This is the nearest pharmacy for me, the drive thru does take long, and I don't know why but if you go inside you'll get your prescription faster rather than the drive thru; that's why I changed my pharmacy to the one inside Walmart Supercenter (Reno and NW 3rd), and I only come here if I really need to.I hope they do better, because it's a needed service, they're at a great location and are nice to customers, they are just not fast enough.Like all Walgreens they have photo service, food, office supplies and gifts aisle.You can also schedule flu and Covid shots.👍🏻- Great parking space- Wheelchair accessible parking- Wheelchair accessible entrance- Wheelchair accessible restroom- Nice and friendly service👎🏼- Slow service in drive thru

I am not sure what happened to the customer service I once experienced at Walgreens. Went to pick up an online order at this store today. Attempted to use a shopping cart to help carry out order. Only one shopping cart available and it was broke. Clerk didn’t say anything other than bring it back inside when your done, and just about that blunt. I asked if she had other carts and she said no. What, a store this size with only one cart available? Another clerk did assist with carrying out the order once the abrupt clerk asked him to. It felt as if they were doing me a favor instead of appreciating my business. There are much better options in this area!

I was a Walgreens customer for 8 years, it was the only pharmacy I used but they have gone way down hill. Their lines are incessantly long, staff is extremely rude and unaccommodating. Wednesday, I waited over an hour past my appointment time for vaccines, that I ended up not getting because I had a parent teacher conference to get to. I have since switched to Walmart neighborhood pharmacy and they have been fantastic. They are quick and all of their staff is very customer service oriented.

It was horrible. I called two days ago and refilled them on the message line. I got here this morning and the pharmacist apologized and said they didn't fill them but since they couldn't get my doctor today they could give me an emergency supply. When I came back to get it they acted like I was in the wrong and that they don't give emergency supplies. Never going there again. It was a muscle relaxer, nothing but something that could ease pain.

Worst pharmacy on the planet. The staff doesn't care about you or have any sense of urgency. They will leave you waiting ridiculously long times at the counter and drive through. Treats you with utter disrespect. Shame on the pharmacist for allowing thier staff to be in such disarray. Absolute shame. They are never open during the stated times as to " no pharmacist on duty" ( at least 3 times a week). Someone should really look into this..... shameful to treat your community this way..... shameful.

Phyllis was wonderful! The guy in the pharmacy was a lazy jerk. I have food poison and asked for charcoal tablets... he only pointed...refused to come out and help me... not helpful o caring person at all.

Long wait times picking up medicine. Out of stock on a medication, they said it would be here Monday and now it won't be available till Wednesday. Set on hold for 13 then it disconnected me. Called back and still can't get through.

Pharmacy staff is not professional or courteous at all. I called to help find an alternative for my medication and they told me to browse through Google. I already tried looking for what prescriptions my insurance would cover on the internet and couldn't find anything, hence the call. What awful staff.

There was plenty to choose from of what I was looking for. Store is very well maintained; cleanliness and shelves sufficiently stocked. The girls at the pharmacy were busy in the back so I couldn't get help from them for what I was searching for but the was a customer in the pharmacy area super small town friendly, back in the day friendly who helped me find what I was looking for and also explained the products to me. The mature gal who was at the counter when I came in gave a 2.25 star ho-hum cut and dry greeting. The manner of her greeting sounded as though she was greeting me only because she has to. When I went to check out 10 mins or so later there was a different associate at the counter; 3.75 star customer service. I've shared some photos of their sales for the week of Jan 12th, 2020. They're one of the few places that still carries Nestle's Chunky. 3.5 stars this call.

Terrible experience. Had an appointment at 2:15pm for a flu shot. Did not get checked in until 2:40pm. The whole experience took over an hour even though I filled out all the paperwork online. Definitely do not recommend.

I had the best customer service from Tanya in the pharmacy department. She was kind, patient, and detailed with her instructions. She went above and beyond to help me out with me and my mother-in-law out with her prescriptions. I was beyond impressed with the service from everyone at this location in the pharmacy department.

Had a severe sinus infection and got my prescription sent to this Walgreens on Rockwell and Hefner. Went to get my meds at 10pm when I got off work and the Pharmacy was closed (website says open 24hrs). I was told by the cashier they would open at 7am the next day. I showed up at 745 and the Pharmacy shutters were still down. Morning cashier went to the back to get them and I had to wait until 8am before they opened the shutters. I asked about their times and was very rudely told that there is a sign in the drive with the hours of operation so I said I came through the front door and there is no sign. He continued to give me attitude so I gave it right back. He then proceeded to give me HALF of my medication and then said IF I NEEDED THE OTHER HALF I NEEDED TO DRIVE TO EDMOND! I was livid at this point. Needless to say I WILL NEVER recommend this Walgreens to not even an animal as they treat you the patient worse than. I also felt racially attacked but after reading some of the other reviews it's not just racism they are just plain RUDE, NO COMPASSION AND NO PROFESSIONALISM!

