My review is based on the employee that helped me around 01/05/24 or somewhere around that date. My husband was working on a job, and he sent me there with a list that even I didn’t understand. I was walking around aimlessly trying to find out what these items were - being I didn’t want to put out any employees if I’m being honest here. It seems most people don’t want to help much anymore, but I must give credit where credit is definitely due. I asked the First Gentleman I saw when I realized I was going to be there all day if I didn’t ask for help. The lucky man was named Hunter, and that’s all I know about him. He took my list and he spent awhile with me, and he got every single item listed, right. There was nothing missing or incorrect when I got all of the listed items back to my husband. It actually felt great to have been taken care of so well. It’s hard to find that kind of customer service anywhere. Customer service is lacking terribly anymore. Hunter, I’m not sure if you’ll see this, but please know you were so very helpful and appreciated beyond words. Thank you for all of the time you took to make sure my husband and father-in-law had exactly they asked for. We were in there several more times, but they didn’t have the pleasure of meeting you. You are an outstanding employee that went above and beyond what most would do. Thank you again.

Always had a good experience at this Lowe's. Went in to get some lumber one day and the guy that helped me went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. On top of that he was very friendly and acted like he really enjoyed his job.

Paul the store manager is no help. The price for an item was misleading. His take was no one else has a problem with it. Even tho 3 Lowe’s employees couldn’t figure it out.

Not a good first impression. Here to deliver their goods but I guess they don't want it. No one answers the door. I called them they said they would send someone to the back to get the paper work. It's been 45 minutes and still no one. Guess they don't realize that in a commercial vehicle, if I run out of time I'm not moving to get a violation. Wich means any other deliveries will be put on hold, or maybe that's just the plan to get out of unloading anymore trucks.

Worst experience of my life . I was told the fireplace warm at least 1000 feet WRONG more like 3 feet my old one put up more fire than new one2- I don't need any attachments to hook it up and I ended paying $59 to AHW3- I was told all you need to do is just hook up the gas line WRONG, the book it must be Certified Technician , that cost $100 .After all this the first place was bad and it field the house with Carbon monoxide then when I called them to make it right they said just being back and we will give your money.What about the $58 worth of attachments. What about the $100 for Installation and what about the $50 to take it back a part ???No one care . Terrible place to do business !!!!

We had an unprofessional and terrible experience with LOWES last year (2023) that was NEVER resolved. It originated at the BIXBY OK location. There were personnel errors, training errors, and delivery process errors. One item took 6 months to try to resolve. Headquarters Customer Relations, Kyle Winebarger, was the coldest human to have had to deal with. The company kept making an error in the ASSUMPTIONS that ALL WE WANTED as displeased customers was MONEY. Kyle Winebarger never spoke to any details of our case, never took the time to understand it was the TRAINING ( lack thereof) and the PROCESSES that we found inefficient and defective. Nor did the company address the RESOLVE we were requesting. The head of company, Marvin Ellis, when contacted- was non-communicative.

Website says they had 6gal of a paint product. I sent my wife there, & they didn’t have any. No “we’re sorry”. Nothing except a shoulder shrug and”Yeah our web page is wrong a lot”. I will definitely be taking my business to Home Depot.

I'm still waiting, here in the store as I type this, on customer service to handle my straight forward return. I have been here over 30 minutes because of some computer technical issue for over 30 min.I want to leave and just give up my $40 but it's a matter of principle now. I had to pass up a job while I wait. This is literally costing me money.This is the LAST time I set foot in this business. I hope you guys can figure this out for the next sorry fool that has a return.

Worst customer service ever! We bought an oven and a few months later it started leaking gas. This happened to us 10 days before Thanksgiving, and these bums Shane and Kevin set up 4 appointments for someone to come look at it and all no showed. We had to keep going back into the store to talk with the managers (Shane and Kevin). They were worthless managers never got anything done and we missed our Thanksgiving this year. 18 years we lived down the street from this Lowe’s and they have lost us as customers. Shane wouldn’t even let us exchange the oven out even when Kevin promised he would allow us too. We will NEVER use this store again. HOME DEPOT will now be our go to hardware store from now on. Don’t trust these people at Lowe’s.UPDATE 1 year later!Our family has completely quit using Lowe’s and we only shop at Home Depot. We used Lowes for 16 years and we are glad we quit doing business with them. We get much better customer service at Home Depot. We will never go back Lowes. NEVER AGAIN!

