Went in at 8:20pm looking for a PJ set and throw blanket for my 8 yo flashlight Friday at school. The manager and employee were so awesome. I know they were doing their end of night stuff sweeping and getting ready to close but they stopped what they were doing to help us find exactly what we were looking for. They went above and beyond. We are so thankful for them.

The clerks are nice and the store always has what I need. The prices are now better than competitors and that is why I shop here more often now. My family is very happy I made the switch.

Storm was pretty good it could have been more organized it was nice and cool on our hot day but just a little bit more organization but not bad for someone that has to work by themselves I will always go back

They are starting to improve on cleanliness and organized shelving. They were absolutely horrible for a long while. As they improve so will my star rating but for now barely made 3 star

Wasn't super busy, quick in and out. Friendly and helpful staff working there. One of the lady's behind the counter even helped me save a couple dollars by showing me that the name brand item was on sale and actually cheaper than the of brand was. Will definitely be returning to shop at this location.

I’m only leaving this review because of the cashier, Eric. He may have been having a bad day because I could see he was struggling to be civil towards me. I pray for you Eric that you get everything you ever wanted and everything you need to feel the way you want to feel. Much love towards you and wishes for the best. Terrible Customer service from the MANAGER and cashier Paul. They don't care about their customers at all. They will try to deny you a refund with a receipt that hasn't left the parking lot and just because I was speaking her the same way she was speaking to me. when you won't take that for an answer she threatened to call the police. And ask you to leave without a refund. Because she "can".... also won't allow your little kids to use the bathroom. Or anyone for that matter. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere else... They're also not COUPON friendly store. They will act like you are bothering them.

I use to love this place. Till i had a dishonest cashier that cost me my job. I dont think it was fair that i had to loose my job cause she wanted to be lousy. All i can say is family dollar needs to get their stuff together cause the way these managers have yo run these stores is impossible.

The manager was that was there working during my visit this afternoon, was pleasant and helpful. Unlike the guy working at nw38/ MacAurthur, every other word out of his mouth is f... or sh.. like he is hanging with his bros or something.

I was in this location Thursday night 5/19/22 just after 9 and when I got to the counter a black male employee wearing a ball cap was facing a cabinet behind the counter when he turned around he didn't acknowledge me, very personal, not normal behavior, I engaged him and asked which lane is open, he very deliberately openly ignored my question and didn't look at me, a female employee who was outside the counter at the end doing inventory saw and heard him blatantly ignore me and came behind the counter and waited on me.

I always like shopping there. It is reasonable. Only this time there were no shopping carts. It is unfortunate as u can't really make a lot of purchases. We had to wait for a customer in the store to finish using the one she had. Other than that the store is ok

Customer service is sometimes good and other times they are on their phones. Store is an obstacle course and I hate when you cannot even get down a isle.

I got there at 7:50pm this lady Charlie as soon as we walked in she said there where closing and had 2 minutes to get what we wanted and I understand that she said they were about to close but there’s no way a person could get what they want in 2 minutes before 8:00 pm she was screaming im closing the register you got to go and i asked for a moment to get coffee and she just started to talk gibberish and mumbling i got the coffee like I said and paid at 8:01 pm wow great customer service charlie 1 family dollar I will not go back to

I love this store...! I can't believe it had everything I needed on my 5th graders school supply list. I REALLY didn't want to go to Walmart... and thanks to Family Dollar... I didn't have to! :-)

I like Dollar General better. I think mabey its the store set up or atmosphere here that is uncomfortable to me. It's cheap and close so I shop it.
