My boyfriend and I came out to Tulsa for work and wanted to stay right outside the city with our travel trailer. The location is close to town, but also has a great general store on site. They have full hookups for trailers with plenty of trees for shade all for a great price!! The owners were very nice and accommodating and helped us get a great spot. Unfortunately, we had to leave town early, but the owners were very understanding and really helped us out. Would definitely stay here again!

We were welcomed and treated very well. The management was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this RV park, they are great for big rigs and have pull thru spots. The hook-ups are right there at your spot which was wonderful. They offer both 30 and 50 amp, the restrooms and showers were clean and well kept. They have a small general store and clubhouse which has a pool table and ping pong table along with a TV. We will definitely be going back there!! Also, I would like to recommend "I spy RV Inspections & More LLC" DANA COOPER, he fixed my RV, he and his wife are great, ty again!!Food & drinks: There is a general store on the property and a restaurant that serves dinner next store

This is a hidden treasure. Great location. Right next door to the Duck casino. I stayed in the rental camper for less than it would cost to tow my own rv from Dallas. The park is nice. Has a little store, church, restaurant and even a scrap yard on site. But the best part of the experience was the customer service I received from Walt and Julie. They were welcoming and very accommodating. Awesome hosts. Will definitely stay here again.Very very nice rv trailer. Has all the amenities you could want. Great value.Nearby activities: Casino

This past weekend my husband, 3 month old, myself and my family came to relax at Tulsa RV Ranch. I would have given them 4.5 star because, other than the bad wifi and the mediocre food and service at the restaurant/bar on the property, the ranch itself is very welcoming and includes many amenities you do not find elsewhere. The ranch includes a playground which I thought meant that families were welcome. I quickly learned Saturday evening that this is not the case and this is why I am leaving the ranch a 1 star review. In the evening a subpar live band started playing from the bar. Which would have been fine if the music stopped at a decent time. My family was not informed through the website or through booking that there was live music on Saturday’s. The google page for the bar says that it closes at 11, so we expected the music to stop then. If that was the case the live music wouldn’t have been a problem. 11 came and went and live music was still playing very loudly. My mother and I walked up to the bar to ask when the bar closed and was told that it closed at 12. 12 also came and went and live music was still playing. The music kept me up until well after 1 am. My family will not be returning. This would not have been a problem at all if we would have, at the very minimum, been given a heads up about the music.

We needed a place to live full time in our travel trailer for a few months when we moved back to the area. We visited probably 7 or 8 of the other RV parks in a 40 mile radius. After seeing all the others, we chose the Tulsa RV Ranch, and here’s why…This place had way larger spots with your own little grass yards (we have a dog), as well as trees in your yard, and trees around the property. Pull thru spots were easy to navigate while towing a 32 ft. trailer. It’s down off the highway, so it’s actually really quiet and peaceful. There’s a good restaurant next door to the park, that we ate at way more than I’d like to admit. There’s a couple hundred acres surrounding the park that you can walk your dog around, which was very convenient for me. I saw deer out there all the time. There’s fishing pond on the property, that I caught plenty of bass and bluegill in. There’s a casino right next to the park as well, if that’s your thing. Now, to touch on the customer service…Wes, Walt, and Julie run and manage the park. They are awesome. We were brand new to RVing, and they offered help with advice of all sorts, and always made us feel welcome. We were given personal cell phone numbers to call if we ever needed anything after hours. I don’t expect that we would’ve gotten that kind of service elsewhere. Also, The maintenance is kept up throughout the property, the park is clean, the bath house was good (I had to use the showers every day), they offer a little laundromat, there’s a store attached to the front office with food and trailer supplies, and they offer occasional community functions (we were invited to a free thanksgiving dinner). I really don’t have anything bad to say about this place. They all made us feel like family, and I appreciated that. Not everyone is that welcoming when you arrive to a new place.Prices…The pricing was very reasonable, and they were actually cheaper than most. Our wifi, electric, water, and sewage was all included in our monthly rate. This was helpful. There’s also propane refills offered on site at the going rate. No extra fees or surcharges. If you are physically unable, they will actually get your tanks, fill them, and bring them back to you. (That’s just the kind of people you’re dealing with here.)Miscellaneous…There are little furnished cabins for rent, as well as 2 bedroom villas in the back of the property. Many of which have been remodeled and have brand new flooring…Overall, staying at the Tulsa RV Park was a great experience. Whether you’re a guest for a few days, or a few months like us, it’s definitely worth the stay. I would recommend this place to my friends and family with zero hesitations. Thanks, and happy RVing!-Matt O.Safety: This is a very safe place. I honestly never Iocked anything. (Don’t tell my wife)Food & drinks: The restaurant has great food, a bar, a patio, and live music.

