Ordered a malt shake and got explosive diarrhea. Likely the girl didn't clean the mixer. Thank god I was able to run into McD as I rolled into Wichita, then thank god I made it to the bathroom at Walmart, geeze what a mess. Thanks lazy worker, I'll never take a chance on a malt again at DQ. This was late August 2023

Nice and clean place to eat. Service was terrible, there were 3 employees working stood at counter waiting for at least 15 minutes. Finally asked if I could order, a young lady was working on cleaning, she told the 2 other employees to take care of a order. The 2 young men that were working was playing around the ice cream machine, trying to figure out how to make a blizzard ice cream. They were not paying any attention at the time being. I don't like to write about a bad experience, but there was no need for this by not paying attention to detail.Wheelchair accessibility: Plentiful

Ordered pretzel & chili cheese dog. The pretzel was burnt, when I opened the bag I could smell the burnt pretzel right away. Took it back. They told me it wasn't burnt & that they are always that way.. very disappointed. They did offer to replace it with some thing off the 2 for $5. Really wanted the pretzel. That's what i ordered. That is what I wanted. They did not offer refund for burnt pretzel.. they didn't seem to care..

I came here after 8pm and ordered food and there was almost no people but all tables was dirty. They had extra tables but they closed it off so people won't go there. Food was ok.

My wife and I always stop when traveling to of from Kansas city. Great location with large dog park. PS: do not go through the drive through because the display not work, you have to memorize your order and it’s way more time than just walking in and getting your order

It's that DQ quality that you can expect just about everywhere.Their chicken strip baskets and blizzards are great as usual, though a bit more pricey than those actually in the city.Still, 1 person can get a full meal for under $15.Parking: There is also a fenced area right next to the parking lot, for dogs to get out and run around safely, so if you are traveling with pets, it is great for them too.

Very very sloooowwwww food production. We ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches---TOOK 20 MINUTES!!!!!!. Sandwiches were good....but will not order food here again---just ice cream which is fast. It was slow last time but I thought it was just a one-time thing. Apparently not.

We have visited here in the past and it is always good. This time we got Subway subs and had Dairy Queen ice cream for dessert. It was just what we expected. Clean dining area. The service was excellent. All of the employees we dealt with behind the counter were excellent. The location is very convenient, right off the highway. The sleepy, little town of Billings is only 5 miles west, off the same exit. Some businesses have been opening up there as well. We didn't bring our dog on this trip, but if we had, there is a wonderful dog park just the other side of the parking lot.

Very clean dinning area and quick on getting orders out. Bathrooms a little messy but it was super busy and connected with a gas station. I got the blizzard here and it was really good I hardly get ice cream but on a hot summer day I got one and it was worth itParking: Huge parking lot aslo has a gas station with it.

The food is great Very great actually. The prices are good even though they could be a little bit lower. It was clean and very organized. The food at subway was great too. Also most people say the food takes too long to get served well it's Fan Food and not Fast Food, most people think it's Fast Food, but it's not. The quality of the food was good. The ice cream is about the best there too. I really like it and highly recommend it to others.

I am only giving this Dairy Queen three stars due to the fact the staff was truly struggling today. When we arrived there was very few people in line, we placed an order for five ice creams. And we waited, and we waited, at this point several families/parties came in so now there was a line. finally we still did not hear our number however one of the staff members held up several blizzards shook them at us and we went to pick up our ice cream. Come to find out I guess the three ice creams we picked up were not ours but rather a different customers. and when we asked where our items were since we had been waiting so long, and others that came in after us were getting their items we were told we were called but they couldn't find us 🤷‍♀️. The dining room itself probably only has at most 10 tables so I'm not sure how they couldn't find us. however while we were standing there waiting on our ice cream there was a team member named Diamond, complaining to a team member named Vanessa and we stood there and listened to her complaints for quite a while while our ice creams were being made. This just hit me as odd as this was not professional behavior. Entrance in and out of this Loves is easy. There is a dog park in the front which is very nice.

Service was quick and friendly. We we're on a long trip with our dog. The order taker offered to fix just a patty for him. But made sure he had a plain small burger. Not many would take the welfare of a pet in consideration. Thank you

Typical fast food. Nothing extraordinary. Tables were blocked off for social distancing but I would have felt more comfortable if the staff handling my food had been wearing masks. Very nice rest area for pets with a couple of picnic tables

Went there at 7:00:30 P.M. on my birthday to buy myself a birthday burger...what did I find? A locked door as they have, conveniently, temporarily, changed their hours. One thing to mention is their promptness...I have nothing else NICE to say about Dairy Queen and their practices!!!

Typical fast food experience don't listen to you ...too busy talking to other employees to pay attention to your order .........could atleast do the bare minimum...place smelled of mold also so hopefully it's edible

This restaurant has indoor seating with every other booth closed for safety concerns. There is plenty of seating available. Dairy Queen staff all wore masks and were behind protective screens at the order placement area. Facility is large. Very clean with pleasant and efficient staff. This facility has a drive through. This Dairy Queen is part part of a convenience store gas station complex, but also is very separate with its own entrance. Very very large parking lot for entire complex. Travel trailer, large Rv's and car parking is abundant. It also has a huge dog complex on the edge of one of the parking lots. Let Fido exercise all he wants. There is also a complete separate area for Semi trucks. Entire complex well maintained.This is the kind of place road weary traveller's dream of, easy off and easy on with all the necessities for a quick stop.There is no town or hotels at this exit. 20 miles south has several new hotels. I originally gave it 4 stars but after writing this review I couldn't find anything to keep it from being a 5 star Dairy Queen.

It was clean, however they were mopping the floors a few hours before close, so we had to walk through mop water floors to go order. Staffed by HS kids mainly, so expect your standard High School aged fast food joint.

We don't get over there much as we would like to. But, when we do , the staff is always very nice & helpful!! The food is always fresh!! There Blizzards are so very good❣I would give these folks here 5Gold Stars❣👍👍
