I bought a few things from there and 4 packs of cigarettes and Marlboro and they were supposed to be $2.20 off of 2 packs but they only took off $.50 When I went back to ask the clerk why he said that my app account didn’t come up. I typed in the number. As someone that works the register they should be making sure that when they have prices that only are good when you have the app make sure to ask if you have it. It’s a simple question but since he was to stuck or lazy to take the time to ask they don’t value customers at all.That really ticked me off. It’s only a few $ but why can’t they take the time to make sure the customer is getting the shown advertised price.I always try to shop as local as possible because I feel it’s important. But this DG obviously doesn’t care.Absolutely awful

I go to this location faithfully as I live right next to it. Came in today waited behind a lady whom the cashier said “ if you were buying up to 25$ worth of items I’d give you one of these coupons I got just laying over here they expire at 12” extremely persistent on trying to get her one of these coupons. I get up there 26$ and he gonna tell me it’s 30 for the coupon. I addressed the lady outside as he just lied in my face and she gonna say I have to have the coupon already. But ok your associate just informed the lady that he was gonna give her the coupon. Extremely trifling and disgusting behavior do better tf.

I came to this location at 8:30 and there was three black people walking around in here stealing with the doors locked as always and I believe they work here 11-26-23 corporate need to come and fire everyone that's here

The staff at this store has always been friendly, just like the Goodwill next door. For me they could not be more conveniently located, less than an eighth a mile from where I live. It's generally well stocked with a number of essential items, and unless it's very late at night and they're closed, you're going to get a much better deal coming here for snacks then you are going to a convenience store and paying a premium price. The store is generally clean even when it's cluttered, with the only caveat being that like everywhere else, they have recently had supply issues due to production slowdowns. Beyond that I have never had any complaints.

The small black man at this location is very disrespectful, very unprofessional. I wish I knew when all he's there so as to not even come in this location to not be given customer service and treated disrespectfully he has no honor, his disposition that does not want to greet and thank customers belongs in the back sorting and stocking not waiting on customers which makes for a bad visit.

Extremely slow checkout experience. They always only have 1 person on register, regardless of how busy they are. Im aware it's not the employees fault, im sure the store manager is doing the best they can with the hours given from corporate. But maybe the cashier could be faster and not chit chat so much

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! We moved from Dallas March 15th and my wife have been trying to find a good paying job. Multiple customers coming in this store was being rude towards my wife so she worked one day here! Here it is two weeks later and they not trying to pay her or claim they don’t know to call Human Resources, if her time was clocked why haven’t she been paid??!!!! That’s not right at all

The ONLY reason I go here at all is because it is literally across the street from my house and Buy For Less doesn't always have what I need at a cheap price. The managers and staff are rude to each other and usually yelling across the store at each other or bad mouthing other employees in front of customers. Every time I go in, no matter what time of day, they act like waiting on the customer is inconvenient. No one ever says hi when you walk in. The store is brand new, but always looks messy and disorganized. I have had more bad experiences from this one store than anywhere else, ever. For a newly opened store, this is really really bad.

I don't know what happened to Dollar General, but it wasn't a good thing.The store is always so dirty. The floors look as though they haven't been cleaned in months and shoes stick as you walk.The merchandise is rarely on the shelves. Typically the shelves are empty and unopened boxes of products line the cluttered isle floors.I use a walker for mobility and it has a difficult store to shop in because the isles are never clear for mobility devices to maneuver. Its incredibly limiting for those with disabilities.The staff is often wandering around talking to each other and acting annoyed when customers approach. They have multiple registers yet only open one, causing long lines of irritated customers.At this point, I haven't gone back in a while and I have no desire to return. No amount of deals or coupons could ever be worth the stress of a dirty, unmanaged store.