My son was renting a space here and was out on storm with his line crew when they called and rudely said they were towing his trailer within the hour! They had rented out his space! His rent was due. He offered to pay it on the phone to stay. They would not let him they were rude said that they had rented out his space, and he needed to come move. He drove in, and they said that he could park in another space two spaces down from where he was but he had to move from that spot. Ridiculous!! Needless to say he will not be staying here again! He was out working for the community to get electricity back on!!!

Nice RV park, easy access to Tulsa. The hosts are extremely nice and hardworking. We have stayed here several times, while visiting our daughter in Tulsa, we have always had a positive experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent two nights, and found the park clean and quiet. The staff were helpful, and very friendly. They have a well-stocked general store, and clean laundry and bathroom facilities. The park is located about 15-20 minutes from downtown Tulsa, making it easy access to town, while still being able to enjoy a quiet night sleep.Neighboring the park is a restaurant and bar, with solid bar food at reasonable prices. One of the evenings we were there was open mic night, and despite being able to hear the music from the bar, we could not hear it from inside our RV.Would highly recommend this park for a comfortable stay in the Tulsa area.

Great place to park your RV with a full restaurant grill & bar next door. This place also has a playground, rec center, and general store. The owners are very nice and helpful. RV hookups are very close to the designated parking spot, no need for long hoses or cables, easy parking in/out, reasonable rates. Thank you Tulsa RV Ranch!

Nice host, but not a good stop for overnight. Next to a large bar and music was very loud from 6p-11p. Grounds were overgrown. Good/convenient location but not a bargain. Overnighters are placed up front by dumpster area.

Great atmosphere as well as owners at "The Ranch" restaurant. Food is pretty good. It is all a big turn around from how it used to be. Live music/karaoke different nights. Can sit around burn pit/heaters in enclosed patio out back. Pool table/darts are new.

This place has everything that you could possibly want. It has a laundromat, a restaurant on site, a general store on site, and it even has a church. Beth and the gang are awesome! They do everything under the sun to help you and make things better for you. Oh and they also have a weight room and a pool table. You will want for nothing when you get here. PS I have looked at every RV Park within a hundred miles of here and none of them compare to what the Tulsa RV ranch has.

Nice little RV park. Kinda crowded but they are almost completely full (1 opening as of now). $475/month covers your spot & utilities. They do allow you to put a fence around your spot if you want; but if you do, it is up to you to maintain any grass that you've fenced in. Theres a cute little "General" store if you need anything last minute, small play area for kids too. There are pool tables to enjoy as well. Employees in office seemed very friendly & willing to offer any assistance needed.

Tulsa RV resort, Beggs, OK site 4. Needed a campground close to my brothers, messed our dates when booking (our fault) but they had a site for us and very accommodating with finances. Much appreciated.Seems like this is a working campground, saw a lot of people leaving for work. There are a lot of campers but not many humans 🤪. People must come and go but leave their campers there.Campground could use some updating but overall it worked for us. Picnic tables not at all sites, dog park was overgrown at first but was all taken down when we left, it as going to be mowed today. This was a good pit stop campground for us.

This is a good place to pull your RV in and it does have a good amount of benefits staying there. My only issue when I stayed there was the manager lied to me just to kick me out. Not going into detail but bottom line was no one and no animal was hurt. My dog just got away from me and I'm only human I make mistakes. My dog only ran up to someone and barked that was all. Then the next day the manager tells me to leave and only gives me 24 hours to do so which also I was screwed out of the rest of the days I payed for. I was cool about leaving whatever. I didn't appreciate being told the lies I was told after speaking to the person my dog ran too. I went to that person to simply apologize and that's when they told me to not take anything personal that the manager did towards them. They didn't want me kicked out at all. My advice if staying here to you is to stay out of trouble because if trouble finds you there you can't put any trust into what the manager is saying to you. She lied to me so I'm sure she's capable of lieing to anyone else. Also how she treats everyone depends on her mood as well which is bad customer service.

Labor Day Morning out walking the dog at 7:am and this is what I woke up too! What a way to start your day at the park. Disappointed this morning wanted to go fishing at the pond but was told by other long term campers no fish.😥Other than that great ppl, trees everywhere, I've stayed in the cabins while the salvvage was open no problem with noise. Wi-fi could use some help but they are working it and they are very responsive to any issues that may arise during your stay and they went out of their when we had a problem with our trailer. I couldn't be happier that after 3 months of trying I'm finally in this park.
