Managers are nice and friendly every time I go into this store! The store is neat and there aren’t boxes on the floor. Which is rare in a Family dollar around here! The employees are always ready to answer any questions I have about the store to!

Employees are rude with bad attitudes. I’ve yet to go to this location and found one employee that is helpful. Bought 11 items and noticed I was charged for 12 so I went back in and she proceeded to tell me they don’t do refunds under 5 dollars. This was not a refund! It was their mistake and her solution was for me to go grab the item off the shelf that they charged me for! Wth! I refused and just wanted the money they overcharged me. She then rudely asked me to wait behind 3 customers after I waited patiently behind 6 customers already! The worst thing about the whole situation is that she was acting like I did something wrong and not them. She then told me to not return amd also uses names like honey and darling to all the customers which is very inappropriate. Btw honey I WONT be back. Worst family dollar around !

One of the cleanest, well-organized and well-stocked Family Dollar stores I have ever been in. It is definitely in my top 3. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They take time to answer questions even if they are busy. There was no wait in line. I was in and out in no time.

I went to family Dollar to pick up a couple things I go to the counter the lady talking to another lady that works there she acts like we weren't even there finally she got done talking and she started raining up our items and I had two items were there was a sign back there it says a dollar fifty off on air freshener each so it did not ring up $1.50 off so I said to the lady if there's a sign back here this is $1.50 off on this air freshener she says it's not on sale and I said yes it is so she goes back that she brings the sign back and says this is a holiday air freshener and it's not on sale and I said it does not show that and she said I'm sorry but it is a holiday special and we cannot give you the $1.50 off this is why I do not go to Family Dollar I have not been to Family Dollar over 3 years I stopped there because it was on my way home I rather go to Dollar General because of people are very nice then Family Dollar and Dollar General treat you like human beings

Never never again. The cashier was too busy shoving food down her throat and talking on her phone to realize 3 people were standing in line - and when it was brought to her attention her hateful response " can't you see I'm busy ".

Clerks or sales associates were very helpful and pleasant but one woman( the assistant store manager) was very unprofessional and rude when I tried to question her about some sanitary items for a group of seniors. I was told to be at the store early on a certain morning when the delivery truck would be there. The truck was delayed and I would have to wait longer. Two hours later I tried to question this individual who would not respond to me. She relayed to one of her associates who was there beside her to tell me that no items that I wanted were on the truck manifest. She had turned her back to me basically refusing to converse with me in person. I had not been discourteous in any way to anyone there, so I did not understand her attitude with me. One of the other ladies quietly told me they thought the items I wanted were on the truck, now I wonder?

I would change the hours on Google and on the door. It states the store is open until 9pm but they’ve locked their doors 10mins prior to 9, stating they close “anywhere between 8:50 and 9.” That’s nowhere on their door or website. Terrible way to run a business. Don’t like working retail? Get a different job. 👎🏾👎🏾

Just came in after working all morning aty full time job. and the sales associate and lady that come from that back kinda rushed me out. Assuming I was stealing. Hoovering arpund me. Asking me about mascara ect. When I don't even have eye lashes. I'm Asian. And saying they have thieves extremely loud. I have no need to steal. Not in my character. Never coming back again.

Clean and tidy!! All merchandise straightened and easy to see. Nothing in the floor of the aisles. Have never seen that in a Family Dollar before. Clerk very polite too. Pretty impressive.

Beware...Don't go to this location when they say they open. This is the 3rd time I have stopped in here in the mornings. Its 9:10 and it's locked up. Went on down the street to 23rd and Council to Dollar General where they know how to open and close on time.