This has to be the worst love I have ever been to. Cleaning is important but when you have 6to7 customers waiting at the register and you see them there you need to go take care of them and not just ignore them . at least let them know that you will be there in a minute or two

Staff are super helpful and they have a great selection of goods that you would need whether or be a bot of groceries or cleaning supplies. Not to mention all the items are neatly stocked and in order despite the stores small size.

Incredibly too hot and it didn't feel like there was cool air. Tiny w/o space to walk down almost any isle because they were stocking the shelves or I would assume that is what was going on but it must have been ghosts doing all the work cuz I only saw maybe 1 employee while I was shopping. Then we went to the check out counter where the cashier was talking on the phone. This wouldn't have made a difference if she had told the person on the other end she had to go or put the other person on mute, but NO... She continued to talk while ringing us up. It was about half way thru the process when we were finally acknowledged. The cashier was pleasant as anything but it is incredibly rude when a customer does it but an EMPLOYEE?!?! That was just a terrible experience.

I worked here till recently and the staff are fine it's the manager that's running it into the ground she lies and tries to get people that she cant control fired the assistant manager is fearful of her job cause Christy has high up friends she dosent do any work and dosent even show up on days she supposed to work and then not even giving those hours to some else she can't even order things right

Watch when you go to check out on any items that are suppose to be marked down and that they ring up that price. Ive had them charge me a the regular or a higher price 3 times now on sale items I was buying and the last time the guy manager told me it wasnt suppose to be marked the price it said on the shelf so he haggled a price until we met in the middle it had been regular marked 4.00 but the shelve was marked 1.50 so he said how bout we make it 2.99? I wasnt real happy about that situation. Other thanthat its nice to have close to home if I need to run in a grab something fast, much equicker then the grocery store and cheaper then the convenience store.

I never intend to shop like I'm at Wal-Mart but it happens every time. The cashiers are nice and just talkative enough to enjoy the experience and professional enough to keep the store very well maintained.

I can't count how many times we've been in the store and bought products that are broke or the boxes have been opened and taped back so bad that you can tell that they were tampered with. Everytime You Go in somebody's got a damn attitude. There are quite a few females that are so damn snotty and won't help you find anything. And when they have new hires which is all the time because their turnover rate is ridiculous they don't know how to use the register so you end up standing in line for ever and it's not even a busy store. I've been going to the store off and on for over 10 years and I have yet to meet an employee that shows respect. I've even been given a hard time using my tax exempt card where one employee almost completely threw a hissy fit like a child because I handed it to her after the transaction and she only knew how to process it before the transaction even of the systems are capable of using tax-exempt before or after so I waited 10 minutes for their manager to walk 30 feet and tell her that it could be done. This last time we bought three fans and all three of them were broke one of them actually came out of the boxes and pieces of plastic. You can't ever go in the store and see it clean and a smile on someone's face management really needs to step it up.

Everything seems to be where it belongs. They don't relocate there inventory (That I have noticed). So if you have been there 2 or 3 times and know where your products are kept its a quick in and out stop.

I love this location on n.w. coucil before 23rd Heather is so amazing but it looks like corporate would let that store and other stores have the products we need as customer's so we don't have to go other places because when you go to any of the stores the employees tell you they only get what you send them like the one on or right after Rockwell and n.w. 10th

Workers look exhausted. I know the reason the prices are lower is because they understaff horribly not the stores fault but corporate. Manager always makes a point to say hello. Staff always asks if help is needed.

Store was dirty, hot, understocked and understaffed. There's a DrPepper, Canada Dry, Sunkist sale but they had no Canada Dry. The store is a mess and everything is hard to find. That store definitely needed some TLC!

Great location, and a lot more room, and items than the other locations, but I really do not care for the way they have the check out counters, there's not a lot of room, because of some of the items are in the way.

They have cashiers there that don't know how to work the register they are not friendly every time I go into that store it is not stocked it is so messy. Don't waste your time there. Unless they fire the current manager a d staff

Cashier was super friendly, and even though they were in the process of unloading their truck the store wasn't all clustered like most of them I walk into.
