Stopped here on the long drive from southern NV to NE PA, fueled up, made a restroom break and got some coffee. The coffee was good and like the majority of Love's the restroom was clean and I like their 10 cents off per gallon on their fuel along with the coffee buyer system.

Clean restrooms and friendly staff. The Carl Jrs attached to it was good. I had the grilled chicken and my wife had the sourdough burger. Sorry about the menu pics but we ate it fast since it was sooooooo good!!

This Loves location does not have deadbolt locks on their shower doors. They have a keypad and employees across the country regularly walk in on guests while they are undressed & showering. It is a known fact and has happened again and again, and Loves corporation has not made it a priority to fix it.

Trucker Life! On my way to New Jersey and had to do a 10 hour reset here. Location is not bad and there was plenty truck parking available when I arrived (3pm local time) but it fill up quite fast right after. The truck parking is across the street from store which is a nice little walk. Has Carl's Jr inside the store and ,as usual, showers and laundry facility for drivers. Also a dog park for your beloved fur pet. All in all cannot complain as this is your typical Love's

Well, I finally made it to this gas station. Typically I go to the one across the highway, the one with the tall Indian. I am not disappointed at all. Without exaggeration, as I was walking in, a young girl shouted “Welcome! Good morning!””” Very refreshing. The store was very well laid out, clean, and had an amazing electronics section. All kinds of chargers and cellphone gadgets.But what about the bathrooms? Well, they were very clean and smelled good.Drinks. well, they have this machines that I really like. It grinds your coffee fresh.. it smells good! The Dark coffee is my favorite. As I walked outside a man was pressure washing the parking lot and gas station bay.Overall this is a very nice store.

I stopped here to return engine oil, which was not openedAnd have receipt online in appThe lady over counter told me that I can't return it because I don't have the original paper receipt. What's going on with this love's. She told me that the manager told them to do so.This is a very pathetic and unprofessional customer service.Staff need proper training, and their manager too. Will not come back to this love's ever.

Clean store and restrooms, rv hookup area, says it had a dog park but we did not see. There was plenty of grassy room to walk around.

Truck parking is across the road, so if your looking for something close to the stop, or not up for a short walk, don’t stop here.There’s a small dog park on the side of the road where the truck parking is, so that’s nice.The showers were clean, with no wait on a Friday afternoon.Update for second visit. I was #8 in line for a shower and the wait was only about 15 minutes. There are 7 showers, so the turnaround was quick. That and the employees are awesome.

As I was getting off the freeway to go to this loves, one of the tires on my semi truck popped. At first I was impressed with how fast they got us in and out of the shop but then the next day I started down the road and had to pull over after just a few miles. They never tightened the lug nuts on the driver steer tire and for some reason the manual brakes on that side were tightened too much and began to heat up and smoke. When I checked on what was happening, I also discovered they hadn't even closed both sides of my hood. Sloppy and unprofessional.

Avoid this shop at all costs if you need repairs other than tires. The shop has a lot to be desired: they claimed that they could not do anything with the trailer I brought in for them to look at. Said they could not see the airlines, but didn't get on the ground to look. The next day, they forgot about looking at it and wanted to put me at the end of the line because of their "forgetfulness"... Personally, Love's needs to get out of the truck/trailer repair business, and just stick with tire replacement. Their laziness has caused more problems. Also had to have a tire replaced, that took them 2-1/2 hours of sitting in the shop. Love's, thanks for nothing!!!

This has been my second time at this location where Samantha in the Carls Jr, has made my meal so perfect as if she’s auditioning for Top Chef. She’s in a fast food restaurant giving out 5 star Michelin food. Chef’s kiss, sincerely. Fresh and beautifully put together even with my unique requests. And she’s been upbeat and pleasant both times! Even at 2 in the morning!! How?! Most people are grumpy or fatigued but she seems to be taking great pleasure in creating art in Carl’s.Also Samantha was even patient with assisting Laura, who I’ve never seen before. Laura was very nice also. Very attentive.Overall, Samantha should be a trainer or an example on how customer service should be, especially nowadays where politeness and kindness are in VERY short supply.

Very nice truck area with a big dog park for large and small dogs separated. I like that the fuel and store is across the street from the parking because it's not as congested. You have to pay a toll when you go through but get a discount further down the highway at the next toll.

When I paid the money and borrowed the bathroom and wanted to return to the car, the cashier stopped me to confirm whether I had paid for the drink in my hand, OMG, it took less than ten minutes, she It’s really unreasonable for me to forget about the money I paid in front of her. It’s really unreasonable and lacks respect for people~ unbelievable😥😥

Luvs has more than gas and parking, it has a fenced dog park. Go Luvs!Fenced dog park with 2 zones. Fresh water spigot and picnic table for humans. The park is clean and well maintained, other guests pick up poopies too!Bring your own bowl for water.

Truckers...typical love's. Showers are all handicapped so you have a nice amount of space. However, geesh, the parking is across the street and it's a bit of a trek to go the bathroom, etc. Wouldn't matter except the real feel at 4 p.m. today was 123 degrees. Walking over there for a shower you're covered in sweat by the time you get back to the truck. We had laundry to do, but skipped it to avoid carrying 2 bags in the heat.

Not sure who is cleaning showers tonight but this location needs to do better. Just because it’s new doesn’t mean it doesn’t need to be cleaned. It doesn’t matter how busy you get, there is always time to clean the showers. Smh

Made a risky decision in a hurry. ( 3/13/22). Big Cabin, OK. Very late, hoping that cleanness and hot food rotation was up to date. Two last corn dogs in the hot food container resulted in food poisoning lasting 5 days. No time or date written on the State Fair corn dogs.I thought for a minute before I picked it up, but I didn’t weigh the risk correctly. Really bad decision on my part, especially with over 25 years of driving. I will say it’s important to date and inspect the hot food regularly. Love’s actually dose a great overall job in food safety.

This morning I had to pleasure of talking with Tyler in the tire shop. He answered the phone with an energy that was nice to hear for a change. He was helpful, polite, and gave the me the information I needed with a smile on his face. The world needs more Tyler's answering phones. Good job on this one Loves! Was in the fuel lane and you almost fall so much fuel on the ground. After using the restroom went to the fuel side to ring up two items. The clerk kept checking the computer. There was another person who was at the register. She answers a weigh scales. Then back checking messages. Finally I am like are you going to help us. She does a polite rudeness and says I was helping the other customer get a message and I was checking on it. I was like ok. But she never said anything to me about it. Then she rings me up and I see she is the operations manager. Ones of the items was clearance and rang up normal price. She points to the tag this is the clearance price. The ticket didn't even show the original price is
