Hey it's dollar general expect staff shortages, a new face everytime you go. Aisles that are crammed with merchandise to stock. Why I go there? Well it's in and out quick, prices are generally lower, they carry most of what I'm looking for and usually it's clean.

The staff are all very young and incredibly rude. Them being young isn't a bad thing but they are inexperienced and have the customer service skills of a celery stalk. The young man at the front desk was so bothered that my daughter had an exchange and was very rude to her. I used to shop here everyday for food, toiletries etc. I have taken my business elsewhere. I won't go back.

I came in for some chips and a 8 pack of beer for a quick and convenient shop close to home and the cashier couldn't legally sell me beer because he's not 18 and doesn't hold a liquor license. Okay understandable, but his "manager" who was supposed to be on duty for all alcohol transactions wasn't even there or available to make that happen. The cashier had no clue where their manager was at and for how long they had been gone. You need better managers to run your store.

Nice staff, clean store, but the prices were absurd. Hard to believe that Dollar General used to be really affordable.

So I understand this is a Dollar General and you shouldn't like expect much from a store like this. I went in this morning 9/21/22 because I had woken up with what I believe was food poisoning. I drink sprite and get peach fruit cups to help with fluids and some food in Mt body. I got home and opened up one of the fruit cups and it was 10 DAYS EXPIRED. It said best if used by 09/09/22. I only noticed after eating the first cup and it cause my stomach to immediately turn again and make me much worse than I was before. I had to drive back up there to ask for one that isn't expired and the only ONE package they had on the shelf expires in 2 days.DONT BUY ANY FOOD PRODUCTS FROM HERE. THEY GAVE ME THE FRESH ONE AND CARRIED ON WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AFTERWARDS, NOT EVEN PULLING THE EXPIRED FOOD. You will most likely get very sick from any food Bought here. They do not care about shelf life.

The last review I posted about this place was a total accident. I apologize but I left the wrong review on the wrong location. This place always seems to be busy and my man really seem to like it. I haven't gone in there myself my man has gone in there several times. he likes it. He wouldn't go back if it wasn't a good place to shop. He says they have a decent selection and employees are polite and helpful.

Great customer service. I think the managers name is stephanie and she has a very clean and well stocked store. Iam always greeted at the door. I drive a little bit to that store because it's so much better than the one closest to my home at 36th and MacArthur. That store there needs some helpGreat today on Rockwell!!

Store ok when there is staff to check your items out, they do not sell any black hair products manager says it won't fit in their shelves.

Love the new NW 30th & Rockwell location. Spacious aisles, great layout and super-nice staff! My new go-to place for avoiding the dreaded grocery store and Wal-Mart! Thanks, Dollar General! Our family loves you!

Great service here. Got my break pads and everything I needed. Fort the wrong ones the first time and lost the revisit but it was no problem bc I was in the the system. I'll keeping going back here.

This store is clean. The personell are curteous and helpful. Theres a Dollar General around the corner from my house but I will drive to this store because its much cleaner.

Maybe the reason there food is not fresh is because the checkers are hateful and people do not want to go there! I will not go back to that store!

The guy working there today 12/19/21 was absolutely rude. My mom asked him a question and the response was beyond unprofessional. I will NEVER take her to this one again.

They need to learn how to stock the shelves. Several times I've went to pay for something and the price was wrong because whoever just put it wherever they could fit it.

Very clean store. They seem to restock on a daily basis. This was one of the few places that had toilet paper at height of the pandemic!

I went in one day, on 8/28 around 11:30 am. I asked for the $.99 flip flops. At which time TWO sales reps who ONE ASKED THE OTHER to which they BOTH AGREED they didn't have ANY FLIP FLOPS. Wow. I went on the next day to find an end cap in the back of the store with WHAAAT on it?? Flip flops. I'd tell these people to get a job or SOMETHING. But it appears they already have one. Uuuugh.