Such great customers service in this store!We were delighted Robin & Then Roger helped Us today, as The Store had been out of a product! My husband and I were there for lumber, and we brought our puppy to work on training with distractions. The employees loved seeing a dog and were very understanding when he got chatty. One even gave him a treat after he sat down! Very thankful to have a store that allows well behaved, leashed pets.

Great selection of flowers and plants right now. A bit disappointing they only had one register open in the garden center tho. There was such a long line, we decided to go inside, which allowed for time to cool down and check out the other goodies

The self check is no longer self check out. I recently had the experience of buying a single sheet of cement board. The computer wouldn't allow me to continue until the front end cashier confirmed the number. It didn't have me give a count on the drink or the tube of caulk, why the cement board? Since the clerk was counting all the other items from other customers, it was taking so long that i just went down to the commercial side and had a person check me out. I like self check out but the way that it is starting to get bogged down with minutiae, it would be better to go back to human checkers.

The down fall for the trip was that we went in for wood and it needed to be cut and the machine was down, which happened to be down the last 4 times I’ve had to come to this one. So if you need wood cut, save yourself time and frustration and go to a different Lowe’s location.

I made a purchase today using my Lowe's card which usually applies a military discount. My receipt thanked me for my military service, which is all well and good. The total amount of my purchase plus tax was 217.75. My receipt didn't show a discount so I talked to customer service. On my receipt it said *minimum retail price applied to this item. Which is confusing to me. She said that was the reason there was no military discount. I didn't realize there was a minimum. I have made other purchases and my receipt always shows a discount.I made a purchase on 2/19/23 for a total amount of $23.29 which included tax with a total discount of $2.38. This purchase was much less then today's purchase.I make most of my purchases from Lowe's. I also have a military discount at Home Depot, but Lowe's is much closer. I may reconsider my store of choice.

We were really happy when we ordered flooring, (we were told they could cut it in half for us, to make it easier for us to install it, that's why we decided on a roll, rather than floor tiles) A week later it arrived, my husband went in, spoke to the same associate, she said she wasn't sure if the cutting machine was working, so she went back to check. She then came back with her supervisor, who told us they don't cut floorings, and if they did, they would be liable if the cut wasn't right...after much back and forth, the supervisor said we can always bring it back and get a refund within 30 days.So we are now looking at purchasing floor tiles with the same type of pattern that was in our roll.When and if we can find them, we will take the roll back for a full refund.Definitely not looking to make any more purchases at Lowe's. A few days ago I sent a complaint to their corporate customer service, not heard a word.Now, Home Depot will be the only store I will be purchasing supplies from, as we are remodeling our house.

The customer service is really terrible. I understand cracking down on returns, but to deny an unopened, unused return with a receipt less than 24 hours after purchase because the clerk couldn't tell if I was telling the truth on the can being used or opened is a bit extreme. She opened the can, called multiple associates over to explain I was trying to return and didn't they think l might have opened it. It was less than $20. But from the attention it was given, you would have thought I was attempting to commit a crime. I don't understand how a store and management are ok with this kind of treatment of their customers.

Customer service is a joke here. Managers don’t know how to perform their duties as a manager. I had an unopened return they couldn’t accept. Saying it could be Fraud, even when I had the receipt in my hand. Took it to a different location and they returned it without a problem. The Bixby Lowes really need to hire people that cares and know the job they are doing.

It's hard to find people to help you here. Had an older lady who worked at Lowes tell me to go out side to look for what I needed. Think instead of helping me she was telling me to leave for asking for help. Went outside, nothing, no products outside. Went back into store and a gentleman look up my product on his phone. He told me we're it was and what marker to look for.Thank you guy for doing your job! Because they lady was extremely rude!

Good staff. Good place to bring the dog on a rainy day. Older gentleman in hardware was spot on. Very helpful, wish I caught his name. My bad. But he was fun and knew exactly where my niche items were