I'm glad they could find me in the system to redo my photo USB order! It was my fault I didn't pick them up within a months time.. sometimes life is crazy! They did say when the lady called me back that they usually hold them for 6 months... even though that isn't the case... but I'm glad I was still in the system and they can redo them! I do want to shout out Darren for initially answering the phone, he didn't seem to work in that department and he went above and beyond to help me over the phone with my order.

The pharmacy staff is quite rude. They even had the audacity to tell me they would not fill my doctors prescription because I was taking too much. I JUST HAD MAJOR SURGERY so he increased my script. They said have him tell us to fill it. HE JUST DID THAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF SENDING IT OVER TO YOU DIRECTLY FROM HIS OFFICE. Now they are saying my wife cannot pickup my scripts. Which is in direct conflict with HIPPA laws. Very unprofessional and not necessary.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. The cashier I had yesterday was not helpful at all. My total for the chapstick I went in for was $2.16, I paid with a $5. The cashier hands me $.84 and says have a nice day. No receipt (it was supposedly emailed to me). When I pointed out that she still owed me $2 she took the change she had already given me and returned it to the drawer and calls a manager. The manager had the worst attitude ice ever experienced. She rolled her eyes several ti.es and even after the cashier told her exactly what happened she says she has to go watch the security video. I stood in front of the store for about 20 minutes when she walk up without saying saying a word to me, pulls $2 out the drawer and hands it to me. I will not be returning to this location under any circumstances

Marlissa pharmacy tech was extremely helpful with getting a complicated script sorted.Not sure why so many people give fewer stars for this store because I have always been appreciative of the help here.These pharmacists are always so busy but yet remain so very helpful and courteous.

The staff was less than helpful. I’m recovering from back surgery and had on large back brace. There were not carts in front of store. I asked employee and he said I should look through store for one. I was getting several items and had them in my arms. Saw another employee and he found me a little hand basket. Needless to say, I cut the shopping short. As I was walking towards checkout, first employee went outside and found a basket. Continued to be non helpful. I will drive further to another store or CVS in the future. I do get prescriptions through drive through and they have been great!!

Pharmacy is getting horrible, 3 times in the last 4 months of picking up my wife's prescriptions they were not ready even though they send notification saying they are ready. I personally called the last ones in for refills and tried to pickup today and they have no record of them being called in(twice now) even though their system gave me a ready time.

Car line wrapped around the building, huge line inside at the pharmacy counter.No one knew what the line was for, was it for covid shots, or for prescription pick up? Who knew? No one controlling the line, everyone just standing.Poor customer service! Even if I paid before I got there, I wasn't getting out for 45 minutes or more.

Pharmacy-I have been coming to this location for 5 of the 20 years that I have used Walgreens. In the past year, the service has tanked. You pull up to the drive through and they will leave you sit there for 5-10 minutes without acknowledgement, even tho they are standing at the window and can see you. Don't bother trying to call. You get put on hold, which is understandable within reason. but when the phone rings because it's your turn finally, they put you back on hold again, without any acknowledgement. It's ringing and then hold music and then it's ringing and then it's hold music. It's quite ridiculous and offensive. I have personally had enough and will be taking my business elsewhere.Later Walgreens. You don't make thousands off me a year like you do some people but when my time comes, some other pharmacy will get that dough. ✌

I have been coming to this Walgreen's for years. The is excellent and so are the employees that work here. I only had an issue with the pharmacy once but nothing major.The wait is a little long when you try to fill or pick up medications but that all good.Overall excellent experience as always.

I love using the pharmacy here. The workers (most of them) are helpful and kind. I've only had one pharmacist that seemed to hate her job, but I only saw her once. Otherwise they're helpful. One guy helped me figure out where my prescription had gone and called me back multiple times to update me on insurance issues and to get me the prescription for as cheap as possible.Only problem is the updating system. I have updated my address and phone number many different times for my kids and myself and yet every time I go in they have the wrong address and/or phone number. It's become kind of a joke in our family. But that's Walgreens' fault, not this particular location's.

Only rating it a star because I want to leave a review about the climate of this store. Michael the pharmacy tech manager was very inviting to white patrons but did not even acknowledge my presence (a black female) and when I asked to speak to the store manager about my experience, the store manager James didn’t come but sent a shift lead (a black female) to the talk to me. Will never visit this store again. Worst experience ever!!!

They gave my son's antibiotic prescription to someone else and then treated him like it was his fault and that he had something to do with it even though it was their negligence. Completely incompetent I do not recommend this location.

Had 11:00 appointment for Covid booster. Arrived at 10:45 to make sure paperwork was done by 11:00. I handed in paperwork at 10:55. Had to wait until 11:40 to get Covid booster shot. This store just keeps getting worse. Going to begin using another pharmacy.

We have a sick toddler. We scheduled a corona test at 145pm... We arrived and are now waiting in a vehicle with a sick child at a drive threw window because they are on lunch. Good job guys. Schedule an appointment and just take your lunch right before that appointment. How professional. Deffintly earned your one star review today

Pharmacy tells me that prescriptions will be ready in 10 minutes and yet over 30 minutes later I'm still sitting waiting and they're shutting down for lunch? Didn't even say anything knowing I was sitting there....
