carts), though.

One of the best place to get your groceries, and feel welcome. The staff is wonderful, just not great at fulfilling online shopping orders. Called and said our order was ready, but when we showed up it took about 30min for about three or four bags.

Tried the deli for the first time. Ordered about 3.5 pounds of the chicken tenders. They are absolutely amazing when fresh!!! A lady named BB was not thrilled that when I had asked for an extra sauce. What's the deal with people and condiments I only wanted three lol geez 😬

I use reasors a lot for shipt, and while it’s definitely harder to get used to the employees are always willing to help, and I’ve started getting the hang of where things are!

Decent grocery store overall. However, what an absolute waste to bundle two Cornish hens together with a piece of styrofoam and plastic wrap that will immediately go to a landfill and charge $1.61 more (compared to 2 separate hens)! Environmentally harmful and economically foolish.

I have been shopping at this Reasor’s store for years because I live so close. The staff there are always so friendly & helpful. I usually shop about 9:45pm when I get off work in Broken Arrow & spend $200-$300 every week. I usually check out about 10:30pm. Tonight was the first time I found out that after 10pm you now have to use the self serve. Really the very last hour the store is open now they decide you have to use self serve? If it had not been for the very nice young man working tonight that saw I was having trouble using the self serve I probably would have had to just leave everything ($300 worth of groceries) But he helped me get it done & I appreciate him so much. I found it very embarrassing & difficult so I guess I will no longer shop at Reasor’s. Is this new policy due to the new management that has taken over the store? Why would the very last hour the store is open every day require self serve only when it is obvious that staff have to be at the front anyway? I really have enjoyed shopping at Reasor’s every week after I get off work but will look for other options now since the struggle & embarrassment of using the self serve registers for my basketful of groceries is just not worth it. But I just wanted everyone to know it is not because of the wonderful staff that work there. They have always been amazing!!

What can you say about Reasor's grocery store.. this is a good place to buy a lot of high quality items. The prices are a little higher than other places, but is worth it when you are looking for these particular items. They often have sales, which can help bring that price down. The bakery is really good, and they're able to customize many things for you.

He is always so helpful, friendly and on top of things! He knows us by name and always makes us feels valued as customers which keeps us coming back! I love my nearby Reasor's! Their produce is so much better quality than the big national chains. Plus, they have a lot of items that you don't see everywhere, including an amazing cheese counter and a good selection of tropical fruit.

Went here to get my wife some flowers for a romantic weekend, they have a large florist shop inside, with very knowledgeable people to help you pick and arrange the perfect bouquet. My wife loved it.

Great customer service! Their produce department always looks fresh and beautiful. They DO have THE BEST produce! Their bakery department displays beautiful, exquisite desserts in the cases that look to be from an upscale bakery. Meat selections are better here than the "less expensive"/discount stores.

Reasors is awesome. Best meat you will find, and the butchers are super helpful. Shopping is easy, the store is well laid out and stocked. They have an AWESOME deli as well, with super good and hot food to eat right there or take out as you please. Their flower selection is also great, I've brought the lady stuff from their floral department more than once and she's always really liked the arrangements. Prices are great and the people there are always helpful and kind. You won't go wrong shopping here.

They will not stop people from bringing pet dogs into the store and cafe. They allow dogs in the shopping carts and on the cafe tables. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF HEALTH LAWS. Only legitimate service animals are allowed in restaurants and NEVER IN CARTS OR ON TABLES.

I don't buy beef from anywhere else. Reasor's may cost a little more, but the quality of the product they put out, I have yet to find a store to match it. The store is clean. The staff are always pleasant and extremely helpful. The variety is on point. I drive over 20 miles to shop here, weekly. It is well worth it!

I mean, it’s a reasers. Same as all the other reasers. I’ve never had a problem in any of the reasers. This one’s nice. The bathroom is clean. Staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Wonderful store but can be pricey. I recommend getting their rewards card & signing up for their emails so you get coupons & updates on deals. Last week they had $20 off any $100 order for one day only.

This Reasor’s is amazing! We often come after church for lunch. The prices are reasonable, the food is good, portions are large, but most importantly the staff are second to none. We get better service here than we do at most restaurants! Farmer, the guy at the register is so friendly and nice! I just can’t say enough good things about the team they built here! Keep up the good work!

Love the store. The deli is awesome. Pricing is a bit high. My biggest complaint is the meat counter. Most things I have purshased have been great. However yesterday I purchased bacon wrappedBeef kabobs. That’s was the toughest beef I have tried. Not edible actually. The bacon wrapped chicken was fantastic and always has been. I will never purchase any beef from them again 😕

Love this store! It's so pretty, well layed out and lots of tables to find unique gifts or for your own home. The staff on all shifts are great, the selection of what they offer is staggering. The checkers are wonderful!!!

My experience had always been great, until recently. The young man in customer service named Andrew treated me horribly in August. Unfortunately, management did not take my concern seriously because I just learned he did the exact same thing to my mom yesterday (10/29/21).
